The only people who have been killed are the Bhutto family. So far.
The big assumption in your post is that the Pak army is in full control of the situation called 'Pakistan'. 'They never kill their own' might be historically true but I am not sure that is the case today. I'd give a 50-50 odds that Mushy is toast.

In fact my personal opinion is that the army is in perfect control in Pakjab/Rawalpindi, except for some loss of control vis a vis Islamic groups. But as far as the judiciary is concerned. they cannot really harm Mushy. Let us see. the officer cadre grow up together and share things together. and while the army may put up a show of subservience to the judiciary, I still think that Mushy will get some protection from the army. Let us wait and see. if I am wrong I will have to reassess my own reading of Pakistan.

Pakistani judge orders Musharraf held for 14 days
( Judge dont clarify what he means by Chodha Day for Musharraf)
SLAMABAD (AP) — A Pakistani judge on Saturday ordered former military ruler Pervez Musharraf be held in custody for two weeks until the next hearing in a case related to his 2007 decision to sack and detain several judges.
The police then declared Musharraf's lavish country residence a jail, paving way for him to be taken and held there under what is essentially house arrest.
The development is the latest act in the drama surrounding Musharraf that erupted earlier this week and climaxed with his arrest Friday after a speedy escape from another court hearing.

Paki army will protect its own. They probably dont like Mush very much -- recall that soon after Mush did a stupid thing of taking off his uniform, thinking that the Army would back him, Kayani came over, had a friendly chat and Mush was out of the country in no time. On top of it, yours truly's fourth cousin's parrot's friends have mentioned to him several times that Army was upset the Mush got too little for giving too much to the US. This is possible -- Mush probably got assurances for supporting him in power and that probably costed a few $$ and a few F16s and a nuke deal. On top of that, Paki army is like a sewage pipe -- any blockage in it will cause pressure to build and burst. So Jernails should retire fast else the next rung will cause blockages in promotions etc. Add to that steeped in the wool Jihadi fistula types probably hate him anyway.
So there is no love lost between the Army and Mush. Army doesnt even need mush. As usual they have the Islamist parties in their payroll and probably Immy too now. As SSridhar-ji mentioned, Mush was probably angling as a compromise candidate between the civvies and the army.
The biggest mistake he made though is his loud mouth. He had the temerity to claim that if he is prosecuted, his revelations might inconvenience many rich and powerful! On top of it, his lawyer argued that Kayani should be made a respondent to the court case because Mush took all his decisions after consulting his Crore Kammandus!! Blackmailing is a fine art, if you overdo it, the blackmailer might start thinking that bumping you off probably costs less than caving in to your demands.
Army will needle mush a bit, jail him a few days, threaten him a few days to show him his place and then exile him. Mush is not stupid, he probably has support of the Saudis or something to return. So he wont be lamposted by either the Judiciary or the Army.
The joker in the pack is the talibs though. Memories of Lal Masjid should be fresh in their minds.

Pakistan was born on the basis of treason against India. If you expect loyalty in a country like that then you are a fool. Musharraf is a fool. This all reminds me of a Hindi saying, "Jub geedar kee mout aati hai to ao sahar kee taraf bhagta hai." He had plenty of prior examples to ponder over: Bhutto, Zia, Nawaz Sheriff (his life was saved by Clinton), Bhutto again and then finally the rat himself.
I wonder what will be the fate of Kiya Nahi in the great Paki land.

Loyalty was based on Islam and showing loyalty to Muslims. This was ok as long as Hindus were there and they could create this sense of false aman.
ML and Jinnah created this loyalty based on the lahore resolution and 'Islam is in danger' fake concept
Once Pakistan was created there is no more foundation for loyalty. It is a dog eat dog country.

The judicial Commission, headed by the Federal Sharia Court judge Sheikh Shehzad relating to Lal Masjid operation issued its report on the orders of the Supreme Court-which has a long term recommendations that would eliminate Government's anti-Islam policies {Inshaallah}
In the short term recommendations the Commission has said that those who committed practices which violated Islam should be prosecuted on the charges against him according to the law. {Mashallah}
Apparently they also recommended that the guilty should be prosecuted under Sharia. Translation: Bull cutlet for Mushy.

SLAMABAD: The Supreme Court will resume on Monday hearing petitions seeking initiation of a high treason case against former president retired Muhajir Pervez Musharraf. This time a three-judge bench would take up the case instead of the two-member bench that heard it previously. The Supreme Court is seized with petitions seeking an order for the federal government to initiate proceedings against Gen Musharraf under article 6 of the constitution read with the High Treason (Punishment) Act-1973 for having committed high treason by proclaiming state of emergency in the country on Nov 3, 2007.For the reason that two kinds of jurisdictions of the court had been invoked, the chief justice observed in his order that it was in the interest of justice that a three-judge bench be constituted for disposal of cases. On Wednesday, the federal government had told the court that the caretaker cabinet was engaged in deliberations on its mandate whether to proceed with prosecuting Gen Musharraf on high treason or to focus on elections in terms of its priorities.
The government had stated through Attorney General Irfan Qadir that it was also considering whether it would be proper to initiate treason proceedings after elections because the interior ministry was presently preoccupied with providing security to thousands of election candidates all over the country.

In fact if Mush is killed it would be an interesting indicator that Pakistan has gone down one more notch towards chaos. It would mean real loss of influence in the army. That Paki army still has men who were loyal to and were saluting Mushy for more than two decades. This loyalty does not go easily.

Chief of all Jokers, has a message to his failed state.
Without explicitly naming India or any other nation, Army chief Ashfaq Pervez Kayani said Saturday that Pakistan has acted with restraint despite some “very belligerent statements.”
“We have exercised restraint in the face of some very belligerent statements in recent months,” said the top Pakistani general. “Let it suffice to say that Pakistan is fully capable of responding effectively to any threat. Despite our current focus on internal security, we remain fully prepared to defeat any external direct threat.”Idiot, pakisattan has external debt. Do something about it
“In our short history, we have overcome many a challenges that would have overwhelmed lesser nations,” said Gen Kayani. In their short history, their boundary has become shorter
“Let me remind you that Pakistan was created in the name of Islam and Islam can never ever be taken out of Pakistan,” he said. This is my favourite part, pakisatan needs more islam

Real Paki Mard-e-momeen to vote in a booth near you!!!
Former president of Pakistan General (retd) Pervez Musharraf spent first night at his farmhouse as an inmate , Geo News reported.
The administration has declared Musharraf’s farmhouse at Chak Shehzad as sub-jail and shifted him there as a prisoner on Saturday morning.
The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday sent former president Pervez Musharraf on a 14-day judicial remand in the judges’ detention case.
Authorities handed over the control of the sub-jail to the administration of Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi, and to law enforcing agencies with the direction to provide extraordinary security to the sub-jail. The Adiala Jail officials, headed by a deputy superintendent, had already taken over internal control of the farmhouse before the shifting of Pervez Musharraf.

Glorious Izlamic deaths (muzlim killed by muzlim) continue unabated, which otherwise may not be possible in Hindu dominated India.
Three persons, including two minor girls, were killed when a ‘toy-bomb’ went off in a field in the limits of Nawagai Police Station in Buner district on Friday, sources said. The sources said two minors found a device in a field in Chamla village. However, the device exploded when one of the kids tried to play with it, the sources said, adding, as a result 11-year-old girl Aliya, seven-year-old Shahab and a woman, Zeenat Bibi died on the spot.

Very valid question according to Islamic tenets. For those who want to know more refer to these sites:
Ghusl (Arabic: غسل Ġusl , IPA: [ˈɣʊsl]) is an Arabic term referring to the full body ritual washing ablution required, if the adult lose the state of body cleanness, in Islam for adults prior to ablution (wudu وضوء) for various rituals and prayers. Ghusl is mandatory for any adult Muslim after having sexual intercourse, orgasmic discharge (e.g. semen),[1][2] completion of the menstrual cycle,[3][4] giving birth, and death by natural causes.[5]
Wiki
383. All things which prevent water from reaching the body should be removed. If a person does Ghusl before ensuring that such obstacles have been removed, the Ghusl will be void.
384. At the time of Ghusl, if one doubts whether there is something on one's body which would prevent water from reaching the body, one should investigate and satisfy oneself that the obstacle is not there.
390. If a person hires a public bath for Ghusl, but before commencing Ghusl, he or she carries out an extra function of making the anal part Pak with the same water of the public bath, and if it becomes doubtful whether the owner would agree to the Ghusl being taken, then the owner's consent must be sought before the Ghusl. Otherwise, the Ghusl will be void.
Those who were surprised at the question should be Bull cattle..very valid question indeed by the learned Talib lRO..

I suspect that cases against Musharraf will go on for a while, and then be dropped or they will say he has served his sentence under house arrest. After that he will be a free and wealthy man in his home country, like Xerox Khan.
He will not be killed unless the Taliban get him. There are too many crooks of the Musharraf type in Pakistan and his killing by the system would put all of them in danger from within the system. That will not be allowed.
Pakistan is actually more stable and resilient that we might want. It is the border districts in the Northwest that are the problem

Pakistan's intelligence agency has received two lists of names from U.S. officials seeking information believed to be related to the Boston Marathon bombings, sources in Pakistan have told Fox News.
The names on the lists have not been disclosed but include both Pakistani citizens and dual U.S.-Pakistani nationals, the sources told Fox News. U.S. officials want to know if any of those named had links to militant or religious extremist groups in Pakistan, the sources said.
Pakistani intelligence is also expected to check the names of those who recently traveled to or from Pakistan, along with information on their relatives, friends, and places they may have visited.
"The Americans have shared lists with us, comprising names of some suspects - mostly dual nationals. Now we are probing their links in Pakistan with any group, their recent visits to Pakistan and places they travelled to during their stay here," said a Pakistani intelligence official who requested anonymity.
The official declined to share further information, citing the ongoing investigation.
