They are forcing us to expel this useless gang of people. The reality is we will ask Canada to remove them from Bharat and say that it was done as Canada is supporting the terrorists against Bharat bla bla bla. Imagine the bad image it will give Canada in the current situation.

This diplomats refusing to leave after being told to is a new rule added to the rules based order by Macron in Niger.

Seems Canada is willing/wanting to put it's diplomats under risk to score some victimhood points.

The best thing that India can so is to put them up in a secure location somewhere for their own safety. Though they don't have immunity, they are still our esteemed phoren guests. Tihar or better still Andaman would ensure they are safe.

I thing, I repeat, I think, once your diplomatic credentials are revoked, the basis of your continued stay is exclusively based around the originally issues visa. That visa needs to be revoked. Then we can all sing,

saar,

They have moved out only the low level kaneda chaprasis from their staff

The bigger fish have not left

Their foreign minister is fighting a rearguard action to forcibly keep them in India citing the vienna convention

That is why can pappu is whining his way across the world

There are many gora countries who are now active on track thoo regarding the parity issue, not knowing which other country, and under what other circumstances will seek parity

This parity has business has opened up a new can of worms for the goras, and this issue is not specifically covered under the vienna convention, leaving them blindsided.....

India needs to push this through regardless of what the canucks say

Of course! :rotfl: Canadian FM on India talks: “Diplomacy is always better when conversations remain private.”
“Diplomacy is always better when conversations remain private,” Canada’s foreign affairs Minister Mélanie Joly told the media in Ottawa on Wednesday morning during the course of a press conference to address the situation in Israel...
..
She was asked whether Canada had downsized the number of diplomats in India following India’s demand for parity. :rotfl:

Meanwhile, the outlet CBC News reported that “all or almost all Canadian diplomats remain in India.” Citing an unnamed senior Canadian government source, it said “Canada remains in discussions with India, and has allowed the deadline to pass without complying with India’s demand.”

India reads the riot act to Canada after posters threatening PM, EAM appear at Nijjar Gurudwara
“The Canadian high commissioner to India, Cameron MacKay, was summoned to South Block on Wednesday and a protest was conveyed. The protest note asked the Trudeau government to immediately pull down the posters at Surrey Gurudwara, investigate the threat to PM, EAM and India's too diplomat in Canada and then take strong action against the guilty. Simultaneously a protest was conveyed to Global Affairs Canada in Ottawa at the same time,” a second person said.
Hope the government is being thorough on any visas and OCI issued to Canadians. Threat from Canada looks higher currently than from Pakistan.

Alright, so when Indian Muslims are now up in arms against Israel and Western support to it, then what's wrong if some of them show up in front of Canadian diplomatic premises to shout "Death to Canadian govt!"

It's all just "freedom of speech" - right? Right? Just quoting Justin Trudeau.

Today it's Canadian Khalistanis calling for the deaths of India's Modi & Jaishankar.

Tomorrow, it could be Canadian supporters of Hamas calling for deaths of Israeli diplomats and leaders - or even attacking Canadian Jews.

Canada's path of apathy and complacency may yield unwanted fruit.

what if someone gets hurt.... by a crazed khalistani...eager to embrace martyrdom..

What's the big deal, right?

its just one stoopide stupid guy, and he probably deserved it, no..

and this is always how the tail wags the dog in India, because it was (and is) allowed to happen, by sheer complacency and not having a sense of the shatrubodh, a situation that obtained and was normalized, ever since the jihadis first arrived centuries ago..

The abrahamics are crystal clear about who their enemies are and where their threat vectors emanate from and they reiterate it on a daily basis from the many platforms freely available to them, under the guise of freedom of speech, and yet, when India reacts in a similar fashion, its shrugged off by a bored and disinterested What's the big deal? its just a stupid sign

The officially stated position of the govt of India is It's a big deal and its not just a stupid sign

this is so par for the course, especially when non abrahamics raise their heads

Those Camadian diplomats who were asked to leave Bharat and have not, are no longer diplomats. If they are caught doing a simple thing as driving, they could be arrested.

They are, like many others, Canadians who have over stayed their visas.

Simple.

sanjay ji,

turd boy is deathly afraid that if he gives in to the demands of the GoI, the khalistanis will turn against him, and the can pappu govt will fall.

After all, it was the khalistanis who likely pushed him off the cliff in the first place, to confront the GoI on a non issue based on some piss poor planning, and pathetic execution, but the disastrous consequences of the unanticipated blowback, and the sheer scale, scope, and reach of India's understandably harsh response, has singed them all, primarily affecting the khalistanis most of all, their hawala and terror networks in punjab (and the paki cross border connections), benami properties, and black money hoards that they have salted away in the punjab

the 5eyes seem more like a late entrant to the party, brought in mainly to beef up the gora narrative of the inexperienced and lightweight kenadians, to lend some much needed shreds of credibility and gravitas on the international stage...

The farmer's agitation was all about preventing the identifying of benami land holdings by khalistani NRIs and generating unaccounted money...but the GoI has adroitly managed to majorly penetrate the veil by mandatorily seeding all mandi transactions with aadhar and bank account details and they now have a reasonably well populated and authenticated data base and can seriously track other suspicious transactions not in the data base

Canadian Khalistanis also blew up an airliner killing 329 people. Shall we call that a cry for attention too?

Canada already established its bad track record by not criminally punishing or holding anyone accountable for that worst act of terrorism in its history.
"He Who Terrorizes and Gets Away, Lives To Terrorize Another Day"

And now when Khalistan Taliban are again putting out death threats calling for assassination of Indian diplomats & political leaders, after those like Nijjar had even been providing weapons training in the woods of BC, then Canadian authorities are again treating it as a nuisance topic that infringes on their vote bank politics.

sanman ji,

If jews are attacked in kaneda, the 5eyes, NATO, EU, and the UK will descend on turdboy like a ton of bricks and probably bundle him out of office ASAP

can pappu knows that better than anyone else.

BTW, Jaishankar's security has been enhanced to Z category because of khalistani threats against Jaishankar emanating from kaneda.

The GoI has protested very strongly to the kenadians about threats being made to Modi in kaneda

Who knows which krazed kaneda khalistani has already entered India using India's liberal visa policies

We're forced to upgrade Jaishankar's security due to threats emanating from foreign safe haven Canada, which refuses to do anything about those threats in its midst. It's no different than Taliban refusing to hand over Bin Laden, or Pakistan refusing to hand over various terrorists it harbours.
Canada wants to turn itself into another Pakistan. In fact, Canada doesn't care about Pakistan having a free hand to operate on Canadian soil. What happened to Karima Baloch? Did Justinder Trudeau care? Did Vote Bank leader Jagmeet care?

Canadians are already chafing under Trudeau's misrule -- but they're unable to overcome the power of his Machine Politics and his faithful Vote Banks which he panders to. Eventually, that pandering will mean communal violence bleeds beyond Punjabi Vote Bank and shows up in other communities.
"Raising snakes in backyard" and all that.

This is meant to be grim humor - from the Canadian viewpoint, Hamas, in the most technically surveilled area on the planet could plan for a couple of years and organize an attack by many hundreds of men with zero SIGINT, and here is aspiring power India who cannot knock off a terrorist without leaving damning SIGINT.

(yes, I know the SIGINT claim by Canada is a bluff.)

Jagmeet Singh Justifies Agreement with The Liberals Ahead of Key Convention Confidence Vote

NDP leader also walks a fine line on the Hamas-Israel conflict

...
Singh won the support of 81 per cent of delegates, who voted not to hold a leadership convention.

That's down slightly from his previous votes. In 2018, 90.7 per cent of delegates voted against triggering a leadership race. In 2021, 87 per cent of party delegates voted against a leadership convention.

Singh walks a fine line on Israel-Hamas war

Hanging over the convention was how the NDP will respond to Hamas's attack on Israel and Israel's bombing of Gaza, an expected prelude to a ground offensive.

More than 1,300 people in Israel have been killed, including women, children and the elderly, as well as young people at a music festival. Militants also took some 150 people hostage.

Gaza authorities say more than 1,800 people — more than half of whom were women and individuals under the age of 18 — have been killed in Israel's retaliatory attacks.

Singh attempted to walk a fine line in his speech, acknowledging the "brutal attack" from Hamas, which he said invoked memories of the Holocaust.

"There can be no justification for the torture, murder and sexual violence committed by Hamas," he said to a standing ovation from the convention crowd. "And we must call for the killing of innocent civilians in Gaza to end immediately."

Singh said the world cannot stand by while the people of Gaza are left to die.

New Democrat MPs are among the few Canadian political parties calling for a ceasefire.

Later Saturday, New Democrats debated and passed an emergency resolution that backs the party's calls for an end to the violence, the release of hostages and for "life-saving humanitarian assistance for residents of the Gaza Strip."

It did not reflect calls by some delegates, like those from the party's unofficial NDP Socialist Caucus, to take a harder line on years of military action by Israel.

That group submitted an emergency resolution that calls Israel an "apartheid state." Canada has previously said it rejects the view that "Israel's actions constitute apartheid." The group's resolution also urges the party to launch a boycott, divestment and sanctions campaign against Israel.

Pro-Palestinian protesters caused a brief disruption outside of the convention hall on Saturday afternoon.
