Non Bailable Arrest Warrant for Sahahbuddin

Hmm. Prime Minister of Pig Land and he comes into office with a non bailable warrant against him and for what for sending "illegal quota" of a controlled substance to a "banned lab" in Multan.

For folks who don't know, Ephedrine are the precursor chemicals/ingredients in a lot of cough syrup formulations and also the key precursor chemical for Methamphetamine (Meth), which is probably the most profitable drug out there (more than Cocaine and Heroin) and destructive and addictive as well.

So there you have it. True to form, another Paki neck deep in the drug business.

Shahabuddin Cornered
On June 7, while hearing the case, Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry had asked ANF officials why they had not yet arrested Shahabuddin for his alleged role in the ephedrine case. The arrest warrant was issued within an hour of Shahabuddin submitting his nomination papers to contest the elections for prime minister of Pakistan. The PPP has already announced that Raja Pervez Ashraf, former water and power minister who is also implicated in several cases, will be their alternative candidate  in case Shahabuddin is unable to contest tomorrow’s election.

Per BBC News article, there is a backup candidate as well.
Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari has named Textiles Minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin as candidate to become prime minister, state media say.
...
State TV said that another minister, Raja Pervez Ashraf, would be offered as a "covering" candidate in case the textiles minister was rejected by MPs.
Looking up the record of this Raja Pervez Ashraf on the web, we find that he is a true Paki too!

If there are some wise heads at the top; then all this Tamasha may well be play-acting. But right now even that is not very smart. Let us just disengage totally for a while.

Oh and we should seriously start thinking of mining the whole border.

So the circus continues...

Mr Zardari aka husband of bhutto selected a president when he just came out of prison serving 8 years.
PM sent packing by judge whos son is charged with accepting bribes on his fathers behalf. its the same judge who took oath under military dictator and validated its rule, its the same judge who validated the usurp of an elected govt hence making mockery of the constitution.
new guy gets picked up for the PM post and he gets arrested.

It can only happen in bakistan where entire media is bought by one businessman, sportsmen are bought by bookies, artists are bought by India, teenagers are bought by taliban, military is bought by america and politicians are bought by any highest bidder.

PS. Looks like the chief justice is letting zardari know that he needs to drop cases against his son or he will shoot down any PM his party selects.

Bilatakalluf with Tahir Gora Ep45 - Tarek Fatah Questions Memogate Report & Pakistan Ligitimacy

In this episode Tarek talks about his new book "Djinnah's orphans" and how he colluded with Brits and Khan to breakup India so that Ruskie's wouldn't be able to access India's land borders (by having the buffer state of proxytute) which would jeopardise all the oil supplies from Persian Gulf to US and how there were 2 state department guys stationed at Mumbai from 1942 onwards till partition assisting Djinnah as well as how Djinnah sent Liaqat Ali after partition to get $2 billion from Khan but the khan only gave $10million and how Djinnah boasted in Life magazine that Proxytutue has a spcial strategic position so if the khan doesn't sleep with the whore then the whore shall sleep with the Ruskies etc etc.
Nothing new for the rakshaks, but should go on the first post of TIRP thread (just like other Tarek Fateh vids).

One side swears by the Kuran and careers, integrity, reputation and even life can be decided by it.
The other side, people swear by secularism and careers, integrity and reputation ( not life though) can be determined by it.
Both sides play to the people's expectations of morals - else they would not be doing it.
Yawning difference.
These are different peoples and conflict is inevitable - forever. The slaughter of innocents in Mumbai and the subsequent feigning of rationality is actually a sign that inaction has set into the psyche.
Rant ends.

Khanpur Dam to dry up by July 1
The people of Rawalpindi were warned on Thursday that the Khanpur Dam could provide water only until July 1, if there were no rains.
the residents of Block 15E (Category-III) of Sector G10/2 of Islamabad are not receiving water for the last 48 hours.
So, the pakis should party like its December 31, 1999.

The wiping out of the Baloch intelligentsia
Another ex-paki writes about the impending Baloch genocide and obliquely acknowledges the Bengali genocide. By Mir Sohaib Mengal
The perpetrators of the Bengali genocide never learnt anything from history. This time the playing field is Balochistan and the targets are Baloch intellectuals
the perpetrators of the Bengali genocide never learnt anything from history
Since June 2010, more than 500 Baloch have been either killed and dumped or targeted in hit and run attacks.
Is this the last brutality? No, and neither is it the first one. The Baloch nation has developed an acquaintance with these brutalities since March 27, 1948, and there seems to be no ray of hope. The Khmer Rouge of Cambodia has reincarnated in the shape of the intelligence agencies and their collaborators in Balochistan. The day is not far when every person with a surname Baloch may be killed.
The writer is a CC member and international representative of BSO-Azad. He can be reached at [email protected].
One of us should invite Mir saheb to share his thoughts on this forum.

Added later: I have invited Mir sahib to join us on this forum and debate the future of Balochistan and Pa'astan.

No. The BR phrase itself comes from Stephen Cohen. I had reviewed his book for BRM and I have the page and quote from Cohen's book "Idea of Pakistan"

http://www.bharat-rakshak.com/SRR/Volume14/sastry.html
A review would be incomplete without some brilliant "quotable quotes" that could themselves summarize Pakistan.

"Pakistan is a state hopping on one strong leg" (Page 128).

"About the only exportable human asset that Pakistan has in abundance is "boots on the ground"" (Page 235).

"The bomb confirmed the sought-for image of Pakistan as combining Islam and technology, never mind that most of the technology was either stolen from a European nuclear facility or provided by China" (Page 80).

"Pakistan's army is strong enough to prevent state failure, but not imaginative enough to impose the changes that might transform the state" (Page 274).

"Pakistani officials like Pakistani beggars, become alert when they see Americans approaching" (Page 327).

"Pakistan now negotiates with its allies and friends by pointing a gun to its own head" (Page 270).

Well Prof Skyhawk certified a sword whose blade is missing.

I think we should page some fantasy Sc Fi writers and alert them about a great new plot.

"The Mujahid led by the legendary Kiya Nahi, carrying a divine blade-less sword, swooped down on Kaffir lands and established a great Chaliphiate which would last for 1000000000000000000000000000 years... And then the wonderful Chaliphate would fall into a time turbulence caused by the evil trinity of Jews, Christians and Hindus and emerge in 1947 at 32.0162° N, 71.6926° E of the barbaric world before the Chaliphiate." The first Part of a 20 part series would end here.

Professor Michael Witzel of Harvard University had also began work on the same project but after the death of Dr Dani, the work was then offered to Professor Skyhawk who has now completed it, in collaboration with Professor Witzel at Harvard and Professor Butrus in Germany.

Ahem, ahemm. Time for a history lesson of the madrasseh type.

Rugs from Pakistan

The origins of rug production in Pakistan can be traced back to the 1500s, when craftsmen from Persia were brought to the country to create masterpieces for the Akbar Shah. These factories produced rugs for Pakistani andAs a result, designs and techniques of traditional rug making were originally quite similar to those that hailed from Iran......
Neighbouring India has also influenced Pakistani rug making, prior to WWII when the two countries were united as one. Following the seperation of Pakistan from India, rug production gradually declined until the industry was rejuvenated by government support. Today, Pakistan is considered one of the largest rug making centres in the world, hand making rugs mainly for export.

While many policymakers and analysts are willing to bank everything on the gamble that Pakistan is too dangerous to fail, we should be willing to consider what failure would mean and the inherent costd snf {sic} benefits of this happening. After all, when the Soviet Union fell, none of the worst fears materialized. And Pakistan is hardly the Soviet Union.

After talking to her I am almost convinced she is borderline bipolar. When she is on her meds she makes sense. When she is off it, she goes nuts (remember the same motorma advocated a nuclear deal for Pakistan 2 years back)

http://www.foreignpolicy.com/articles/2 ... _nuke_deal
the deal should address Pakistan's chief concerns. Pakistan fears that the United States -- perhaps in consort with India and Israel -- seeks to dismantle its nuclear program. Such a deal would formally recognize Pakistan's nuclear status and reward it for the considerable progress it has made to enhance its arsenal's security since 2002.
I find Lisa Curtis a lot more credible, informed and consistent.
