I disagree with the Brig. The time to send sweets is when the bakis have been hit hard as has been recently reported. Likewise, send sweets after balakot but not before if one can arrange such dates around festivals.

2010 में ये घोटाला उजागर हो गया था लेकिन तथ्य उजागर होने के बाद भी जाँच एजेंसियां कांग्रेस सरकार के शीर्ष नेताओं के दवाब में चुप बैठ गयी। काम चलता रहा। मोदी सरकार ने खेल पकड़ा। उनको भी इसकी काट निकालने में 4-5 साल लग गये क्योंकि सभी मंत्रलयों में कांग्रेस के वफादार अधिकारी (सचिव/ निदेशक स्तर के) बैठे थे जो काँग्रेस के साथ मिल कर मलाई खा रहे थे। इसलिए, वो जाँच में सहयोग नही कर रहे थे (फाइल्स नही दे रहे थे, ख़ुफ़िया जानकारी के अनुसार, कई मंत्रलयों में आग की घटना को अंजाम देने की कोशिश की गई जिससे सारे सबूत/ रिकार्ड्स नष्ट हो जाये) क्योंकि उनको कांग्रेस नेताओं के साथ- साथ ख़ुद के पकड़े जाने का भी डर था। अब पिछले 5 सालों में उनमे से अधिकतर अधिकारी या तो रिटायर हो गये है या प्रतिनियुक्ति- स्थानांतरण (transfer on deputation) का कार्यकाल पूरा होने पर अपने मूल विभाग को भेज दिये गए है। तब जा कर अब कार्यवाही का मार्ग प्रशस्त हुआ है।

मोदी जी का 3 महीने पहले का भाषण तो आपको याद होगा जिसमें उन्होंने कहाँ था कि "भ्रष्टाचारियों को वो पिछले 5 साल में जेल के दरवाज़े तक तो ले आये है, अब 2019 में ऐसे लोगों को जनता के आशीर्वाद जेल में डालना बाकी है।" देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को बचाने के लिये नोटबंदी ऐसी ही करतूतों के कारण लिया गया फैसला था।
यकीनन, काँग्रेस द्वारा किया गया विश्व का सबसे बड़ा घोटाला खुलना अभी बाकी है। बहुत बड़े काँग्रेसी और ब्यूरोक्रैट्स पकड़े जायेंगे। इसलिये, चिदम्बरम को बार -बार जमानत दी जा रही थी।
दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा घोटाला खुलेगा 2019 के बाद जो शायद दुनिया में कहीं नहीं हुआ होगा और इस महाघोटाले का मुख्य अभियुक्त है चिदंबरम
क्यों किया गया अचानक नोटबन्दी का फैसला और क्यों टूट गयी पाकिस्तान की अर्थव्यस्था??
सबूत भी बाहर आयेंगे। जाँच हो रही है।

पीएम मोदी ने नोटबंदी करके इस घोटाले को रोक तो दिया, मगर उसके बाद यह बात निकल कर सामने आयी कि देश में बिलकुल असली जैसे दिखने वाले एक ही नंबर के कई नोट चल रहे थे। ये ऐसे नोट थे, जिन्हे पहचानना लगभग नामुमकिन था क्योकि ये उसी कागज़ पर छपे थे जिसपर भारत सरकार नोट छपवाती है।
"डे ला रू" जो कि एक ब्रिटिश कंपनी है, इसके साथ मिलकर तत्कालीन वित्तमंत्री पी चिदंबरम एक बड़ा खेल खेल रहे थे, जिसमें उनके एडिशनल सचिव अशोक चावला और वित्त सचिव अरविंद मायाराम भी शामिल थे।
कैसा खेला गया घोटाले का खेल???

घोटाले का प्रारम्भ 2005 में तब हुई जब वित्त मंत्रालय में अरविन्द मायाराम वित्त सचिव के पद पर थे और अशोक चावला एडिशनल सचिव के पद पर थे।
कांग्रेस के सत्ता में आने के बाद 2006 में सिक्योरिटी प्रिंटिंग एंड मिंटिंग कारपोरेशन ऑफ़ इंडिया लिमिटेड एक कंपनी बनाई गयी, जिसके मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर अरविंद मायाराम थे और चेयरमैन अशोक चावला थे। यानी दो सरकारी अधिकारी अपने अपने पदों पर रहते हुए अतिरिक्त प्रभार में इस कंपनी को चला रहे थे।

इस प्रकार नियुक्तियों के लिए अपॉइंटमेंट्स कमिटी ऑफ़ कैबिनेट (ACC) के सामने विषय को रखकर उसके अनुमोदन की आवश्यकता होती है।
किन्तु चिदंबरम ने भला कब नियम-कायदों की परवाह की जो अब करते??
अर्थात् ACC के सामने इन नियुक्तियों का विषय लाया ही नहीं गया और ऐसे ही इनकी नियुक्ति कर दी गयी जो इस दृष्टि से पूरी तरह अवैध थी।
इसके बाद असली खेल शुरू हुआ। इस घोटाले में चिदंबरम के दायें व बायें हाथ बताये जाने वाले अशोक चावला व अरविंद मायाराम ने भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक नोट मुद्रण प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (BRBNMPL), जो कि नोटों की छपाई का काम देखती है, उससे कहा कि उनकी कंपनी के साथ मिलकर सिक्योरिटी पेपर प्रिंटिंग के सप्लायर को ढूँढो जिसके बाद पहले से ब्लैकलिस्टेड की जा चुकी डे ला रू कंपनी से नोटों की छपाई में इस्तमाल होने वाले सिक्योरिटी पेपर को लेना जारी रखा गया।

क्या इसके लिये चिदंबरम् को घूस दी गयी थी? इस ब्रिटिश कंपनी द्वारा या पाकिस्तान के आईएसआई द्वारा चिदंबरम को पैसा दिया जा रहा था??
यह गंभीर जाँच का विषय है।

दरअसल वित्त वर्ष 2009-10 के दौरान नकली मुद्रा रैकेट का पता लगाने के लिए सीबीआई ने भारत नेपाल सीमा पर विभिन्न बैंकों के करीब 70 शाखाओं पर छापेमारी की तो बैंकों से ही नकली करेंसी पकड़ी गयी।
जब पूछताछ की गयी तो उन बैंक शाखाओं के अधिकारियों ने सीबीआई से कहा कि जो नोट सीबीआई ने छापें में बरामद किये हैं वे तो स्वयं रिजर्व बैंक से ही उन्हें मिले हैं।
यह एक बेहद गंभीर खुलासा था क्योंकि इसके अनुसार आरबीआई भी नकली नोटों के खेल में संलिप्त लग रहा था!
हालाँकि इतनी अहम खबर को इस देश की मीडिया ने दिखाना आवश्यक नहीं समझा क्योंकि उस समय कांग्रेस सत्ता में थी।

इस खुलासे के बाद सीबीआई ने भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के तहखानो में भी छापेमारी की और आश्चर्यजनक तरीके से भारी मात्रा में 500 और 1,000 रुपये के जाली नोट पकड़े गये।
आश्चर्य की बात यह थी कि लगभग वैसे ही समान जाली मुद्रा पाकिस्तान की खुफिया एजेंसी आईएसआई द्वारा भारत में तस्करी से पहुँचाया जाता था।

अब प्रश्न उठा कि ये जाली नोट आखिर भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के तहखानों में कैसे पहुँच गये? आखिर ये सब देश में चल क्या रहा था??
जाँच के लिये शैलभद्र कमिटी का गठन हुआ और 2010 में कमिटी उस वक़्त चौंक गयी जब उसे ज्ञात हुआ कि भारत सरकार द्वारा ही समूचे राष्ट्र की आर्थिक संप्रभुता को दाँव पर रख कर कैसे अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन और जर्मनी को 1 लाख करोड़ की छपाई का ठेका दिया गया था!!!

जाँच हुई तो ज्ञात हुआ कि डे ला रू कंपनी में ही घोटाला चल रहा था। एक षड्यंत्र के तहत भारतीय करेंसी छापने में उपयोग होने वाले सिक्योरिटी पेपर की सिक्योरिटी को घटाया जा रहा था ताकि पाकिस्तान सरलता से नकली भारतीय करेंसी छाप सके और इसका उपयोग भारत में आतंकवाद फैलाने में किया जा सके!!
इस समाचार के सामने आते ही भारत सरकार द्वारा डे ला रू कंपनी पर प्रतिबन्ध लगा दिया गया।
मगर अरविन्द मायाराम ने इस ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी से सिक्योरिटी पेपर लेना जारी रखा। इसे लेने के लिये उसने गृह मंत्रालय से अनुमति ली।

कहा गया कि यह फाइल चिदंबरम को दिखाई ही नहीं गयी, जबकि यह बात मानने लायक ही नहीं क्योकि वित्त मंत्रालय से यदि गृहमंत्रालय को कोई भी पत्र भेजा जाता है तो पहले अनुमोदन के लिये वित्तमंत्री के सामने पेश किया जाता है।
डे ला रू कंपनी से भारत को दिये जाने वाले सिक्योरिटी पेपर के सिक्योरिटी फीचर को कम किया जा रहा था। यह कंपनी पाकिस्तान के लिये भी सिक्योरिटी पेपर छापने का काम करती है। फिर यह आरोप लगा कि इस कंपनी द्वारा भारत का सिक्योरिटी पेपर पाकिस्तान को गुपचुप तरीके से दिया जा रहा था ताकि भारत के नकली नोट छापने में पाक को सरलता हो।
यहाँ पाक आईएसआई का नाम सामने आया कि आईएसआई की ओर से कंपनी के कर्मचारियों को घूस दी जाती थी। मगर इस खेल में अरविंद मायाराम क्यों शामिल थे? क्यों वे ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी से पेपर लेते रहे???

जब 2014 में मोदी सरकार सत्ता में आयी, तब गृहमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह को ये बात पता चली कि इतना बड़ा गोलमाल चल रहा था। इसके बाद उन्होंने सिक्योरिटी पेपर डे ला रू कंपनी से लेना बंद करवाया।
यह भी सामने आया कि इस कंपनी से सिक्योरिटी पेपर काफी महँगे दाम पर खरीदा जा रहा था, यानी यह कंपनी देश को लूट रही थी और देश का वित्तमंत्रालय इस काम में विदेशी कंपनी की मदद कर रहा था!!*
मायाराम के इस काले कारनामे की खबर पीएमओ को हुई तो पीएमओ ने गंभीरतापूर्वक इस मामले को उठाया और मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त द्वारा इसकी जांच करवाई।

मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त द्वारा वित्तमंत्रालय से इससे जुडी फाइल माँगी गयी। इस वक़्त वित्तमंत्री अरुण जेटली बन चुके थे। मगर इसके बावजूद वित्त मंत्रालय द्वारा फाइल देने में देर की गयी।
इसके बाद यह मामला पीएमओ से होता हुआ सीधे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के संज्ञान में आया और फिर मोदी ने खुद एक्शन लिया ।
तब जाकर मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त के पास फाइल पहुँची।

नोटबंदी न करते मोदी तो नकली करेंसी का ये खेल चलता ही रहता। डे ला रू से सिक्योरिटी पेपर लेना बंद किया गृहमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने और पीएम मोदी ने की नोटबंदी, जिसके कारण पाकिस्तान द्वारा नकली करेंसी की छपाई बेहद कम हुई और यही कारण है कि कांग्रेस के दस वर्षों में आतंकवादी घटनाएँ जो आम हो गयी थीं, वे मोदी सरकार के काल में नहीं के बराबर हुईं।
कश्मीर के अलावा देश के किसी भी राज्य में बम ब्लास्ट नहीं हो पाये। आतंकियों तक पैसा पहुँचना जो बंद हो गया था।

पीएम मोदी ने जाँच करवाई और मायाराम के खिलाफ मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त और सीबीआई द्वारा आरोप तय किये गये।
जिस मायाराम के खिलाफ चार्ज फ्रेम किये गये हैं, उसी को राजस्थान में कांग्रेस सरकार बनते ही मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने अपने आर्थिक सलाहकार के पद पर नियुक्त कर लिया। यानी एक घपलेबाज को अपना आर्थिक सलाहकार बना लिया।
वहीँ अशोक चावला का नाम चिदंबरम के एयरसेल-मैक्सिस घोटाले में भी सामने आया।
इसके बाद ने नेशनल स्‍टॉक एक्‍सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड के बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्‍टर्स के चेयरमैन व पब्लिक इंटरेस्‍ट डायरेक्‍टर पद से अशोक चावला को इस्तीफा देना पड़ा।

जुलाई 2018 में सीबीआई ने चिदंबरम को एयरसेल-मैक्सिस मामले में आरोपी बनाया था। सीबीआई ने चिदंबरम, उनके बेटे कार्ति और 16 अन्‍य के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दायर की थी, जिसमें आर्थिक मामलों के पूर्व केंद्रीय सचिव अशोक कुमार झा, तत्‍कालीन अतिरिक्‍त सचिव अशोक चावला, संयुक्‍त सचिव कुमार संजय कृष्‍णा और डायरेक्‍टर दीपक कुमार सिंह, अंडर सेक्रेटरी राम शरण शामिल हैं।
इस पूरे मामले से यह बात तो साफ़ हो जाती है कि चिदंबरम ने देश में केवल एक या दो नहीं बल्कि जहाँ-जहाँ से हो सका, वहां-वहां से देश को लूटा।
चिदम्बरम व उसके बेटे कार्ति चिदंबरम ने मिलकर खूब लूटा और इस खेल में न केवल नौकरशाह शामिल रहे बल्कि न्यायपालिका में भी कई चिदंबरम भक्त बैठे हैं, जो आज भी उसे जेल जाने से बचाते आ रहे हैं।
सभी में लूट का माल मिलकर बँटता था और यदि चिदंबरम जेल गये तो सीबीआई व ईडी की कम्बल कुटाई उनसे एक दिन भी नहीं झेली जायेगी और वो सब उगल देंगे।
यदि ऐसा हुआ तो सभी जेल जायेंगे। यही कारण है कि चिदंबरम को हर बार अग्रिम जमानत दे दी जाती थी।

देश को कैसे-कैसे और किस-किस ने लूटा, सबको एक-एक करके सजा होगी। कांग्रेसी चाटुकार नौकरशाहों समेत माँ-बेटे व कई कांग्रेसी नेता सलाखों के पीछे पहुँचेंगे।

In 2010, this scam was exposed but even after the facts were revealed, the investigating agencies remained silent under the pressure of the top leaders of the Congress government. The work went on. Modi government caught the game. It also took 4-5 years for them to get their cut off because in all the ministries, loyal officers of Congress (Secretary / Director level) were sitting who were rubbing together with the Congress. Therefore, they were not cooperating in the investigation (according to intelligence information, many ministries tried to carry out the fire incident which would destroy all evidence / records) because they were with Congress leaders - There was also fear of getting caught. Now in the last 5 years, most of those officers have either retired or have been sent to their parent department on completion of the term of transfer on deputation. After that, the path of action has now been paved.

You will remember Modi ji's speech 3 months ago, where he said that "He has brought corrupt people to the prison doors in the last 5 years, now in 2019 the blessings of such people are yet to be put in jail." To save the country's economy, demonetisation was a decision taken due to such misdeeds.
Of course, the world's biggest scam by the Congress is yet to open. Very large Congressmen and bureaucrats will be caught. Therefore, Chidambaram was being repeatedly given bail.
The world's biggest scam will open after 2019, which probably would not have happened anywhere in the world and Chidambaram is the main accused of this great scandal.
 Why the demonetisation decision was taken suddenly and why the economy of Pakistan broke down ??

PM Modi stopped this scam by demonetisation, but after that it came out that many notes of the same number, which looked exactly like real, were going on in the country. These were such notes, which were almost impossible to identify as they were printed on the same paper on which the Indian government printed the note.
 Together with "De La Roo", a British company, the then Finance Minister P Chidambaram was playing a big game, including his Additional Secretary Ashok Chawla and Finance Secretary Arvind Mayaram.
How was the scam game played ???

 The scandal began in 2005 when Arvind Mayaram was the Finance Secretary in the Finance Ministry and Ashok Chawla was the Additional Secretary.
After the Congress came to power in 2006, the Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited was formed, a company headed by Arvind Mayaram and chairman Ashok Chawla. That is, two government officials were running their company in additional charge while staying in their respective posts.

Thus, appointments need to be approved by placing the subject in front of the Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC).
 But when did Chidambaram care about rules and regulations which he would do now ??
That is, the subject of these appointments was not brought before the ACC and they were appointed as such, which was completely illegal from this point of view.
After this the real game started. Ashok Chawla and Arvind Mayaram, who are said to be Chidambaram's right and left hand in the scam, told the Reserve Bank of India Note Printing Private Limited (BRBNMPL), which deals with the printing of the notes, that the security paper printing in collaboration with their company Find the supplier after which the security paper used to print the notes from the de la Roo company that has already been blacklisted Kept.

Was Chidambaram bribed for this? Chidambaram was being given money by this British company or by Pakistan's ISI ??
This is a matter of serious investigation.

In fact, during the financial year 2009-10, CBI raided around 70 branches of various banks along the Indo-Nepal border to detect fake currency rackets, so fake currency was caught from banks itself.
When questioned, the officials of those bank branches told the CBI that the notes recovered by the CBI in raids were received by them from the Reserve Bank itself.
This was a very serious revelation because according to this the RBI also seemed involved in the game of fake notes!
However, it was not considered necessary by the media of this country to show such important news because the Congress was in power at that time.

Following this revelation, the CBI also raided the Reserve Bank of India and surprisingly, forged huge amount of 500 and 1,000 rupee notes.
Surprisingly, almost the same counterfeit currency was smuggled into India by Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI.

Now the question arose that how did these fake notes reach the basements of the Reserve Bank of India? After all what was going on in the country ??
The Shailabhadra Committee was constituted for investigation and in 2010 the committee was shocked when it came to know that the Government of India itself gave the contract of printing 1 lakh crores to America, Britain and Germany by staking the economic sovereignty of the entire nation. went!!!

When the investigation took place, it was known that the scam was going on in the De La Rue company itself. In a conspiracy, the security of the security paper used to print Indian currency was being reduced so that Pakistan could easily print fake Indian currency and used it to spread terrorism in India.

Good old divide and rule. Use historical grievances and identity politics to cut off sections of Hindus to convert them into vote-banks in conjunction with Muslims who can be controlled and made to vote as a block. Same tactic followed by Mulayam and Laloo to create the powerful Muslim-Yadav votebank in UP and Bihar. It was even easier to do it with Dalits considering how they and their ancestors have been treated by others. There is a lot of resentment and anger that the politicians converted to hate. Modi and Shah have tried to undo that in UP and have had some success as the polls show. But real change has to come from within Hindu society itself. Hindus of all castes need to understand what is at stake here if they do not unite.

2010 में ये घोटाला उजागर हो गया था लेकिन तथ्य उजागर होने के बाद भी जाँच एजेंसियां कांग्रेस सरकार के शीर्ष नेताओं के दवाब में चुप बैठ गयी। काम चलता रहा। मोदी सरकार ने खेल पकड़ा। उनको भी इसकी काट निकालने में 4-5 साल लग गये क्योंकि सभी मंत्रलयों में कांग्रेस के वफादार अधिकारी (सचिव/ निदेशक स्तर के) बैठे थे जो काँग्रेस के साथ मिल कर मलाई खा रहे थे। इसलिए, वो जाँच में सहयोग नही कर रहे थे (फाइल्स नही दे रहे थे, ख़ुफ़िया जानकारी के अनुसार, कई मंत्रलयों में आग की घटना को अंजाम देने की कोशिश की गई जिससे सारे सबूत/ रिकार्ड्स नष्ट हो जाये) क्योंकि उनको कांग्रेस नेताओं के साथ- साथ ख़ुद के पकड़े जाने का भी डर था। अब पिछले 5 सालों में उनमे से अधिकतर अधिकारी या तो रिटायर हो गये है या प्रतिनियुक्ति- स्थानांतरण (transfer on deputation) का कार्यकाल पूरा होने पर अपने मूल विभाग को भेज दिये गए है। तब जा कर अब कार्यवाही का मार्ग प्रशस्त हुआ है।

मोदी जी का 3 महीने पहले का भाषण तो आपको याद होगा जिसमें उन्होंने कहाँ था कि "भ्रष्टाचारियों को वो पिछले 5 साल में जेल के दरवाज़े तक तो ले आये है, अब 2019 में ऐसे लोगों को जनता के आशीर्वाद जेल में डालना बाकी है।" देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को बचाने के लिये नोटबंदी ऐसी ही करतूतों के कारण लिया गया फैसला था।
यकीनन, काँग्रेस द्वारा किया गया विश्व का सबसे बड़ा घोटाला खुलना अभी बाकी है। बहुत बड़े काँग्रेसी और ब्यूरोक्रैट्स पकड़े जायेंगे। इसलिये, चिदम्बरम को बार -बार जमानत दी जा रही थी।

पीएम मोदी ने नोटबंदी करके इस घोटाले को रोक तो दिया, मगर उसके बाद यह बात निकल कर सामने आयी कि देश में बिलकुल असली जैसे दिखने वाले एक ही नंबर के कई नोट चल रहे थे। ये ऐसे नोट थे, जिन्हे पहचानना लगभग नामुमकिन था क्योकि ये उसी कागज़ पर छपे थे जिसपर भारत सरकार नोट छपवाती है।
"डे ला रू" जो कि एक ब्रिटिश कंपनी है, इसके साथ मिलकर तत्कालीन वित्तमंत्री पी चिदंबरम एक बड़ा खेल खेल रहे थे, जिसमें उनके एडिशनल सचिव अशोक चावला और वित्त सचिव अरविंद मायाराम भी शामिल थे।
कैसा खेला गया घोटाले का खेल???

घोटाले का प्रारम्भ 2005 में तब हुई जब वित्त मंत्रालय में अरविन्द मायाराम वित्त सचिव के पद पर थे और अशोक चावला एडिशनल सचिव के पद पर थे।
कांग्रेस के सत्ता में आने के बाद 2006 में सिक्योरिटी प्रिंटिंग एंड मिंटिंग कारपोरेशन ऑफ़ इंडिया लिमिटेड एक कंपनी बनाई गयी, जिसके मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर अरविंद मायाराम थे और चेयरमैन अशोक चावला थे। यानी दो सरकारी अधिकारी अपने अपने पदों पर रहते हुए अतिरिक्त प्रभार में इस कंपनी को चला रहे थे।

इस प्रकार नियुक्तियों के लिए अपॉइंटमेंट्स कमिटी ऑफ़ कैबिनेट (ACC) के सामने विषय को रखकर उसके अनुमोदन की आवश्यकता होती है।
किन्तु चिदंबरम ने भला कब नियम-कायदों की परवाह की जो अब करते??
अर्थात् ACC के सामने इन नियुक्तियों का विषय लाया ही नहीं गया और ऐसे ही इनकी नियुक्ति कर दी गयी जो इस दृष्टि से पूरी तरह अवैध थी।
इसके बाद असली खेल शुरू हुआ। इस घोटाले में चिदंबरम के दायें व बायें हाथ बताये जाने वाले अशोक चावला व अरविंद मायाराम ने भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक नोट मुद्रण प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (BRBNMPL), जो कि नोटों की छपाई का काम देखती है, उससे कहा कि उनकी कंपनी के साथ मिलकर सिक्योरिटी पेपर प्रिंटिंग के सप्लायर को ढूँढो जिसके बाद पहले से ब्लैकलिस्टेड की जा चुकी डे ला रू कंपनी से नोटों की छपाई में इस्तमाल होने वाले सिक्योरिटी पेपर को लेना जारी रखा गया।

क्या इसके लिये चिदंबरम् को घूस दी गयी थी? इस ब्रिटिश कंपनी द्वारा या पाकिस्तान के आईएसआई द्वारा चिदंबरम को पैसा दिया जा रहा था??
यह गंभीर जाँच का विषय है।

दरअसल वित्त वर्ष 2009-10 के दौरान नकली मुद्रा रैकेट का पता लगाने के लिए सीबीआई ने भारत नेपाल सीमा पर विभिन्न बैंकों के करीब 70 शाखाओं पर छापेमारी की तो बैंकों से ही नकली करेंसी पकड़ी गयी।
जब पूछताछ की गयी तो उन बैंक शाखाओं के अधिकारियों ने सीबीआई से कहा कि जो नोट सीबीआई ने छापें में बरामद किये हैं वे तो स्वयं रिजर्व बैंक से ही उन्हें मिले हैं।
यह एक बेहद गंभीर खुलासा था क्योंकि इसके अनुसार आरबीआई भी नकली नोटों के खेल में संलिप्त लग रहा था!
हालाँकि इतनी अहम खबर को इस देश की मीडिया ने दिखाना आवश्यक नहीं समझा क्योंकि उस समय कांग्रेस सत्ता में थी।

इस खुलासे के बाद सीबीआई ने भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के तहखानो में भी छापेमारी की और आश्चर्यजनक तरीके से भारी मात्रा में 500 और 1,000 रुपये के जाली नोट पकड़े गये।
आश्चर्य की बात यह थी कि लगभग वैसे ही समान जाली मुद्रा पाकिस्तान की खुफिया एजेंसी आईएसआई द्वारा भारत में तस्करी से पहुँचाया जाता था।

अब प्रश्न उठा कि ये जाली नोट आखिर भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के तहखानों में कैसे पहुँच गये? आखिर ये सब देश में चल क्या रहा था??
जाँच के लिये शैलभद्र कमिटी का गठन हुआ और 2010 में कमिटी उस वक़्त चौंक गयी जब उसे ज्ञात हुआ कि भारत सरकार द्वारा ही समूचे राष्ट्र की आर्थिक संप्रभुता को दाँव पर रख कर कैसे अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन और जर्मनी को 1 लाख करोड़ की छपाई का ठेका दिया गया था!!!

जाँच हुई तो ज्ञात हुआ कि डे ला रू कंपनी में ही घोटाला चल रहा था। एक षड्यंत्र के तहत भारतीय करेंसी छापने में उपयोग होने वाले सिक्योरिटी पेपर की सिक्योरिटी को घटाया जा रहा था ताकि पाकिस्तान सरलता से नकली भारतीय करेंसी छाप सके और इसका उपयोग भारत में आतंकवाद फैलाने में किया जा सके!!
इस समाचार के सामने आते ही भारत सरकार द्वारा डे ला रू कंपनी पर प्रतिबन्ध लगा दिया गया।
मगर अरविन्द मायाराम ने इस ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी से सिक्योरिटी पेपर लेना जारी रखा। इसे लेने के लिये उसने गृह मंत्रालय से अनुमति ली।

कहा गया कि यह फाइल चिदंबरम को दिखाई ही नहीं गयी, जबकि यह बात मानने लायक ही नहीं क्योकि वित्त मंत्रालय से यदि गृहमंत्रालय को कोई भी पत्र भेजा जाता है तो पहले अनुमोदन के लिये वित्तमंत्री के सामने पेश किया जाता है।
डे ला रू कंपनी से भारत को दिये जाने वाले सिक्योरिटी पेपर के सिक्योरिटी फीचर को कम किया जा रहा था। यह कंपनी पाकिस्तान के लिये भी सिक्योरिटी पेपर छापने का काम करती है। फिर यह आरोप लगा कि इस कंपनी द्वारा भारत का सिक्योरिटी पेपर पाकिस्तान को गुपचुप तरीके से दिया जा रहा था ताकि भारत के नकली नोट छापने में पाक को सरलता हो।
यहाँ पाक आईएसआई का नाम सामने आया कि आईएसआई की ओर से कंपनी के कर्मचारियों को घूस दी जाती थी। मगर इस खेल में अरविंद मायाराम क्यों शामिल थे? क्यों वे ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी से पेपर लेते रहे???

जब 2014 में मोदी सरकार सत्ता में आयी, तब गृहमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह को ये बात पता चली कि इतना बड़ा गोलमाल चल रहा था। इसके बाद उन्होंने सिक्योरिटी पेपर डे ला रू कंपनी से लेना बंद करवाया।
यह भी सामने आया कि इस कंपनी से सिक्योरिटी पेपर काफी महँगे दाम पर खरीदा जा रहा था, यानी यह कंपनी देश को लूट रही थी और देश का वित्तमंत्रालय इस काम में विदेशी कंपनी की मदद कर रहा था!!*
मायाराम के इस काले कारनामे की खबर पीएमओ को हुई तो पीएमओ ने गंभीरतापूर्वक इस मामले को उठाया और मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त द्वारा इसकी जांच करवाई।

मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त द्वारा वित्तमंत्रालय से इससे जुडी फाइल माँगी गयी। इस वक़्त वित्तमंत्री अरुण जेटली बन चुके थे। मगर इसके बावजूद वित्त मंत्रालय द्वारा फाइल देने में देर की गयी।
इसके बाद यह मामला पीएमओ से होता हुआ सीधे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के संज्ञान में आया और फिर मोदी ने खुद एक्शन लिया ।
तब जाकर मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त के पास फाइल पहुँची।

नोटबंदी न करते मोदी तो नकली करेंसी का ये खेल चलता ही रहता। डे ला रू से सिक्योरिटी पेपर लेना बंद किया गृहमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने और पीएम मोदी ने की नोटबंदी, जिसके कारण पाकिस्तान द्वारा नकली करेंसी की छपाई बेहद कम हुई और यही कारण है कि कांग्रेस के दस वर्षों में आतंकवादी घटनाएँ जो आम हो गयी थीं, वे मोदी सरकार के काल में नहीं के बराबर हुईं।
कश्मीर के अलावा देश के किसी भी राज्य में बम ब्लास्ट नहीं हो पाये। आतंकियों तक पैसा पहुँचना जो बंद हो गया था।

पीएम मोदी ने जाँच करवाई और मायाराम के खिलाफ मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त और सीबीआई द्वारा आरोप तय किये गये।
जिस मायाराम के खिलाफ चार्ज फ्रेम किये गये हैं, उसी को राजस्थान में कांग्रेस सरकार बनते ही मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने अपने आर्थिक सलाहकार के पद पर नियुक्त कर लिया। यानी एक घपलेबाज को अपना आर्थिक सलाहकार बना लिया।
वहीँ अशोक चावला का नाम चिदंबरम के एयरसेल-मैक्सिस घोटाले में भी सामने आया।
इसके बाद ने नेशनल स्‍टॉक एक्‍सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड के बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्‍टर्स के चेयरमैन व पब्लिक इंटरेस्‍ट डायरेक्‍टर पद से अशोक चावला को इस्तीफा देना पड़ा।

जुलाई 2018 में सीबीआई ने चिदंबरम को एयरसेल-मैक्सिस मामले में आरोपी बनाया था। सीबीआई ने चिदंबरम, उनके बेटे कार्ति और 16 अन्‍य के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दायर की थी, जिसमें आर्थिक मामलों के पूर्व केंद्रीय सचिव अशोक कुमार झा, तत्‍कालीन अतिरिक्‍त सचिव अशोक चावला, संयुक्‍त सचिव कुमार संजय कृष्‍णा और डायरेक्‍टर दीपक कुमार सिंह, अंडर सेक्रेटरी राम शरण शामिल हैं।
इस पूरे मामले से यह बात तो साफ़ हो जाती है कि चिदंबरम ने देश में केवल एक या दो नहीं बल्कि जहाँ-जहाँ से हो सका, वहां-वहां से देश को लूटा।
चिदम्बरम व उसके बेटे कार्ति चिदंबरम ने मिलकर खूब लूटा और इस खेल में न केवल नौकरशाह शामिल रहे बल्कि न्यायपालिका में भी कई चिदंबरम भक्त बैठे हैं, जो आज भी उसे जेल जाने से बचाते आ रहे हैं।
सभी में लूट का माल मिलकर बँटता था और यदि चिदंबरम जेल गये तो सीबीआई व ईडी की कम्बल कुटाई उनसे एक दिन भी नहीं झेली जायेगी और वो सब उगल देंगे।
यदि ऐसा हुआ तो सभी जेल जायेंगे। यही कारण है कि चिदंबरम को हर बार अग्रिम जमानत दे दी जाती थी।

देश को कैसे-कैसे और किस-किस ने लूटा, सबको एक-एक करके सजा होगी। कांग्रेसी चाटुकार नौकरशाहों समेत माँ-बेटे व कई कांग्रेसी नेता सलाखों के पीछे पहुँचेंगे।

In a conspiracy, the security of the security paper used to print Indian currency was being reduced so that Pakistan could easily print fake Indian currency and used it to spread terrorism in India.

The media would feed stories which suits there mindset, but did the state level BJP organisation also assumed things? In that case it would be the BJP at HY which needs to introspect. Also, there could be some pocket-boroughs of BJP from where the trends/leads are not yet fully known. I say this from Tripura experience, where the BJP spokesperson knew that trends/leads from certain constituencies are yet to come and THEY will also be a deciding factor. If you go away from urban middleclass area then in towns, villages corporates and especially MLAs are those with whom people remain constantly in touch. Lot of things that impact day to day life like water connection, electricity, farming related stuff, loans, jobs etc where local leaders play key role. There hindutva, 370 will not matter much. Leader who has good connect and works will get vote. Hence one cannot discount big influencial families in local election as they can get things done. Like a family controlling local co-op bank will amass great number of local votes. Usually these families control local banks, businesses and have district administration in their pocket. Difficult to convince a villager to vote against them on the name of national issues.

Makes me admire NaMo even more that he could maintain a juggernaut across the whole country across all these years which means he is light years ahead of any of us in reading the exact pulse and needs of the junta and all the factors we keep obsessing on seem to hardly matter and its rather a mix and match of many things which needs to be tapped correctly

The media would feed stories which suits there mindset, but did the state level BJP organisation also assumed things? In that case it would be the BJP at HY which needs to introspect. A couple of linked points

1. Ticket distribution. I especially dislike when so called stars are inducted and given tickets ahead of loyal party workers. We did hear of a couple of them in Haryana this time. Gautam Gambhir too was "star" lateral. The guy is not grounded in the BJP culture and keeps shooting for "high moral ground" on the "liberal progressive" benchmarks. Does more harm than good.

2. Over confidence of the Party, carder and the supporters. When Amit Shah announced boldly in the interviews that BJP will get 2/3 majorities in its own, it spoke of hubris. There is a difference between confidence and hubris. I would have liked him to just have said something on the lines like "We are confident of returning back with majority". Confidence without Hubris.

3. We need to wait for the final voting percentages. Compare the seats and vote shares to the last election i.e. 2014. If the voting percentage is similar or more with lower seats then the fault would be with the voter discontent, ticket distribution, etc.

IF the voting percentage is down with seat decrease, it is most likely the result of hubris, cover-confidence, voter apathy, etc.

OTOH, if voting percentage and seats somewhat mirror the last time then the results would be ok. However, even in that case Amit Shah shouldn't have made that 2/3 assertion.

MMS is old and PC has lost his credibility. That's a massive opportunity for RRR to pitch for being the next FM. Or PM, if lucky, given that he can never overshadow the family.

Irrespective of his political loyalties, R3 should know Indians are not Romans and #RomeRajya has at best been a pipe dream. The Prime Minister of #India does not wear a crown of thorns. Cheap comments may fetch Rajan applause, but it won't erase his disastrous tenure at RBI.

Worst case scenario - SS, Congress, NCP will team up like how it happened in Kar.

FWIW, no one cares about Gandhi anymore. And most of modiji supporters don't like Gandhi at all. Massive self-bomb I say. modiji is busy playing to some imaginary crowd. Hopefully, bjp loses both states.

Maybe I am wearing saffron colored glasses, Elections are won and lost by all parties at all times but what surprises me that there is still a huge chunk of Voters that wishes to see Khangress govt ruling over them despite so many decades of poverty, loot, plunder and lack of development during Congress Raj.
Besides corruption, Anti-Hindu policies and nepotism, What exactly does a Cong Govt brings to the table ?
