It looked like it tumbled in the end. Maybe one of the rocket motors didn't fire, making it tip over?

Last values were 60 m/sec ... 216 km/hr. I think speed was too fast it might have crashed

Heard over the voice over that they're not receving telemetry data from Madrid or Mauritius station. Guess it tumbled and crashed?
