And nearly all the "eggspurts" are Pakjabis. That's to be expected, since most of these "shows" are filmed in Isloo or Lahore.

They are talking about that dream of Thar coal again.Plus AFAIK China is closing down its own coal power plants.China is going to push its spare coal and equipment in Pakistan and get them to pay for it as well.

Dollar-denominated return or baki rupiah-denominated? Pakis better hope that the 27% IRR is not inflation adjusted either. That could bankrupt the believers and force them to the begging bowl. Wait! That's already happened.

It does not matter what currency the return is calculated. The fact that it is state secret it self tells us that it is mostly -27% rather 27%
never heard 27% return on power plant.
