Found a youtube presentation by Visnu Som who claims that the Su people state that the PAK-FA looks rather close to one of the parley rendering (not the forward swept one).

A speculation. The Plane's commercial name will be SU-50. Then versions like SU-50K will happen.

The time difference between India and Amur, Russia is roughly +3 and half hours, so i have been sitting infront of this computer for the past 12 hours expecting some news................now that i heard of it, i just wish i could catch one glimpse, just to quench my curiosity.......anyway going to take some rest and hope when i do get back online, i could finally lay my eyes on it.

The plane was said to be of a 'conservative' design. My guess is a normal looking plane closely resembling the T-50 design.

I would be looking at
1. The nose cone shape
2. The air intakes
3. The exhaust design / shape.
4. I don't think we'll be able to make out the wing design if the picture is taken from the ground. But it'll be interesting to see what the Russians will release.

Do they have an official site?

sure thing, bro. It has wings, nose cone and fuselage :rotfl: no flying wing perversions and all that.
The Plane's commercial name will be SU-50. Then versions like SU-50K will happen.
maybe or maybe not.You see, India probably will have even different plane, not just export version. It will have all that PAK FA have, but will be two-manned.
1. The nose cone shape
similiar or close that you can see at Su-34.
2. The air intakes
they are positioned under the fuselage unlike the S-37
3. The exhaust design / shape.
round, not flat. google "КЛИВТ" - you'll be able to see a very close picture.

4. I don't think we'll be able to make out the wing design if the picture is taken from the ground. But it'll be interesting to see what the Russians will release.
the mystery remains...

P.S. Maiden flight was performed by Sergey Bogdan, as Suhoi's insider claims.

MOSCOW (BNS): The maiden test flight of Russia’s fifth generation fighter aircraft, PAK FA T-50, scheduled to be held on Thursday, has been postponed by a day.

“The (test) flight was initially scheduled for Thursday, but has been postponed,” an official at the Gagarin KNAAPO company, a subsidiary of Russia's aircraft manufacturer Sukhoi, was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

The test will now take place on Friday.

I see a Su-33 exhaust. No 3D TVC there.
Well, even Raptor haven't got the real 3d vectoring, you know. But if you look more closely to the construction of nozzle you will be able to make some conclusions.

The air intakes and vertical ( non-canted) stabilizers are clearly those of a Sukhoi Su-30/35

As far as I know not from today. Its just a file pic of the pilot. If it was today, I'm sure they would have captured the bird too :D
