This afternoon, went to the L&T complex at Hazira. Witnessed some of their pioneering innovations across different sectors. The role played by L&T in furthering self-reliance in the defence sector is commendable.
You might want to replace both T90 snd T72 in the age of drone warfare. Incremental changes won’t do else it will be obsolete in 2030. Hope Ranjeet fixes that else no point in another tin can.
Army must start projects with DRDO for unmanned systems indluding unmanned Autonomous systems. Old systems can be fitted with these including turning the BMP's for UCGV and also creating new Autonmous UGCV's on new platforms that could rule the ground battlefield including targetting drones with missiles like Bhargavatastra, ULPGM V3 kind of systems and for ground targetting with guns and Nag MK2.
