Is it is all about image management? Baki anal-yeast starts strong and identifies the right problems.
However a Paki being a Paki has to show his pakiness and talks about how human rights violations, gender discrimination, minorities discrimination, insurgencies, yada, yada... are worse in India than Pakistan but India knows how to market itself better.
