Paki is as paki does

Two Pakis removed from stadium for abuse
Two spectators were thrown out of the Dubai cricket stadium on Friday for allegedely taunting Paki "leader" Misbah-ul Haq during the second Test.
Two individuals were shouting comments in contravention of the ICC Anti-Racism Code
use of language that is offensive, insulting, humiliating, intimidating or vilifying.
Paki expats Siddiq Ameen and Mushtaq Ameen
“We travelled from Abu Dhabi to watch the match and did not use any abusive language or throw any object at players” said Siddiq
 And, hence, they should be excused because nothing was "thrown or hurled"? Paki is as paki thinks.

Haven’t become PM of India to redraw border: Manmohan Singh to Nawaz Sharif
NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's displeasure with Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif's on failing to restore ceasefire on the border followed a blunt message he delivered to Sharif in New York about a month ago when he said, "I have not become prime minister of India to redraw the boundary."

The PM's September 29 meeting with Sharif, which took place amid escalating firing on the Line of Control and the international border, began with Singh making no bones about his resolve to protect India's territorial integrity.

From the above,
The episode and subsequent lack of action on the part of Pakistan has strengthened the assessment in India that Sharif remains a somewhat tricky customer who might say one thing at a meeting only to go ahead to do just what he wants.

The Pakistani PM is seen as neither willing nor capable of reining in the army, but the Indian government — at least in the current situation — has decided that it cannot continue to receive political flak at home without holding Sharif to account.
These assessments were made just now ? After three decades of dealing with Nawaz Sharif ?

PESHABWAR: Pakistan cannot afford to host Afghan refugees any longer and has spent more than $200 billion in the last 30 years on them, said Minister for States and Frontier Regions Abdul Qadir Baloch.Baloch said the government will continue to provide protection to Afghans in Pakistan, but “the government of Afghanistan must improve the conditions of its country so refugees can start repatriating. They can only return if there is durable peace in Afghanistan,” Baloch said.He also directed law enforcement agencies to not arrest or harass Afghans as long as they possess their old registration cards, since the new cards may take two months to be issued. Baloch said he would order action against any police official found harassing refugees without a reason.“Refugees often get involved in different types of crime as they are legally not allowed to work in Pakistan. This also worsens law and order problems for the country.” he said.Baloch said the Refugees Affected and Hosting Areas programme has been initiated by the government. “Donors have pledged $600 million for the project, but so far only $15 million has been given.”The minister said various development projects, including the supply of clean drinking water, construction of educational institutions, hospitals and parks, would also be initiated in areas where refugees have lived and are still living.

Pakistan ranks as the world’s second-worst country in terms of gender equality and equitable division of resources and opportunities among men and women, says a report published Friday.

The Global Gender Gap Report 2013, published by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with faculty at Harvard University and the University of California, Berkeley, assesses 136 countries, representing more than 93 per cent of the world’s population, on how well resources and opportunities are divided among male and female populations.

Talks with TTP in the next few days: Sartaj Aziz - Dawn
I tend to be frugal with my use of smileys, but, not in this.
We are developing a comprehensive anti-terrorism policy and holding talks with TTP is part of that strategy,” he said. :rotfl:

Mr Aziz said the government had already covered a lot of ground and “talks with the Taliban are likely to start in the next few days”.

He regretted a Washington Post story published on Thursday, a day after the prime minister completed his US trip, claiming that Pakistan had not only endorsed the drone attacks but also sometimes participated in selecting targets.

“The story and its timing … all very unfortunate,” Mr Aziz said.

Mr Musharraf may have given a verbal understanding but there’s no written agreement.:rotfl:

As the prime minister told US leaders during his visit, the attacks violated Pakistan’s sovereignty and were counter-productive, “so we do not recognise any verbal understanding,” :rotfl: he added.

On Wednesday, Mr Sharif told a briefing in Washington that he had raised the issue [Pakistani-American scientist Aafia Siddiqui] with the Americans but on Thursday US officials said the issue was never discussed as “it’s not open to discussion”.

Mr Aziz did not respond when asked if the prime minister had also asked the Americans to share civil nuclear technology with Pakistan as it was doing with India.

He acknowledged that there were still some differences between the US and Pakistan, “but positively greatly outnumber the negatives”.

Baikul,

On TSP's obsession for parity with India, I read a 2-bit Reuters report this morning (not worth posting here) on the extent of this obsession and the western nut cases pander to that. It was about this movie in TSP showing India as the villain for all their troubles and how its a roaring success among Pakis.

Now, in contrast we have in Bollywood all kinds of Paki kiss up movies including some latest waar chodo crap (I have not seen a single movie showing with clarity TSP's war of 1000 cuts against India), but the reuter's reporter used all his "investigative" prowess to do an equal equal by digging up some Bollywood movie about Dawood Ibrahim (how dare India do that, only Hollywood can make maacho movies about OBL and such) and some crap I have never heard of called Ek Tiger or whatever to show how Indians love "anti" TSP movies. And of course Reuters generously qutes TSP "moderates" saying "both sides" demonize each other.

Pakis to protest ball-tampering ‘leniency’ with ICC
Paji cricket officials were fuming over the second Test ball-tampering row which saw South Africa's Faf Du Plessis hit with a small fine, claiming punishment would have been more severe had a sub-continent player been involved.
The PCB is writing a letter to the ICC seeking an explanation of the inconsistency by the match referee in application of the ball-tampering rule to Afridi vs Faf
He was referring to Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi's ban for the same offence in Australia in 2010

“I am sure had it been a Pakistani or a sub-continent player he would have been banned,” said Latif.

Yes. Since 2004, the MEA/PMO 'strategy' has been based on hope. And we know hope is not a strategy.

We are dealing with delusionals here. Listen to them privately and you immediately walk away with that they are out of touch with ground reality.

I can't explain this. Could be vote bank compulsions, could be naivete, could be denial. What also comes across is lack of steel.

Pakistan is likely to face $160 to $170 million worth loss of fruits and vegetables export orders during the current year from Russian exporters following rejection of a request of the Pakistani government extended to the Russian Quarantine Department for lifting of ban on Pakistani products.

Russian government had placed a temporary ban on import of agriculture products from Pakistan from October 1, 2013, which might pose financial loss to country’s exporters and farmers alike.

According to a notification issued by the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phyto sanitary Surveillance the move was necessitated due to glare violation of prevailing international and Russian quarantine rules by the Pakistani exporters, which might cause outbreak of agriculture diseases in Russia.

Taking cognisance of lack of pursuance of quarantine rules by the Pakistani exporters, a temporary ban was placed on all kinds of imports from Pakistan.

In pursuance of removing the ban placed by Russian Quarantine department, National Food Security and Research Through Pakistan Embassy in Russia sent a letter F,1-2/2012-DFSC to concerned officials of Russian government demanding removal of ban on Pakistani agriculture products.

However Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phyto sanitary Surveillance remained steadfast in its resolve against Pakistani agriculture products declaring Pakistani Quarantine system as ineffective and replete with flaws.

Russian officials expressed the apprehension Pakistani agriculture products might pose serious health risk to Russian consumers in terms of agriculture disease.

However suggesting other measures which may lead to lifting of ban, the Russian officials urged Pakistan government to furnish them complete details regarding information about prevailing Pakistani Quarantine system.

They urged concerned Pakistani department to provide all relevant details pertaining to mode of inspection of all export oriented agriculture products and process of issuance of their certificates besides extent of penalising offenders of quarantine rules.

In the wake of poor response displayed by the Russian quarantine officials, Pakistani concerned ministry is seriously contemplating to invite Russian officials to the country to show them existing quarantine system which help appease them regarding its quality and which may lead to lifting of ban on Pakistani agriculture products.

A meeting was held in Islamabad on Thursday which was chaired by Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research Sikandar Hayat Khan Bosan and attended among others by fruits and vegetable exporters during which the minister informed the participants about vigorous efforts by the government for removing ban on exports and to resume export of Pakistani fruits and vegetables to Russia.

He resolved in view of vital significance of Russia as key importer of Pakistani agriculture products, all out measures would be undertaken at the highest level to remove apprehensions of Russian Quarantine Department and in this connection all concerned officials from Russia would be invited to Pakistan and they would be shown all related process from farm to processing, packaging and control of diseases at Quarantine level undertaken by Pakistani officials.

Former Chairman All Pakistan Vegetable and Fruit Exporter Association Waheed Ahmad said Russian Quarantine Department has given a detailed list of their demands, which appeared difficult to be fulfilled until December 1, when Pakistani kinnow export usually takes off every year.

He apprehended the ban by the Russian Quarantine Department might cause irreparable damage to country’s overall exports as over the years Pakistan has emerged as one of the largest fruits and vegetable exporter to Russia.

He demanded the concerned ministry to ensure drastic measures relating to inviting Russian Quarantine Department to Pakistan instead of employing usual delaying tactics, which the country could ill-afford at this crucial juncture.

One of the rituals in Karachi. Gang war, political killings, religious cleansing and bank robberies
Local, foreign currencies worth Rs10m looted
Three armed robbers, including one clad in a burqa, held hostage staff of a foreign exchange company on I.I. Chundrigar Road on Saturday and walked off with a bag filled with local and foreign currency worth around Rs10 million, police said.

The officials added that two men and apparently a woman clad in a burqa entered Glaxy Exchange posing as customers.

“According to the staff, all the three persons posing as customers took their seats in the waiting area,” said Mithadar SHO Inspector Yar Muhammad Rind. “One of the staffers was upstairs and the moment he came to sit at his place carrying a bag filled with foreign and local currency, the burqa-clad bandit rushed to him and put pistol to his forehead.”

In the meantime, he said, two other men pulled out pistols and held the other staff hostage. They snatched the currency bag and ran away to the bikes waiting outside, he said, adding that the private security guards deployed at the company ‘surprisingly’ did not put any resistance.

These pakis are a wierd species. They boast something about they should be very concerned of.

Pakistan becomes second largest food donor

The headline is a WOW factor but the actual story is FATA is suffering from malnutrition at an alarming level. WFP-Pakistan is operating there to curb the level of hunger. Pakistan government had pledged some 150,000 metric ton of wheat to WFP for the distribution in the affected area. Which they have most likely bought from the international market with us aid. Yet, this is not enough. The international community had promised some $43m out of which only $29m has been received. Failing which WFP might have to shut down their operation in pakiland. Pakis dont have enough mechanism to fortify raw wheat which they have proudly donated to their citizens. So all in all its a pretty gloomy picture and the headline suggest pakistan has no internal governance to help their people so they need help from WFP at this scale.
Pakistan has donated 150,000 metric tons of wheat to World Food Programme (WFP) in 2013 as the country is emerged as second largest donor for the United Nations body.

“This year's donation, valued at Rs5.5 billion (US$52 million) has placed Pakistan as WFP's second largest donor in 2013 which demonstrated the government's continued ownership of development process and a strong commitment to helping its people in need.”

The international donors have provided complementary funding of US$29 million out of the total requirement of US$ 43 million, WFP Spokesman, Amjad Jamal said on Thursday.

The assistance was provided at a time when critical funding shortages threatened the provision of emergency food assistance in the country.

According to WFP Pakistan, it aims to assist 8.3 million people between 2013 and 2015 at a total cost of US$535 million with projects to improve economic opportunities and promote social inclusion in FATA, boost community resilience in disaster-prone areas, and address nutrition and education needs in the country.
go through the comments section. Many idiots are having orgasm. That's what this headline is about, isnt it
a GOOD NEWS from Pakistan, makes world happy. One more step towards Happy Peaceful Positive Pakitan
This shows what a great nation with great people who live there, with US aid , still they donate, all country should follow, mainly the oil rich nations!,
This is good, but perphaps we should first make sure our own citizens are fed, then worry about others?{a$$hole your government bought wheat from amriki aid and donated to your own people. Read the article not the headline you d!khead}
Are we being paid for donating this food or not? If not, then we are being generous to a fault when our our poor go hungry.{iski maa ki... charge money for donation eey} :rotfl:
proud to be a Pakistani. A generous nation :rotfl:
This is a good gesture by Pakistan, but this donation is burdening the common people as low supply of wheat is the reason of wheat's price hike in country. Government should donate but first fulfill need of its own people.
What an amazing news.If we remove the horror of religious extremism and the cancer of conspiracy theories in our country, it would be the best in the world. :rotfl:

1. Sorry, missed "typing" the three zeros.

2. India's Exports in 2012-2013 were over US$ 300 Billion and as such Pakistan's Exports of US$ 24 Billion i.e. Eight Per Cent as compared to India's Exports should not be too far fetched.
