Zyndaji - here is the backing data/source for that VC image. I still think it is madrassa math as the total outflows are not tthe same as total inflows. Also when talking about Indian outflow they estimate it to be 2% of HNIs which got my curiosity. Oh poor thing! Now the SC knows what "delay" feels like. They are experiencing first hand what millions of Indians go through if they make the mistake of approaching the courts to resolve disputes

I know a lot of HNI types (500-2000 cr types) in Trivandrum who shifted to Dubai due to better tax rates. There is a serious flow of HNIs to UAE because of their schemes to sell empty flats in Burj Khalifa. But in the process, it is gutting the Indian business scene off a lot of side benefits including local tax loss, spending on local economy etc
Govt of India MUST act to curtail this, but the fear seem to be what if they take their entire business over there, especially for IT etc.

Amit Shah has an opportunity to redeem himself. After the CAA and Farmer protest fiascos, we have the Vizhinjam port issue. Though the Kerala police, surprisingly, seem to be acting tough, ports are not exclusively a state subject. Plus, if needed, the case can be handed over to the NIA if there is suspicion that foreign powers & money are behind this.

Judiciary continues to be a media-hog. There is a front page item in the TOI-let paper every day, followed by a few more about the SC's pronouncements or CJI's opinions in the inside pages
If media runs out of news to cover, stick the mike in front of a judge. The latter is only too happy to oblige. I guess this is what the CJI meant by "courts reaching out to the public". If they care so much for public opinion & validation, why not discard the robe, put on a topi and fight elections the good-old fashioned way?
There is zero decorum in what is supposed to be an office of esteem.

Now you know why Indian "fishermen" and Indian "fishing boats" are to be found deep in srilankan waters, where they have no bleddy business to be.
The abrahamic supported separatists and the LTTE operating out of dravida nadu are the primary movers and shakers of this network when it leaves mainland India for SL and thereafter to the consumer destinations in EU, UK , USA and singapore and nearby markets.
Drugs originating in afghanistan, with the ISIS of khorasan doing the sales and distribution, finds its way to India via the punjab land route, from paki via ports in iran to Indian ports, from paki via mid ocean transhipment to gulf state flagged eyraab dhows making landfall via lakshadweep to ports in KER, from beediland by land route to kolkata, via myanmar via land route to the northeast, via sea route to ports in AP, vizag becoming a new and growing hub for this trade.
very frequent incursions into srilankan waters by "fishing boats" often carrying weapons, drugs, and illegal human traffic, a vast majority or the boat crews being abrahamic, supported by the dravidian powers that be and the padres who have virtually captured the entire coast line so that no eyes can spy on them when the "fishing boats" go out "fishing"
Hindus have been muscled out of these areas in spite of it being of enormous religious significance to them.
For some years now, the reverse traffic into dravida nadu is used for carrying huge quantities of gold flooding into India. The "fishing boats" are all owned by political luminaries whose names, if revealed, will shock you.

DMK Councillor Arrested For Trying To Smuggle Cocaine Worth ₹360 Crores To Sri Lanka
November 29, 2022 The Commune
A DMK councillor and a former councillor have been arrested by Tamil Nadu coastal police in connection with the seizure of cocaine worth ₹360 crores destined for Sri Lanka from Rameswaram.
On Saturday (26 November 2022), coast guard police conducted an intensive surveillance activity on the Mandapam-Vedalai road near Rameswaram in Ramanathapuram district.
Police stopped a speeding luxury car during the search and discovered 20 liters of cocaine raw substance stored in 30 containers. Following an investigation, it was discovered that the raw substance was planned to be transported to Sri Lanka in a boat owned by Sadiq Ali, 36, of Rameshwaram.
The police seized the drug and arrested the brothers in the car, Jainuddin (45), a former DMK councilor of Keezhakarai municipality, and Sarbraz Nawaz (42), currently the DMK councilor of 19th ward of Rameshwaram.
The value of the drugs seized is touted to fetch around ₹360 crore in the international drug racket. This is the first time that police have seized high-value drugs intended for smuggling into Sri Lanka in the Ramanathapuram district.
The DMK brothers, who were involved in drug trafficking to Sri Lanka, are running a cargo truck service company. They were investigated by central and state intelligence agencies for possible links to international drug trafficking and ‘mafia’ gangs. The attempt to smuggle drugs worth crores of rupees into Sri Lanka in a country boat disguised as a fisherman has shocked the fishermen in the locality. Many say that such activities are bringing disrepute and affects the livelihood of the community as it raises concerns among Sri Lankan Navy who use this as a pretext to arrest and detain them.

Names of 10 judges recommended for elevation by SC Collegium RETURNED by Central Govt.
REFUSED names include Sr Adv Saurabh Kirpal,Son of Ex-CJI BN Kirpal (Typical Nepotism in SC).
Some names REITERATED by Collegium ALSO RETURNED!

As per report of NDTV the Central Government has returned 10 names recommended by Collegium for appointment as Judges of High Court.
One of such name is said to be of Delhi High Court lawyer Saurabh Kirpal.
Kirpal is the openly gay and son of former Chief Justice of India BN Kirpal. One of the obvious reasons for rejecting Kirpal’s name appears to be the 50-year-old lawyer’s foreign-born partner. The Intelligence Bureau report, according to sources, states that his European partner could pose a security risk.
As per the Memorandum of Procedure, if a name is reiterated by the SC Collegium, the Centre is obligated to clear it.

gakakkad ji,
It is increasingly looking like a well planned and coordinated hit job by the global commie network to defame India and devalue the impact of the kashmir files and cast aspersions on the genocide by the abrahamics
The choice of the jury was done in India and in fact it is actually so, then they have a powerful coordinator on the inside who able to pick the jury head who was a known and notoriously khattar commie and an urban naxal for sure. What was the idiotic ministry thinking, this is a massive self goal that we invited upon ourselves.
truly, the sense of shatrubodh is absent in us, even as we lurch from one self created disaster to the next, by inviting the enemies into the camp
what was the I&B ministry doing, scratching their testimonials and salivating over the expensive 5 star menu that they had laid out for themselves.
Never heard of any such jury ever demeaning and devaluing any film on the panel they was supposedly judging by calling it a propaganda piece and worse.
The israeli ambassador is in an absolute funk, trying to sidestep the landmine and at the same time looking desperately for safe harbour

The movie / TV industry there is pretty dharmik/Zionist with people like lapid being an exception . I ve seen interviews from creators of fauda and they wouldn't have said such a thing .
They could have called a ton of people who would have said the right things . But they had to call this green sahib .
This statement not only insults the KPs and indian forces who were killed over the years , but also the Israelis who were killed by Islamic terrorism.
Also the mango Israeli is very pro-india and empathize with the Kashmir situation.

SC: Doubling number of judges not a solution to tackle pendency
Amidst the executive-judiciary tussle over delay in appointment of judges selected through the collegium system, the Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to entertain a PIL seeking doubling the sanctioned strength of judges in all courts to deal with the huge pendency of cases, saying filling up of existing vacancies is a major challenge in itself.
Rejecting the plea filed by petitioner Ashwini Upadhyay as a populist stance, a bench of CJI D Y Chandrachud and Justice P S Narasimha said, "Merely adding to the number of judges is not a panacea for pendency. We need good judges."
The CJI asked Upadhyay whether he had ever visited the Bombay HC. "The judicial infrastructure there is saturated and there is no space even to add one more judge to the existing strength. What is the purpose of appointing more judges without adequate infrastructure?" he asked.
The CJI said when he was Allahabad HC chief justice, the then law minister had suggested increasing the sanctioned strength of 160 judges by 20%. "I objected to it and said there are 60 vacant posts and we're finding it difficult to fill them up. Where do we get good judges? Have you asked good lawyers why they refuse to become judges," he said.
..
When PIL petitioner Ashwini Upadhyay cited the healthy judge-population ratio in US and UK, the CJI said the Supreme Courts of US and UK decide which 100-150 cases they would hear every year. "If we apply the same kind of brake, then we can also have no pendency. But we have our own system where even small causes can be litigated up to the SC in addition to all kinds of PILs which take up considerable judicial time and burden the judges," he said.
Finding the bench reluctant, Upadhyay withdrew the PIL promising to file a better researched petition.

All this coming out plus collegium nominations being rejected, and President Shri Marmu ji's recent speech (very moving and stirring) are clear signs that this govt wants the system to wake up and reform. Going by what people are saying on SM, govt has huge support in this matter.

Adani will play all sides of the political spectrum, to ensure his business interests are not impacted if there is a regime change. Some course adjustment can be expected - NDTV won't be virulently against Modi/Hindus. But there will be enough monkey balancing.
