Clinton up by 233,378 votes (30 points) in Miami-Dade county FL, with 300,000 (mostly election day) votes still to be counted. Obama won this county by only 208,000. That's one half of the traditional Democratic firewall. Rubio outperforming Trump in Dade..
EDIT 1 - Rubio has 100,000 more votes in Dade than Trump..If this happens in Broward and Palm beach counties..there goes the "its rigged" argument.
EDIT 2 - The way FL is reported - You see massive EV and Mail in Ballot data flood in and then it slows down to a trickle as the presincts come in . There are Central time zone counties still voting.
EDIT 3 - DADE precincts reporting - Clinton lead in DADE now at 277,032
EDIT 4 - Rubio still leading Trump by 82,000 votes in DADE.
EDIT 5 - Trump doing really well in North and Western regions of the state.
EDIT 6 - Rubio wins the Senate race in FL.
Florida is turning out to be a nail biter. Broward may save Clinton but North Florida could very well carry Trump.

On a positive note

,
Nine states including Maine, Massachusetts And North Dakota are deciding on marijuana legalization ballot initiatives today.
If the ballot measure in Maine passes, adults age 21 and older will be allowed to possess up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana and consume it privately.
If the ballot measure in Massachusetts passes, adults age 21 and older will be able to possess up to 10 ounces of marijuana, grow up to six plants for personal use and consume marijuana privately.

I haven't given any 'opinion' on who will FL, just the numbers based on early and in person voting. Although If I did give my opinion, I would have said she would win FL by 30,000-80,000 votes. Take the MOV and divide it by the number of counties and you'll see why this is such a hard state to call.

Florida is Red. No question.
The real surprises are places like Virginia and NH! One didn't expect to see Trump be as close as this. It is still HRC ahead at this point but Trump might have sneaked a big surprise in if the trend continues.

Yes, if caught. Else drive away with a smile.
OH seems to be a surprise leaning towards HRC....if it continues to be this tight in FL it could be a long might plus ghosts of Bush/Gore vote fraud could also return..

I spent a decade there and polls are usually good especially if outside the margin. He should win OH unless he dropped the ball in GOTV since its always a low early voting state.

AoA! I never expected to see that statement.
I thought The Week Of The Living Dead had done it.
To the tune of
The Hills Are Alive.. by Julie Andrews, "The Sound of Music"
The polls are alive with the posthumous vote
With songs they have sung for a thousand years
I see that Arkansas dissed Clinton

Apparently New Hampshire will decide the President. Spidey sense says NH will go Blue by a few thousand votes (even though it doesn't seem so right now).
PS: Shri Mongolian, it is quite an odd thing to see Hispanic voters being encouraged by Churches and groups even in CA where HRC is 99% guaranteed to win! They want both vote share and electoral votes.

Do u note that in States that Trump is winning, he's winning by an absolute landslide? So if HiC squeaks through on delegates based on the posthumous vote in FL and NV, she won't have the popular vote.
Only New York soundly thrashed NY. How come? Isn't NY dominated by YY vote?

Well well well....... this might turn out to be interesting after all, another Brexit? One 'expert' on ABC indeed said he was there in London during Brexit when at first and even late into the counting it looked like a sure win for the opposition but then they got a rude shock. He admitted he was getting a sense of deja vu today.
ABC now showing 137 for Trump and 104 for Clinton, with OH looking very red - 52% in Trump favor with 55% of votes counted so far. However, Florida remains the key, as always, with Broward county voting heavily for Clinton.

Trump seems to be reeling in all the battleground states. NYT now projects 80% chance of Trump presidency, a full reverse from the 80% they gave Clinton before polling today. He's currently projected to get the electoral vote 305-233. Very interesting situation.

Amazing beyond words, and very scary - the anger that must be out there, esp. in rural America.
Stephanopoulos calls Ohio for DT. For those who don't remember: Stephanopoulos was the wunderkind Campaign Manager for SlickWillie in his first winning race (1992). Wonder what's going through his mind....
DT 168... HiC 109.
I don't think they've included Georgia (16 electoral votes) yet. Going overwhelmingly for DT.
Meanwhile, Senate races are going heavily for Elephant.
House already heavily Elephant.

This is the equivalent of the Narendra Modi Sweep against the Congress . The anger must indeed be DEEP and the coastal and other elites have sure been blind sided.
That is why I have ALWAYS maintained that this was an election for the DEMOCRATS TO LOSE. Bernie would have WON the elections for the democrats. What lost(or losing today) is the discredited establishment machine. Whether it was the Congress in India or the dynastic politics (Clinton and Bush) in the US.
I WISH that US had the chance to elect Bernie instead of Trump. It is sad that it didn't happen. Trump IS a flawed candidate. Yes. He will shake up Washington fundamentally. But I would have preferred Bernie on the seat.
