Those opposing Tax Amnesty Scheme enemies of Pakistan
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Chamber of Small Traders on Saturday said the elements opposing Tax Amnesty Scheme and spreading rumors are enemies of Pakistan. An extension in the deadline of this matchless scheme will help country raise billions of dollars which are badly needed to keep the country afloat, it said. The extension is the deadline of the scheme is only possible through a Presidential Ordinance as the caretaker setup is in no mood to exceed its mandate, said Patron Islamabad Chamber of Small Traders Shahid Rasheed Butt.
You do not need a doctorate in Rocket Science to make this obvious statement. The question here is, will this "scheme" be used as a political tool to target opponents of the Deep State ( like Ganja Sharif and his corrupt family ) or will the law be equally employed against faujis who have salted quite a few billion dollars abroad ( like Mush and Kayani's corrupt bro in Australia !)
He said that the PML-N government took a lot of time for the announcement of the scheme leaving its implementation on the caretakers, who are managing it well.
Shahid Rasheed Butt said that it must be realised that flaws in the scheme, technical weaknesses, the arrival holy month of Ramazan, rumors and court issues kept people undecided and confused about the scheme. Moreover, abrupt and radical changes in the policies are the part of the political culture of the country which has never gone down well with the business community.

Harmeet is a Pakistani-born Sikh who had completed his masters in journalism from Federal Urdu University Karachi. He started his media carrier as a reporter in ATV and later on joined media veteran Yousaf Baig Mirza for Public News.
Anyone remember Jogendra Nath Mandal - Pakistan's first Hindu Cabinet Minister and what happened to him later ?

Paki Deep State Agencies Feel Helpless As Bartania's Scotland Yard Refuses To Help Them Unravel Ganja Sharif's Vast Real Estate Holdings In London Acquired From Illicit Transfers Of Funds From Pakistan

Penthouse pirates: How the mega-rich former prime minister of Pakistan and his sons have ploughed millions into London’s swankiest addresses to amass a vast property empire
Source : Daily Mail , UK ( with some mirch masala added on  )
Jun 24, 2018
Avenfield House is where Pakistan’s super-rich former PM, Nawaz Sharif, has lived when in London, since 1993. He knocked four luxury flats together to make a single mansion, now worth at least £7million. Sharif shares it with his two sons, his daughter and political heir-apparent Maryam and her husband. For the past four months, all five of them have been on trial in Pakistan accused of money-laundering. Nothing new here !
Image
One of many London properties acquired through allegedly illegal means !

Image
£7million: Eaton Place, London. Untangling the web of the Sharifs’ British real estate portfolio is not easy. The properties are registered via a bewildering network of companies, trusts and bank accounts
Indeed, a senior official from one of the Pakistani agencies which played a central role in the Sharif investigation, said that Britain has, in effect, hindered their investigations by refusing to share information. ‘We knew about bank transfers from Britain to Pakistan, and we asked for access to the Sharifs’ British account records – but they refused.’A second source who worked on the case added: ‘We spoke from Islamabad to officers at Scotland Yard, and they sounded very eager to help. But when it came to handing over information, it didn’t happen.’He said Britain even sat for weeks on visa requests by members of the investigation team who wanted to visit London and the BVI for further inquiries, so that by the time the visas were granted, it was too late – because of a rigid deadline set by the Pakistani judges. He said: ‘We felt it was a political decision. Nawaz’s party was still in power and the British government didn’t want to jeopardise its relationship with Pakistan.’Asked whether Britain had failed to help the investigators, a Home Office spokesman said: ‘We continue to work closely with international partners to stem the flow of illicit wealth. We neither confirm nor deny the existence of mutual legal assistance requests.’Nawaz’s son Hussain declined to respond to the MoS.
The complete "farticle" ( in the attached !) re-hashed from tabloid sources and hearsay evidence is one further attempt to "demonize" Ganja Sharif , his extended family and his PML party in anticipation of the crucial Paki Elections . And at a time, when the cancer suffering Begum has "almost gone under"

I seems that it was a group of paki Sikhs who prevented the Indian High Commissioner from meeting the Indian Sikhs. Raise your hand if you think this was orchestrated by the paki agencies. Easy way to confirm will be to ask the Indian Sikhs when they return to India. Perhaps SGPC in India should take the lead in clarifying what really happened.

Publicity Hungry Pakjabi CJP Nisar Back In The News Again ! Shows His Anti Sindhi Bias Here !

Chief Justice throws additional judge’s cellphone at Larkana court :D
Jun 23, 2018
LARKANA: Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar lost his cool after he spotted a cellphone at the table of a local judge and threw it with a warning to avoid using the gadget while at work.
Afterward, the chief justice also ordered immediate transfer of the judge. The CJP was on a visit to Larkana’s Chandka hospital from where he also visited different sessions courts in the city to observe their hearings and proceedings.Chief justice, during his round to the district and sessions court, picked up the mobile phone of an additional judge and threw it on the table while saying ‘this should be kept at home’.
For those, not in the know, Larkana and the surrounding environs is " Bhutto-Zardari / PPP territory" and is a hotbed of Sindhi and anti-Pakjabi nationalism ! ( Nisar is Pakjabi !)
He also asked the judge about number of cases he had heard from the morning. The additional judge replied with ‘three’. Justice Nisar expressed his displeasure and said how justice could be ensured when the judicial process was this slow. He asked the judge to swiftly wrap up cases and ensure dispensation of justice speedily. The chief justice also issued orders for transfer of three judges. He also met the members of the legal fraternity and told them he would not be harassed by their protests and strikes.
In the "heat of intense summer" this "overworked" CJP is flying ( and in the process collecting frequent flyer Points !) from North to South and from East to West , fighting Paki forest fires to set things right . If truth be told, he should go after big time fauji corruption instead of "bullying" a low level Sindhi judge, who is "trying" to earn a living as a government employee

Paki Official Attacked ! Things Heat Up In The Cool Hill Station Of Murree

Punjab Food Authority team attacked, held hostage in Murree
MURREE: A Punjab Food Authority (PFA) team led by its chief was on Saturday attacked, tortured and briefly held hostage in a restaurant in Murree, Pakistan’s famous mountain resort town.
The PFA has reportedly decided to take legal action against the restaurant’s management and has announced that it will take all measures to force the eatery to maintain the prescribed standards. Donkey Gosht served?. Bathroom used as a drying area for kitchen utensils ? Climate change has come to cool Murree ?
Rawalpindi police have announced that the PFA team can contact it anytime for registration of a case against the restaurant and its management.
Should not "Murree Police" take up this matter. Or are the local Abduls, who assaulted the PFA "Chief" are politically powerful in their own town

Bank Failure Alarm Being Broadcasted Well In Advance

Depositors to be compensated in case of bank failure
THE BUSINESS
Jun 22, 2018
LAHORE: Deposit protection scheme will build up sizable funds, through premium payments from banks that can be used to provide immediate liquidity to small depositors in case of a bank failure. Deposit Protection Corporation (DPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of
State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has launched deposit protection mechanism under its Circular dated June 22, 2018. It seems that the Paki Central Bank ( State Bank ) just woke up from a deep slumber after 71 years of its existence ! This kind of a scheme is standard in almost all countries of the world ! Or is it just sounding of a "comfortable assurance" to the Aam Abduls in case of anticipated run on the banks in case of economic situation getting worse than what it is already
As envisaged in the Deposit Protection Corporation Act, 2016, the protected amount has been determined to be Rs. 250,000 per depositor per bank. ( in this day and age of rampart inflation, is this enough ?)
All commercial banks are members of this scheme and will be (hopefully :D ) paying the required premium.
( no "cheque is in the mail" games !)
The establishment of DPC was envisaged as one of the important objectives in SBP’s strategic plan 2016-2020 under the strategic goal of “strengthen the financial system stability regime”.
( Buzz words and nothing else IMO !)
The international standard followed for designing a robust deposit the protection scheme is laid out in “Core Principles for Effective Deposit Insurance Systems” issued by International Association of
Deposit Insurers (IADI). The design features of deposit protection mechanism in Pakistan are mostly in line with these principles.
Has someone done an independent operational audit on this "tall claim"
Establishment of a formal deposit protection scheme will be beneficial for Pakistan as it will build up sizable funds, ( someone woke up after 71 years !) through premium payments from banks that can be used to provide immediate liquidity to small depositors in case of a bank failure.

Why Is This News Being Hidden From The Awaaam : Paki Aam Abduls - Being Used As Cannon Fodder - Dying By The Hundreds ( Or Maybe, Thousands !) In The Yemen War

Pakistanis among hundreds killed in Saudi war on Yemen
June 19, 2018
Image
Bodies of a number of Pakistanis have been brought to Pakistan for burial from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who were said to have died on the Saudi border with Yemen. They are believed to have lost lives due to Saudi Kingdom’s war on Yemen.
Reports had it funeral prayers of such Pakistanis have been held at their native villages. They were laid to rest and Pakistani nation has been told that they died naturally. It is relevant to add here that Saudis, UAE and other allied forces, abetted by US, French and Israeli forces have launched new phase of their ongoing war on Yemen by targeting Hodeida with a view to occupy this port city.
Not sure what the "report" is trying to convey here . Pakis fighting on the Saudi side and getting killed by the rebel Yemenis . Or Pakis fighting on the rebel side and being flown home ? . In any case, the "Commander Of Muslim NATO " Gen Raheel Sharif should be held responsible ( if he is still alive IMO  )

Keep Your Fingers Crossed : Pakiland To Launch First Indigenous ( With or Without Chini Help  ) Satellite Next Month ( Hopefully !)

Pakistan to launch first indigenous satellite next month
ISLAMABAD – Pakistan is set to launch its first homemade satellite next month giving a boost to the space programme of the country.
Foreign Office Spokesperson, Dr Faisal Muhammad said that the satellite would be used for remote sensing and help in research in geography, climate and weather.
Is this the "job" of a FO Spokesman . Or it is because it "involves" the H & D ( AKA Echendee ) of Pakistan !
Besides this milestone, Pakistan will kick-start an ambitious space programme during the next fiscal year with an aim to keep an eye on the Indian side ( wtf does this mean !!) and reduce its dependence on foreign satellites for civil and military purposes.
( does it mean that the Chinis refused to "spy on India" )
The satellite named PakTES-1A – is an indigenously developed remote sensing satellite of Pakistan. It will be launched at 610 km sun-synchronous orbit in July 2018.The satellite weighs 285 kg and will enhance country’s self-reliance capacity and reduce dependence on foreign satellites, mainly the US and French satellites for civil and military communications.Earlier, China and Pakistan had signed an agreement in 2016 for the launch of a special remote sensing satellite this year in 2018.
So, as suspected, it is "Chini Maal" masquerading as "indigenous" . Another assemble and paint job !
The main reason for signing the agreement is to monitor the development of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects. And also do a bit of spying ( "eye on India") on the side ! In other words, killing two birds with one stone  )
Under the CPEC many infrastructure projects are under construction throughout Pakistan. Originally valued at $46 billion, the value of CPEC projects is now worth $ 62 billion. The project will link Pakistani Gwadar port to China Xinjiang province.
An European Think Tank recently concluded in a report that this ( CPEC ) is an ruse by China to colonize Pakistan !

Ex Pat Paki Woman Dies In Mid- Flight !

Sri Lanka probes death of Pakistani woman onboard flight
COLOMBO – Sri Lankan police are probing the death of a Pakistani national onboard a Sri Lankan Airlines flight which arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport from Singapore, local media reported Sunday. The 86-year-old Pakistani woman, identified as 86-year old Nisa Alimun, was aboard the UL 306 flight from Changi Airport in Singapore to Sri Lanka on Saturday.
Thousands of Pakis are fleeing their country in droves . Some legally, others illegally . Not sure about this old lady . How she ended up in Sri Lanka in the first place !
The remains of the deceased was taken to the Negombo Hospital for a post-mortem examination, the police said.
Pakistanis in Sri Lanka constitute a population of 300-400 ( seems to be a highly underestimated # , if you count the illegals (!) IMHO !) according to the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation. Most Pakistanis residing in Sri Lanka are employees/workers and students. Mostly Muslim by religion, the majority are found in the Sri Lankan business and financial capital of Colombo.

Physician negates death of Kulsoom Nawaz
LAHORE – A doctor of Pakistani origin has disassociated himself from the false news regarding the death of Kulsoom Nawaz, the wife of former premier Nawaz Sharif.Doctor Farooq Malik Bangash in a video message said that he never visited Harley Street Clinic and never witnessed Begum Kulsoom Nawaz on ventilator.Farooq termed the social media campaign using his name and phone number for propaganda against former first lady fake.
. Report ( above) part of the Deep State's psychological warfare game to demonize Nawaz and his extended family and make him and his political party (PML N) politically redundant ahead of the crucial election next month . Same can be said of the of todays news-in the Paki press - of Ganja acquiring London properties , etc etc . This is "old stuff" "everyone" knows that Ganja is corrupt to the core ! Another attempt to re-hash Ganja as "corrupt" - which actually is "old news" IMO !

Publicity Hungry Nisar Going Well Beyond His CJP Mandate

CJP Justice Saqib Nisar summons DG ISI, MI, IB
June 24, 2018
HYDERABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has summoned Director General Rangers Sindh, Inspector General Police and provincial heads of Military Intelligence, Inter-Services Intelligence and Intelligence Bureau at the Supreme Court Karachi Registry on June 24 (today) in the missing persons case. The top judge issued these orders during his visit to district courts in Larkana on Saturday, where some people came up to him with complaints of their relatives being missing and their whereabouts still unknown, said a press release issued by the Supreme Court.
IMO, the CJP is just "shooting off his big Pakjabi mouth" . He knows what are the "red lines" of the Deep State are ! He knows that will not last one second in his job, if he pokes his nose in this area  He is just blowing "hot air" !

Something "Fishy" Is Going On In Pakiland , According To This Mischievous Report About "Protesting" Sikhs !

Protesting Sikhs stop Indian envoy from entering Hassanabdal temple
HASSANABDAL: Expressing their anger over the release of a controversial film on the life and teachings of the Sikh religion’s founder Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Nanak Shah Fakir, and the verdict of the Indian supreme court on the Khalistan movement, members of the Sikh community on Saturday barred Indian High Commissioner in Pakistan Ajay Bisaria and his wife from entering Gurdwara Panja Sahib in Hassanabdal.Charged Sikh pilgrims from India who are visiting Gurdwara Panja Sahib also refused to meet Indian diplomats.
No details provided !
According to the Indian officials, a strong protest has been registered by the Indian High Commission in Islamabad over the incident. “It has been conveyed to Pakistan side that preventing the Indian High Commission officials from discharging its consular responsibilities is in violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961, and the 1974 bilateral protocol on visit to religious shrines,” a statement by the Indian foreign ministry said.It may be recalled that on April 15 a large number of Sikhs held a protest at Gurdwara Punja Sahib in Hassanabdal against the controversial film that they said had hurt their religious sentiments.

Attack On "Selected" Paki Intellectuals Begins Ahead Of Next Month's Crucial Election

Cyber intimidation: a bad idea
Pervez Hoodbhoy
Updated June 23, 2018
LAST week an unsigned email from Netra[email protected] landed in my inbox. It accused me of stirring “hate against the state and the institutions in the garb of being sane and intellectual” while claiming “we know what cooks in your mind when u address the masses and who u work for”. And so, to deal with me, it says “we can enlist them”. What “them” means is unstated.
Just this week a prominent Paki ( female) journo's house was ransacked but no valuable items were stolen. As if "someone" was trying to convey a message to her ! A few months ago, a popular Paki journo - with his young family - was forced to go to exile in Paris after unknown persons "roughed him up" ! Hoodbhoy, a Shia Ismaili is already in the "bad books" of the Pakjabi Establishment for advocating "peace" with India among other things
Hidden somewhere in cyber space some prankster bearing some personal grudge — possibly a student who couldn’t pass my physics course — might well have authored this email. If so the only action called for has already been taken — hitting the delete button followed by a trash flush. I lost no sleep over this. :D It will be "very difficult" for Deep State goons to physically intimidate such "prominent Pakis" as Hoodbhoy !
But instead, what if today there is actually some organised and systematic effort afoot to frighten and silence those Pakistani voices judged unpatriotic? Could this be why — now for many months — meaningful political analysis and discussion have disappeared from local print and electronic media? Bloggers have disappeared, only to reappear with horrendous tales to tell, and many journalists have been stilled forever. Hope that this journo does not become an "item" in the news
First, freedom of expression acts as a safety valve against authoritarian rule, tyranny and secret government. Secret government is bad because it is uninhibited by the checks and balances needed for good governance. Accountability is not just about iqamas and politicians. It’s equally needed for generals, judges, lawyers, professors, policemen and milkmen. If certain voices are amplified while others are suppressed, genuine accountability becomes difficult.
Second, true patriotism comes from caring. In fact, real caring is often the reason why some dare raise voices to criticise what they perceive wrong around them. While Mr [email protected] was probably told in his school that criticising state institutions is unpatriotic, this view is without logic.
Should citizens of Pakistan be stopped from sharing and airing their thoughts on PIA’s performance, the national cricket team, ( and the hockey and the kabaddi team which suffered a humiliating defeat from "dushman" India  ) or the country’s professors, politicians, or generals? None of these are holy, faultless, and above reproach. No patriotic Pakistani can have beef with the state or any of its institutions provided these function within their respective mandates.
This begs the key question: who is a patriotic Pakistani and acts to benefit it? Equivalently, what is Pakistan’s national interest and who may rightfully define it? Surely this is not for some hidden force to specify. The only proper way is to determine its parameters through open and honest public debate. ( which will be "crushed" with an iron fist of the Deep State ! )
Here’s my take, hopefully shared by many millions. A true patriot wants to make Pakistan poverty-free; to help it achieve high standards of justice and financial integrity; to convince its different peoples and provinces about mutual sharing and caring; to help make real universities instead of the ones we have; to explore space and become a world leader in science; to develop literature and the arts; and much more.
All this is secondary . Kashmir banaega Pakistan is priority # 1
The other conception of Pakistani patriotism and national interest — the mainstream one — is different. Taught in schools and propagated via the media, it focuses upon our relations with India. This involves freeing Kashmir from India; deterring India with nuclear weapons; creating strategic depth against India through controlling Afghanistan; neutralising Indian power by nurturing the Pakistan-China relationship; punishing Iran for its friendship with India; etc. This India-centric view has been strengthened by Indian obduracy on Kashmir, its unconscionable repression of Kashmiri protesters, and the emergence of a hard-line anti-Muslim Hindu right.
Wishing "Good Luck" with the India "project"
But now matters other than India are casting dark shadows. Short of nuclear war or a miracle, nothing can now prevent Pakistan from reaching 400 million people in 35-40 years. Water is running short, and environmental destruction is everywhere. Then there are fanatical mullahs that the state appeases, fights, and then appeases again. The strategic reserve against India, which can always be "plausibly denied " ( like the Haqqani network ! )
Add these all up and you can understand why Mr [email protected]’s mind is being unconsciously governed by the fears of Robert Hobbes (1588-1679). Hobbes famously articulated the dread of a state sliding deep into dystopia. During the English Civil War, he became obsessed with demonstrating the necessity of a strong central authority to avoid the evil of discord and civil war.
Pakistanis have lost half their country, but still have not learnt a lesson from history !
I wonder if Mr [email protected] and others with a negative vision will get to read this article. Will they realise that trying to shut people up is actually unpatriotic? For all who care for the well-being of Pakistan and its people, it is a patriotic duty to speak against abuses of power. Equating patriotism with passivity and unquestioning obedience is nonsense. Pakistan Zindabad! (. The "Zindabad" ( not Murdabad! ) slogan is is "absolutely necessary". As it proves the patriotic credentials of Hoodbhoy  ) :D

Water Shortage Has Now Become A "Big Strategic Headache" For Pakiland ! Some Of These "Desert Pics" Have Even Gone Viral On "World Social Media"

These Photos of Rawal Dam Will Make You Realize the Seriousness of Pakistan’s Water Issues

Image
Rawal Lake has been one of the most famous picnic ( picnic "concept" OK for the Mullahs  ) spots for families for the people of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. However, with lake drying up, the number of visitors is likely to decrease. :D
The Super- Uber Patriot of Pakiland , Sir Jahil- Ham- Eid has been "screaming" his head off , through his poisonous Tweets about this " newly noticed" strategic shortage , cautioning the Aam Abduls to save the "precious water" for future "Namaz Prayers ". But not sure, if the dirty, thirsty , hungry and unwashed Abduls of Pakiland are paying attention to this serious joker ( he has been recently declared as "one of the 500 influential Muslims of the world " by a Jordanian " Think Tank"( NOT affiliated to his own BT - therefore no nepotism suspected here !) , He is on a high these days, without imbibing charas or cocaine.
Eid holidays saw a huge influx of people from the two cities, but due to the water scarcity in the area, it wore a deserted look.
Should the name be officially changed to "Rawal Desert"
With Simly Dam also facing severe water shortage, the authorities have a huge challenge at hand to meet the water supply needs of the capital as well as Rawalpindi.
When is India going to be blamed for this !!!
Earlier in April, Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Managing Director Raja Shaukat Mehmood had said that the water storage was enough to meet the requirements till the start of monsoon season. With sources suggesting that water demand in Rawalpindi will rise to 79 million gallons daily in the next 20 years, severe water crisis will hit the city if new water sources are not built during the next 3-4 years.
When is Isloo and Pindi Chana going to be the next "Capetown"
With more rains expected in the coming days and especially in the July-August, the waters from Northern Pakistan will fill up the water reservoir, however, the authorities need to use it efficiently for the residents of twin cities.
Monsoon failure means blame India

In Wake Of Mullah Fazlullah's Death, Pashtuns In Swat Raise Serious Questions About Pakistan Army's Commitment Towards "Fighting Terrorism"

After U.S. Kills Taliban Chief, Victims Question Pakistan’s Counterterror Gains
For more than a decade, Mullah Fazlullah remained the dreaded face of terror for millions in northwest Pakistan. They faced death, injury, humiliation, and displacement because of his violent campaign.
His reported death in a U.S. drone strike in eastern Afghanistan last week has prompted many of his prominent victims to question Islamabad’s counterterrorism gains given that most senior Taliban figures were reportedly killed in attacks by unmanned U.S. drone aircrafts.
These "snakes" once nurtured in Pakistan's own back yard, "escaped", "became rogue" and started biting back their own "keeper" !
Fazllullah, believed to be in his mid-40s, established a Taliban fiefdom in Swat Valley, a picturesque tourist haven in Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, which borders Afghanistan. He earned the nickname “Mullah Radio” after successfully utilizing fiery sermons on an illegal FM station to transform himself from a rural chairlift operator into one of the most feared Taliban commanders. By 2007, he had established control over Swat, banned polio vaccination, and discouraged girls’ education.Zahid Khan, a community leader in Swat, was one of Fazllullah’s early opponents. He told RFE/RL’s Radio Mashaal that his repeated requests to local officials to shut down the Taliban leader’s radicalization campaign fell on deaf ears.
At that time, they were "categorized" as "good" terrorists like the Haqqanis , who still "enjoy" their "good terrorist" status .!
“He was a nasty criminal who ultimately met his fate, but we want to ask why our [intelligence] agencies and security forces were unable to deal with him,” he asks. “All senior [Pakistani] Taliban commanders have been killed in these [U.S.] drone strikes. Pakistani security forces cannot claim to have killed a single senior Taliban figure or present his dead body to the people.”
Pakis do not have the technical capabilities of the Amreekis, therefore the "dirty work" of killing these "snakes" falls to the Americans
Khan now wants the Pakistani authorities to deliver justice to captured and surrendered Taliban figures such as former Swat Taliban spokesman Muslim Khan and Ehsanullah Ehsan, a spokesman for Tehreek-e Taliban Pakistan (TTP). In December 2016, a military court sentenced Muslim Khan to death. His appeal is now pending in the Pakistani courts. Ehsan remains in government custody after surrendering in April 2017.
After custody as a "bad terrorist", he has "repented" and has been "turned over" and has now become a "good terrorist", therefore , he has to be "preserved" for the future
Ajwan Khan lost his son Asfan Khan in an attack on the Army Public School in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s capital, Peshawar, in December 2014. Nearly 150 schoolchildren and teachers died in the attack, which was claimed by the Pakistani Taliban. “We are not satisfied with the killing of Fazlullah and want to ask where our protectors [security forces] was when all this was happening,” he told VOA’s Deewa Radio. “Our grievances are aimed at our protectors.” :D
Fazal Khan, an outspoken Peshawar-based lawyer, also lost his son Omar Khan in the Peshawar school attack. He noted how Pakistani authorities released Fazlullah’s father-in-law, Sufi Muhammad, in January and are keeping Ehsan away from courts despite efforts to hold Ehsan accountable for publicly claiming responsibility for scores of atrocious Taliban attacks.
In the name of "fighting terrorism" the Paki Deep State is fighting a civil war against the Pashtuns of FATA and KP !
“We praise the United States for killing him [Fazlullah] because apparently he was our enemy, or our security institutions led us to believe that he was our enemy,” he told VOA’s Deewa Radio.
The Paki Fauj is "trying" - unsuccessfully IMO - to silence VOA and other media, who are trying to voice the anger of the awaam against the Pakistan Army and Establishment !
Since the TTP’s emergence as an umbrella organization encompassing various Pakistani Taliban factions in 2007, most of its senior leaders and those of its splinter groups have been killed in alleged U.S. drone strikes. Instead of admitting that these "creatures" were at one time, nurtured as "Strategic Reserve" by the Paki State, the Paki Deep State has been labeling them as "agents of India, Afghanistan and CIA !
These include the movement’s founding leader, Baitullah Mehsud (2009), and his successor, Hakimullah Mehsud (2013). Qari Hussain, believed to be the mastermind of the TTP’s suicide bombing operations, was reportedly killed in a drone strike in 2010. Wali-ur Rehman, another senior commander, was killed in a drone strike in 2013. Omar Mansur, the alleged mastermind of the Peshawar school massacre, was killed in an alleged U.S. drone strike in July 2016.
Pakistan’s powerful military, however, forcefully rejects assertions that it has failed in combating the Pakistani Taliban. “We defeated Al-Qaeda, Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan, and Jamat-ul Ahrar,” Pakistan’s army chief, General Qamar Javed Bajwa, declared in February. “Today, I can say with pride and conviction that there are no organized terrorist camps on our side of the border.” :((
Pajwa sometimes likes to project himself as the Thinking General ( Pajwa Doctrine and all that !) as opposed to the "brawny"- not "brainy" Raheel Sharif
Ziauddin Yousafzai, the schoolteacher father of Nobel laureate education activist Malala Yousafzai, was once on Fazlullah’s hit list. :D
“He was a symbol of terror, and his death will have some deterrence impact,” he said. “But the fundamental thing is that we need to abandon [Pakistani] state policies and narratives that have paved the way for the emergence and empowerment of blood-thirsty characters like Fazlullah.”

Paki Anal-ist Sounds Advance Alarm About The CJP Of His Country !
Onlee In Pakistan, Can A "National Asset" ( Mush )
Become A Liability Overnight :!:

General Musharraf, a liability to Pakistan
The ongoing selective justice, ( He means CJP Nisar !) if not balanced with across the board accountability, can potentially turn it into country-wide movement sooner or later
The military General Pervez Musharraf, the iron-fisted dictator who arbitrarily ruled over Pakistan from late 1999 to 2008, has survived a recent honey trap. The trap was laid down by country’s Supreme Court to provisionally suspend arrest orders against self-exiled Musharraf being tried on serious charges varying from high treason to kidnapping of judges, terrorism and murder of high profile political leaders. Mush has "vast experience" as a SSG Kammandu, so how can he "fall into a honey trap" . "Trap" is there for all to see. But where is the "honey"
General Musharraf gave in to the US pressure to a point where Pakistan’s key geostrategic interests were compromised, the only motive of which was to perpetuate his illegal rule after he overthrew an elected government of Nawaz Sharif in 1999. Lt (retired) General Shahid Aziz ’s autobiography provides an insight into how Musharraf played deceptive games with his own army ( heck, Aziz and Mehmood both generals were instrumental in bringing Mush to the Paki throne !) in an attempt to go out of his way to allow Americans to do whatever they virtually wished under the cover of fighting the war on terror. He allowed Americans to set up espionage network all over Pakistan, the scale of which was revealed by the US intelligence contractor Edward Snowden in 2013. Snowden leaked classified documents which disclosed that the CIA spends more than half of 52.6 billion dollars annual black budget mainly to gather intelligence on how the army and military-run secret service ISI have been hiding anti-US militants and nuclear warheads in Pakistan. It is not the end of his saga.
Musharraf boasts off in the media on how army played its controversial role to save his skin from the trial on high treason charges which in all likelihood, is likely to see him convicted. It is high time for the army to clear its past burden by not creating any hurdle for the civil administration and judiciary to equally apply the rule of law against its former boss who not only played havoc with geo-strategic interests of the state but also continues to attract public resentment.
Whether they like Mush or not, the Army will not "throw him to the (civilian) wolves IMO . They have to "think of " Pakistan which they own !

Oversees Pakis- Illegal or Legal - Dying In Droves. And In Suspicious Circumstances

8-year-old Pakistani boy drowns in UAE swimming pool
SHARJAH – An 8-year-old boy drowned in the swimming pool of a residential tower in Sharjah on Saturday evening, according to local media reports.
The Khaleej Times quoted the UAE police as saying that the incident was reported from the building he lived in with his family in Al Khan area.As his family members spotted him struggling in the water, they rescued him and tried to revive him. After they failed, they called an ambulance. He died as he was being rushed to Al Qasimi Hospital. The police said they were notified about the incident at 7.30pm.
he boy’s parents are being interrogated to determine if there was negligence involved in his death. This is the second instance of a child drowning in a swimming pool in two weeks. Last week, a two-year-old girl drowned in a relative’s swimming pool in Al Dhaid area.
In keeping with local traditions ( and possibly Sharia !) the parents are deemed guilty, until proven innocent , unlike other "normal" countries , where the "opposite" happens . This is the second death concerning oversees Pakis . Just the other day, at the other end of the "age spectrum", a senior ( 81 years old !) Paki Ayesha died on a Sri lanka plane- under mysterious circumstances, flying from Singapore to Colombo ( of all places !) . Maybe, Khuda Allah ! Tallah is "trying" to send a message to the Pakis !!!!

SC orders separate cell to investigate missing persons’ cases
KARACHI – The Supreme Court has ordered law enforcement agencies to establish a separate cell for the cases of missing persons.
During the hearing of missing persons’ case at Supreme Court Karachi Registry on Sunday, Chief Justice Justice Mian Saqib Nisar also directed the representatives of law enforcement agencies, including IG Sindh Amjad Javed, to start proceedings at all the petitions of the missing persons. The chief justice asked the agencies to inform the relatives of missing persons about their loved ones.“I am certain that my institutions are not behind missing persons,” the chief justice said during a hearing of the missing persons’ case at the Supreme Court’s Karachi Registry.
Good luck ! His predecessor, the "cross eyed" and corrupt, fellow Pakjabi Iftikhar Chaudri took a "similar route" . And achieved zero . Same fate, IMO, awaits this "My Laard" as well
During the hearing, Justice Nisar asked the relatives of the missing persons to come forward. The judicial staff accepted their petitions relating to the missing persons after which the chief justice ordered action on them. ( passing the buck  . But who will bell the (ISI) cat

Zulfi's Father, Sir Shahnawaz Bhutto, Married A Hindu, So What Is Wrong If Benazir Bhutto's Niece , Sanam Bhutto Ties The Knot With A Jew

Benazir Bhutto’s niece ties the knot with a Brit
Image
The ( now) Happy Couple !
LONDON – The daughter of Sanam Bhutto – former Pakistani premier’s only surviving sibling – tied the knot with a Britisher in London on Saturday.
Azadeh Hussain was seen in a traditional red attire posing for pictures alongside her groom, who also donned a White shirt and a black blazer.
The event was a private gathering where Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also turned up, ( Any "excuse" to visit London- the defacto capital of Pakiland is "welcome" . Dus Percenti minding the "family business" back home in this crucial election time ?) however, Nasir Hussain, the father of the bride was not seen in the pictures uploaded on the internet. Married a yehudi against abbaji's wishes
Moreover, Bakhtawar and Aseefa Bhutto Zardari also attended the ceremony of Sanam Bhutto’s daughter. Tariq Islam, senior journalist Wajid Shamsul Hasan and Benazir Bhutto’s close friend Victoria Schofield also attended the event, that coincided with Eid ul Fitr. Now THAT is cheap, cheap, cheap. ! Killing two birds ( Eid & Marriage ) with just one party ? Where is that so-called "famous Paki hospitality"
The identity of the groom has not been revealed officially, however, some social media users claim he is an actor and a Jew by faith. :-o Has he "converted" to the Religion of Piece Peace " ? Given new name ?
So, Sanam will be "getting it " from the Mullahs- for both reasons. Marrying a jew plus marrying a person, whose "profession" is considered non-halaal under Sharia. Plus Immy , Ganja and the Jamaat -e- Islami will surely make political capital , deeming Bilawal , Dus Percenti and the entire PPP Party as "Zionist Agents" ( ZAB was also "demonized" as a Hindu because of his mother !)
To attend the nuptial ceremony, Bilawal arrived in the British capital city last Friday and it was expected he will pay a visit to the Harley Clinic where cancer-suffering Begum Kulsoom Nawaz is admitted but he sent his best wishes on social media and didn’t visit the facility. It will be just a "courtesy visit" - 15-30 minutes max ! Rest of the time will of course be Party Time for Bilawal . Catching up with old flames etc etc ( Hope someone will "capture" him on social media , having a good time- after hours - in the Soho District of London - that is where the brand new "Clubs" are located  )
A well-placed source revealed that the PPP Chairman was not given the security clearance for the visit.
Security clearance is for the "birds". Which mai ka laal dare stop a Bhutto from boarding on a plane. Heck, Dus Percenti is King Of Karachi

Collateral Damage From Immy's Marriage : Peerni's Family De Camps To Ganja Sharif Party !.

Election 2018: PML-N issues ticket to son-in-law of Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Maneka
LAHORE – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has issued party tickets to close relatives of Bushra Maneka, the third wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan as the general elections set to be held on July 25, local media reported.
Earlier on Saturday, the PML-N issued a list of final list of candidates of Punjab but it did not bear the names of ticket holders from NA-145 and PP-191.Reports say Ahmad Raza Maneka, the former brother-in-law of Bushra Maneka, and Mohammad Hayat Maneka, the son-in-law of Khan’s wife, have been issued tickets. Both have left the PTI to join the PML-N.Ahmad Raza Maneka to contest polls from NA-145 from PML-N’s platform while Hayat Maneka has been issued ticket for PP-191 constituency. The Shehbaz Sharif led party revealed candidates for national and provincial assembly seats in Punjab last week.
Am sure, the "dirt" within the Bushra Maneka family will now come out in the campaign and the Paki media will have a field day

Paki Journo's Home Ransacked- By Deep State - To "Teach Her A Lesson"

DT staffer still traumatised, but vows to continue her work
June 25, 2018
On Thursday June 21, 2018 when we came back home after spending Eid in Lahore, we found our home ransacked by unknown robbers who had put everything in topsy-turvy. Four windows in three different rooms were broken open and the rear door to the residence was found wide open, which they had probably used as exit.
There was no cupboard, no closet, no drawer, no jewellery box that they did not go through and empty on the floor or on bed or couches. The “robbers” it seems, were not interested in cash (we had some amount in foreign currency, left overs from my recent visits abroad), or in jewellery (my precious and semi precious stone & pearl jewellery was there in around four jewellery boxes and drawers), or in gadgets (old laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, smartphones, etc.), except just three items out of them, i.e., two laptops (a MacBook Pro and a Dell laptop) and one Samsung Note 4 (they left behind other phones like iPhone 4S, Samsung S4 and an iPod etc.), and an Apple iPad. The laptops that have gone missing carry personal pictures and data that have no meaning to anyone other than us.
They took time to go through all the documents and files in our study, which they spread all over the floor and on tables. We haven’t gone through each and every file as yet to know what exactly they’ve taken. The drawer that we used for keeping passports etc. was left open with the expired passports only.
The valid ones were detached and could not be found until later when we found one of them lying under the bed and the other under a dressing table.

Someone is "trying" to convey a subtle message to her !
So far, the only jewellery items that seem missing are my daughter’s gold ring gifted by a close friend, and my wedding ring, which had immense sentimental value for us as it had travelled from my husband’s grandmother through his mother to me.
Someone is trying to convey a "subtle" message to her - part II
This entire episode has left three of us, my daughter, my husband and I, utterly disgusted, feeling absolutely violated and vulnerable. Seeing your home as a crime scene, is in itself a terrifying experience, but its impact increases manifold if the law-enforcing mechanism of the state does not respond befittingly. The fact that the state has maintained an extremely laid-back posture since last four days is a matter of concern for us. The Police reached after an hour of our phone call and took another three hours to secure the forensic evidence. Since then, there is no update on the case. It is lamentable and reflects badly on the capability of the state of Pakistan to enforce law.
In such cases, the police probably receives "orders" from higher ups !
Lastly, Rwail, Sirmed and I strongly believe in the power of pen and our resolve to keep saying what we consider truth. We vow with all sincerity and conscience that we shall not stop doing what we have always done: telling the truth, standing up for the weak & the marginalised, human rights for all, and meaningful democracy led by legitimate civilian democratic forces.
Long live Pakistan, long live humanism.
" Pakistan Zindabad" slogan is absolutely necessary to "establish" your patriotic credentials

Grab Of Public Land By Bahria Town And DHA Declared Null And Void By Paki Court :D

Verdict muzzled
FOR some people, crime is a rational economic choice; they tactically mix crime with politics for protection and furtherance of their monetary interests; such a peculiar mix has an element of reciprocity in it, ie politicians need money for electoral victory and criminals require political patronage to nurture their illicit consortiums. Recently, one such mix was unearthed in Pakistan, when the Supreme Court, through three different but connected verdicts, declared the transfers of state-owned land to Bahria Town, for three different housing schemes, as illegal and void.
Justice Ejaz Afzal, author of the hard-hitting majority opinion, ...
The apex court rightly observed that the bureaucracy and the ruling political elite, which are expected to act as trustees of the state land, barefacedly betrayed citizens’ trust by aiding Bahria Town’s unjust enrichment at the cost of public property.
Corrupt businessman Malik Riaz is the key player in Bahria Town !
In the first verdict, the apex court declared illegal the exchange of land between Malir Development Authority (MDA) and Bahria Town because the law does not allow exchange of state land with private land. Moreover, the court ruled that even if the law mandated such an exchange, there is nothing on the record to justify the philanthropic swap of compact and costly chunks of MDA land with scattered and inexpensive strips of Bahria Town, much of it located near Balochistan in the far reaches of Malir district.
In the second verdict, the apex court held the exchange of forest land in Takht Pari village (Rawalpindi) with Bahria Town of no legal effect because the transaction, in addition to violating statutory laws, was based on the erroneous demarcation of Takht Pari as comprising 1,741 acres, but which, as per the authentic records, is actually 2,210 acres. The court noted that this was deliberately done by state functionaries to give legal cover to the massive encroachment by Bahria Town on forest land.
The third verdict relates to the New Murree Development Scheme wherein the court held all the construction work of Bahria Town taking place in shamlat-e-deh (communal land) as patently illegal since it violates the area’s wajid-ul-arz (record of customs) and also the mandate of the Forest Act 1927.
As a matter of fact, the magnitude of the Bahria verdicts is far greater than that of the Panama judgement. The latter involves Rs8 billion worth of flats, while the Bahria verdict in the MDA case alone, as per Justice Faisal Arab, involves a whopping Rs225bn.
The verdicts are facing a media blackout; they are being ignored and the object appears to be to throw them into the dustbin of legal history. Most media outlets didn’t even report the announcement of the verdicts; instead we saw advertisements on various channels glorifying Bahria Town’s charitable and religious contributions.
Bahria Town Schemes have the fauj standing behind them and that is why !
It appears that despite hard-hitting judgements and conclusive evidence, the project is still immune from media criticism and scrutiny. The media’s absolute and voluntary detachment from the verdicts appears to expose its selective outrage, its subservience to powerful economic syndicates and its preference for discriminatory accountability. Jawed Naqvi in a recent column for Dawn titled ‘From Caxton to Hinduvta’ brilliantly discussed the Indian Cobrapost sting operation which exposed the dirty nexus between Indian media companies and India’s powerful capitalist class. The way our most of our media has muzzled the verdicts, it appears that the Indian disease has also made inroads here.
