This just shows the sad state of affairs in Afganistan. Due to Geo politics, these brave people have been embroiled in war after war for almost 25 years now. That poor guy in the pic likely spent his youth embroiled in this mess. So many kids and people are disabled. An old country with old tribes and lineages is destroyed.
