Has to be one of the (semi)leftist SKM farm leaders. This is a dangerous turn and seems like an attempt at repeating history. The religious hardliners of PB came into picture in the 80's at the end of a long leftist agitation of the 70's. While Sahil and Taskeel are from Juhapura, Danawala who has been arrested for abetment is from Surat. There were six other women, all catering workers, in the 1BHK flat at Narol, where the alleged offence occurred. However at around 11.30 pm, a victim woman was taken to bedroom by two accused where she was allegedly raped, while other girls were in the hall. The three accused and the victim had consumed alcohol in the hall. The victim as per the complaint passed out on sofa before she was raped.

The low allocation for navy is more a result of the navy not being able to make its mind about the future direction it wants to take for the future.

'Rail roko agitation passed off without any untoward incident': Indian Railways The rail rokos are another joke, perhaps slightly better than other gimmick of 'relay hunger strikes'. Generally the strike is pre planned with the railway authorities; who either suspend operations for a short time or allow people to stand in front of the trains for a short period of time. So far I have not seen any political party having the guts to call for a surprise rail roko and then stand on the tracks .

The news BJP leaders meet amid mahapanchayats; hold strategy meeting with UP, Haryana, Rajasthan leaders also seems to indicate that it is now the usual caste based politics which is now being played out. And BJP will have the acumen to deal with it politically. The Khalistani gang also seems to be now again going behind the curtains as they too have realised that they have lost the plot.

PS: An incident of rail roko which I distinctly remember, happened in early 2000s at Calicut/Kozhikode RS. The CPI(M) comrades could not find a train on platform to sit in front of, because their own comrades up and down the line had stopped trains at other stations. Ultimately the Kozhikode comrades had to do their photo-ops in front of an empty goods rake which was parked on the siding.
