Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
I am surprised Oli happily gave up? No emergency, nothing? That distresses me. It allows Unkil to get away easily.
Hence I don't like Pappoz hanging around. What if he does this to a small state and then declares independence or something or is a dress rehearsal to do this everywhere?
They won the T20 but this is a test match and we still need to win most sessions

Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
Nepal unrest - a volatile mix that India must watch closely
- Key ministers quit, Oli resigns homes of top leaders vandalised
- Govt ban on 26 social media apps → sparked protests, leaving 19 dead & hundreds injured. Social media ban seen as authoritarian overreach → rapid mobilisation
-Students rage at corruption & nepotism triggering grassroots momentum buildup
- Pro-monarchy protests from earlier, demanding restoration of crown (ended 2008)
- MoFA warns of ISI/LeT/JeM hand while Pak media blames RAW
In summary, the situation remains fluid & India must keep BSF vigilant & stay circumspect in managing fallout

Yeah, this has nothing to do with SCO but looks like something that was well-planned and orchestrated (always the case when there is a ready replacement). Whoever was behind the "student revolution" in Bangladesh to ouster is also the same one behind this "GenZ revolution" in Nepal. Makes you think about the JNU/Jamia Milia/DU riots in 2018, which was the precursor to CAA riots and blockade.SRajesh wrote: ↑08 Sep 2025 21:35 Chetakji
Looks like V Nuland type attempt to change regime
Or is it the BD perfected Student Revolution.
Just in time for the Bihar Elections dont you think!!
And only week or two ago announcement was made that Nepal and Bhutan as open border meaning that people could travel freely across.
In all this turmoil wonder what sort of people will slip through
Its a shame we lack in our PR game, else the messaging could've been clear - Nepal survived centuries of colonialism, world wars, famines, earthquakes but yet found stability for over 200 yrs when it had monarchy, but this so-called "democracy" has given it nothing but corruption, incompetency and instability with over 12 government changes in the last 20 yrs.
As for Oli, good riddance to the chinese puppet, let him seek asylum in Beijing.
Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
Torching Parliament building does not bode well.

Ambar ji,
It all started when the BIF commies sneaked in the word "secular" into the nepali constitution. eyetaaalian mafioso clan was heavily involved in that game, to the extent of using scum like yechh - uri, the roasted peking duck, to seal the deal with the new nepali commie govt
shows you that the mafioso links with commie cheen was well before the "secret" MOU was signed
Just like what the commies had done with the Indian constitution
Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
A_Gupta ji,
why not, when sickular India will rebuild it all for free

K. P. Sharma Oli will park his corrupt ass in India while waiting out the passing squall
wait and see how quickly India gets dragged into this mess, as the pakis, beedis and the cheen are all pushing the narrative
allegedly inspired by indonesia, massive youth demonstrations in nepal happening right now over corruption and inequality.
nepa's parliament on fire

Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
I am curious - Oli was not pro-India; and was trying to rally Nepali public opinion against India by reviving Nepal's claim on Lipulekh pass; why do folks think that it is impossible that India is not behind this regime change?

Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
Nepal me Raaaaa ki shaazish hai shaab....
Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
Actually A_Gupta ji, it was a devious attempt to inflame public opinion and divert their attention from the building resentment against the govt.
"patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel".......

India has been bitten far too many times by these commie parasites to want to regime them these vermin and take over their failed padre dominated country

Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
KP Oli is the only nepali prime minister who never visited India during his term.
He is also the only nepali who claimed Bhagwan Ram, Shiva, Valimiki were nepali and not Indian.

^^
This reminds of the Jihadi Abdul Basit : claiming Chanakya saying that : woh Hamare Yahan pade they, Taxilla mein
The idiot (meaning Oli the oily scat) should not be given refuge in India

Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
Let us see what happens now. The "democracy" of Nepal is a sham, as I wrote before in this thread. 95% of the parliament is either commie or pinko. The Hindutva party (RPP) has only 5% of the seats. Best to integrate with Bharat. As of now, it is basically a region in the back side of Uttar Pradesh, i.e. Chuttar Pradesh.
Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
This looks like US supported mobocracy at work. Showing finger to both India and China. The former king had been making moves to regain public support. This event trumps all those efforts.

Re: Nepal and Bhutan News and discussion
From Major Gaurav Arya to Lt Gen PR Shankar, all commentators agree that PM Oli was a Chinese puppet.
Voices from Nepal say the government was trying to close down all but Chinese social media.
So who is behind this?
Is there a positive side for India in this?
