India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
New provocations are now happening.

https://bnn.network/breaking-news/socia ... officials/
Today, the Bharat Mata Mandir, a Hindu temple in Brampton, was defaced with a poster being put up there:
Similar signs are being put up around the area.
Khalistanis in the area have declared it to be a "Warzone" - meaning that they reserve the right to wage war here.
To people on the forum saying "don't pay attention to this" -- this problem seems to be getting worse, and not subsiding on its own.
To the people on the forum saying "Canada will get bitten by allowing snakes to grow in its yard" --- no, it's not all of Canada which will get bitten, but rather people from certain communities will be targeted by the Khalistanis who will bite them.
It seems like the 1980s are now coming back.

silver lining on the cloud? Khalis are asking for separate state inside Canada now knowing too well India will not let them. Also GoI is cancelling their OCI in large numbers
#Vancouver : happening right now in downtown outside Indian consulate, Sikh extremists #Khalistanis openly carrying big swords and threatening the government that they will make their separate state inside #Canada by force .
@JustinTrudeau
this your idea of peaceful protest?

Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
I don't know where you see Khalistaliban posing a threat to Canada itself. They only pose a threat to Indo-Canadians (Sikhs and Hindus who won't toe their line). Rest of Canada isn't terribly bothered about this. Therefore Canada won't feel a need to do anything as the problem gets worse.IndraD wrote:silver lining on the cloud? And here is the management of the "world sikh organization of canada" that appears to be orchestrating "warzone" activities.

Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
^^ I won’t give much credence to such news. These Khalis are third rate rent seekers, most have neither the education or the mental faculties to make it big in the west without the kind of corruption they are used to in India. If anything they might be bumping off each other to take the bigger pie of the shrinking drug pot coming from their Paki biraders. Pakis have them as complete tools that they deserve to be. Unfortunately, a generation of Sikhs will feel the wrath of society because of these brain dead taxi drivers.
Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
Nothing is going to happen.
These clowns blow up an airliner full of Canadian citizens.
What does Canada do?
Goes on to botch the case so badly. That no one is ever convicted.
This Turd is not going to do anything.
Direct intervention is the solution.
I am sure that India has links in the larger community.

Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
I think a protest in front of Paki embassy or high commission against Khalistani and other terrorist operations by burning Khailstani and Pakistani flag in pig fat is needed. Also burn a picture of Jinnah, Iqbal, Dawood Ibrahim, Hafeez Saeed, Masood Azhar, Omar Saeed sheikh, Mushtar Zargar, Pannu, Parmar, etc. Publicize this all over. A formal protest by Indian patriots is needed in USA, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.
Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
Why the eff doesn't Canada do anything? It's very hard to understand. This goes way beyond freedom of speech.
> Unfortunately, a generation of Sikhs will feel the wrath of society because of these brain dead taxi drivers.
I agree. But this seems to be their objective and MO. Manufacture a grievance, cause troubles, get the other community to respond with cruelty and have another cause to raise radicals for another generation.

Yes that is exactly the subtext.
They do not realise that their own people including youth are being profiled. By Canadians and by Indians. They are okay with other Sikhs paying for their position of leaderaan in the subculture.
Hindus have already started clarifying to white Canadians that they are not Sikhs, with no context necessary.

I think you guys are being way too generous, it seems Western Governments seem to be driving Khalistanis not the other way round, most of the skilled people have to do what thier Government says. Too many here are taken in by Western propaganda. They seem to running wars all over the world.
Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
Vote Bank politics is a prime consideration for Western politicians, especially their Leftists. As a result, they are riding the tiger, not thinking about reaping a whirlwind.
Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
Time for India to announce diplomatic and moral support to Canadian Khalistani's demand for carving out a separate Khalistan from Canada. We should publicly demand that Canada must respect the UN charter which provides every people the right for self determination, and woke Canada cannot go against the UN charter now, can it? And then you will see Turdeau & co react in a beautiful way and deal with it like the truckers protest.
Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
Canadian intel agencies, Britshit establishments and cooking agencies were all involved with Khalis before and now. So taking action against them is out of the question.
It is for Bharat to take action on the nations which support these terrorists. Economic pain is the best pain. Britshits want FTA with us. Right. Canada wants our students and also our trade. So no FTA with UK and massive counter terror tariffs on Canada. That can be the starting point.

Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
We should take a leaf from Unkils playbook and come up with a MHA - MEA led list of countries that support terror. #1 spot is obviously taken but other spots are for grabs.
Make laws that either put “terror tariffs” or make it difficult for Indian importers to import stuff from countries on this list by subjecting them to intrusive inspections. Throw in child trafficking and people smuggling for good measure.

Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
I do not think we can dismiss it so easily just as vote bank politics, similar to that we have in Indian politics. There is more to it than that. As India advances, and becomes the third largest economy after Amreekhan and Sugarland, we will see more of the same. It comes with the territory.

There is definitely vote bank politics involved. I know of at least one Sikh who says ‘there are too many Sikhs in Canada’. I’m not making this up.
I hope all know the genesis of the human rights progress in the US, in the 1950s and 1960s. It was actually due to the Soviet Union. This game can be played by all.
The Chinese claim getting their people out of poverty trumps India’s electoral democracy as a measure of human rights. They question America’s right to settle the continent and especially Spanish and Mexican territory to deflect gaze from eastern Turkestan.
I fully expect the Indians to ask to have a black woman or red indian sent for the discussions on human rights.
Play the game, there is no closure. It is a process.

Akshay Kumar becomes Indian citizen, shares proof
Hemant Waje, August 15, 2023
Actor Akshay Kumar on Tuesday announced that he has once again become an Indian citizen, a news that he shared with his fans on Independence Day.
Kumar, who has often faced criticism over his Canadian citizenship, shared a photo of his Indian citizenship certificate on X, formerly Twitter.
"Dil aur citizenship, dono Hindustani (Heart and citizenship, both Indian). Happy Independence Day! Jai Hind!" the 55-year-old actor said.
Kumar had previously said that he went through a lean phase in his career in the 1990s when he delivered over 15 consecutive flops and it pushed him to apply for the Canadian citizenship.

The reason he applied for Canadian citizenship was Twinkle Khanna was stuck in Hotel where the terrorists were operating on 26/11. Such were the times

I seriously doubt we will have a free trade deal with them. Unless, of course, such a deal will give us a significant advantage.

Aditya ji,
his wife's grand parents (not sure if they are still around) were/are ismaili khojas, and simple, dimple, pimple, twinkle, popsicle, et al are a convenient camouflage, and by tribal tradition, auntie herself is virulently anti Modi and all that it entails
And BTW, the jihadis were very selective at that hotel......
rumor has it that this guy is being brought to dilli and when the time is right, he will be unleashed against khujliwal and his gang
Re: India - Canada - News and Discussion. (2018)
Who's being brought to Delhi to take on Kejriwal? You mean Akshay Kumar?
I think we've all seen his political leanings since the time he interviewed Modi -- that's exactly when all these "Canada Kumar" slurs were immediately heaped on him in retaliation by vindictive Congis/Lefties.
Delhi is Lutyens-controlled territory. Why would even a popular and friendly-faced actor be able to challenge their control?
I do agree that Delhi is a problem/challenge that BJP needs to resolve. Without Delhi, then AAP would be trapped in Punjab, and the seatless Kejriwal would be stuck remote-controlling the idiot Bhagwant Mann (I don't know how that loud pipsqueak Kejriwal found such a docile idiot)
Does Akshay as political candidate mean Old Uncle Sallu will also go into politics too, presumably for Congress?

sanman ji,
actually it's now only a lootyens liberandu inhabited territory. It has been defanged, it has little reach in political terms, it is virtually resource less and is currently hors de combat but earlier it used to be hors d'oeuvre, with an almost endless supply of single malts and tandoori tikas, often served with delectable selections of nasha, nisha, and natasha
the pajama and dharmic dhothi clads have invaded the once holy land of the lootyens dilli and these these guys are in their ascendancy.
kumar is being backed by a clique of powerful pajama and dharmic dhothi clads to take on khujli, and most importantly, end the never ending infighting in the dilli BJP. Hoping to develop kumar as the consensus leader, they will target the antinational paapi leadership, the party infrastructure, and the sources of khujli's and paapi finance
Akshay Kumar, original name Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia, (born September 9, 1967, Amritsar, Punjab, India) is being seen as the right fit in terms of charisma, dazzle, glamour, and lineage
they are hoping that he turns out to become the dilli version of Annamalai
hence the need to change citizenship to Indian
to rule punjab, the head must needs be turbaned, and the turban that khujli has on leash now, is the most easily controllable, and anyway, using the belt and braces principle, the éminence grise is jazzy chaddi
khujli is not taking any chances of his front man in punjab being deposed in a palace coup.
So, khujli's spies are spying on spies who are spying on other spies which is how he runs his own fiefdom in dilli

PM Modi conveys to Justin Trudeau country's strong concerns over anti-India activities of extremist elements in Canada
Both sides will continue to look at expanding existing cooperation, says the Canadian prime minister

PTI, New Delhi, September 10
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday conveyed to his Canadian counterpart Justin Trudeau India’s strong concerns about the continuing anti-India activities of extremist elements in Canada that were promoting secessionism, inciting violence against its diplomats and threatening the Indian community there.
In his talks with Trudeau on the sidelines of the G20 Summit, Modi also mentioned that a relationship based on “mutual respect and trust” is essential for the progress of the India-Canada relationship, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said.
“The prime minister highlighted that India-Canada relations are anchored in shared democratic values, respect for rule of law and strong people-to-people ties,” it said.
“He conveyed our strong concerns about continuing anti-India activities of extremist elements in Canada. They are promoting secessionism and inciting violence against Indian diplomats, damaging diplomatic premises, and threatening the Indian community in Canada and their places of worship,” it said.
The nexus of such forces with organised crime, drug syndicates and human trafficking should be a concern for Canada as well. It is essential for the two countries to cooperate in dealing with such threats, the MEA said in a statement.
Asked about India’s concerns over the increasing activities of the Khalistani elements in Canada, Trudeau said at a press conference that his country will always defend freedom of peaceful protest but at the same time asserted that it will always prevent violence and push back against hatred.
“Canada will always defend freedom of expression, freedom of conscience, and freedom of peaceful protest and it is extremely important to us,” he said.
