For the crime comitted by the criminal the judges also need to face the same punishment for the crime. Judges acting at their whims and fancies have put innocent lives at risk. They have failed the nation and literally thrown the thurst of the people on Judiciary into the gutter. There need to be accountability on the Judge who let go of criminals same as the criminals. Eating people's money as salary and putting dagger on their own back is unacceptable.

I am really devastated as a mother to know the gory details of the r@pe and brutal murder of a 4 year old child in Bhor, by a 65 year old monster. His name allegedly is Bhimaji Kamble and he was arrested twice before on charges of r@ping a minor. This is an unbailable offence under the POCSO act, and yet, our great judiciary let this monster out! He deserves to be handed over to the angry mob! Cc

There is definitely a lot of merit in bringing back *peer* juries to jurisprudence. Credits: Rahul Mehta

Given whatever I have seen in courts of India there is simply no rule of law only rule of an Judge. Laws are more or less toilet paper to be used and discarded at the convenience of whoever is more politically bureaucratically and Judicially connected.

The likes of Sai Deepak talks about independence of the judiciary and such. But seeing the state of Judiciary, what confidence it gives to any Hindu? Even the case of Kashmiri Hindus are not yet heard, nor given justice to them.

Supreme court when Nupur Sharma repeats what is written in Islamic scriptures: You have ignited India. You possess a loose tongue. Power has gone to your head. You should apologise.

Supreme court when Udhayanidhi Stalin repeats his call to eradicate Sanatana Dharma: Silence.

That’s exactly the asymmetry the Hindu lives with.

They can call your god demonic but try the obverse.

Of course, does the Hindu do the meek penance out of conviction, or to buy peace for their country?

That is the leverage.
