Sir, that is what motivates the people who actually carried out the attack, and probably reflects the inner Pakistaniyat of much of the populace. However, the timing is suspicious and there are likely to be more calculating minds pulling the strings and exploiting the situation for their own ends in a cynical and perverted way.

since the hans shut down one route, the pilgrim load on the other route has increased providing more opportunities for the pakis. this attack may well be han inspired too to pressurise India.
