I think 240 Million Poakitanu is within the 99.95 of correct numbers and growing rate is above 3.2%. Once they reach close to 500 Million in next 2 decades,Real Islam will arrive with Band Baja to do alive demonstration of "peace" by "piece". This arrival coincide with completion of India 's river linking project. Paki will need foreign aid to buy 500 Million glasses of water daily to be trucked or sent by train across Wagha.

Paki methodology to conduct population surveys is inherently faulty. The survey is based on verbal disclosures by the head of the household or the neighbor rather than an actual head count. This would require physically entering a house and inspecting the inner sleeping areas where all the half brothers and illegitimate progeny are hidden. Besides, the count is a sampling exercise rather than an actual count by experienced surveyors.

You may be right. The real population could be around 240 M. That figure alone would throw off all their national metrics and claims of per capita economic gains. Governments could fall. A surge from 180 M, which is a popularly oft-quoted number, to the real 240 M means an increase of 33%. Hence, no paki leader has had the ball$ to force national surveys for decades.

The "fear of the known" factor. Who is going to bell that cat?
