From Rs 50 lakh to Rs 300 crore in just 3 years! Meet the most corrupt billionaire from the Gandhi Dynasty

There are two ways to become a rich businessman in India. The first way is to work hard and smartly, for example, the Ambanis, Tatas and the Birlas. The second way is to work cunningly, like Robert Vadra. But I advise you not to follow the second way.

Millions of Indians still can’t believe how a low profile businessman and a son of a brassware trader got married to Priyanka Gandhi of the Gandhi dynasty. What is even more surprising is how this businessman managed to increase his business from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 300 crore in just 3 years.

Currently, this small time businessman, whom the Congress party considered a farmer, is in news for the Enforcement Directorate registered a case for money laundering and several other economics offences. Today if anyone says that Robert Vadra’s assets grew from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 300 crore in just 3 years, then he/she will be considered as a BJP IT cell worker. But wait, this revelation was made by none other than the alleged revolutionary leader Arvind Kejriwal in 2012, who claimed that Robert Vadra had done mass corruption in real estate dealings.

Then Kejriwal had said “Robert Vadra acquired properties worth hundreds of crores (of rupees) from nothing. What is the source of these funds”. During the 10 years of Sonia Gandhi led UPA was in power, Robert Vadra witnessed heaven on earth. From getting VVIP treatment in airports to acquiring whichever land he wished for, Robert Vadra showed to the world that he can execute any kind of corruption as he was Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law.

In first big expose was made by daring IAS officer Ashok Khemkha who said that Robert Vadra joined hands with DLF company and “purchased and sold” crores of worth of land illegally. What was surprising is that Robert Vadra was purchasing lands at a lesser value than the market price. This he was doing with the help of money power and muscle power.

Not just that, Robert Vadra had managed to get interest free loans from banks and DLF company. He had extended his business even in the field of receiving kickbacks. His name has popped up in the AgustaWestland scam, which is one of the biggest defence scam in the 21st century. The Enforcement Directorate had stated to the Delhi court that Robert Vadra had purchased a bungalow in London from the kickbacks he received from a petroleum deal that had taken place in the year 2009.

Robert Vadra wants to leave a colorful life just like his brother-in-law Rahul Gandhi. Attending night clubs and parties are a regular affair to him. This alleged poor farmer had married Priyanka Gandhi in the year 1997 and what followed was a tragedy; not to Robert Vadra or the Gandhis, but to the family members of Robert Vadra. In the year Robert Vadra’s father, brother and sister died either by committing suicide or by accidents. Are these accidents or an act of crime?

At present, Robert Vadra owns billions of assets and dozens of companies. Interestingly all are under the radar of the probing agencies. What was another jackpot to him was that his wife Priyanka Vadra Gandhi was appointed as the General Secretary of the Congress party. After all, the Congress party is also a family owned business of the Gandhis.

If AMMK gets more than 10% vote share it will be a headache for AIADMK.

I think AIADMK will pressure centre to hoist some case on TTV and put him behind bars, already Sasikala is being dragged into another jj tv case to extend her stay at in jail.

Modi hasn't hoisted cases even on people who deserve it. So there is no question of hoisting cases on anyone in TN at the behest of AIADMK or anyone else. Do you have any proof that Sasikala is being "dragged into" some case because of pressure from the center? Why spread such rumours and give ammunition to usual suspects in SM?

Twitter is being suspiciously Paki. It's perhaps due to money being spent by thungbandhan parties It can be done for Facebook and most other social media platforms too. But to game Google algorithms like this is pretty hard.
Added later: If one creates a new Twitter or Facebook account, then the narrative indeed is Thugbandahan type. It's only after user follows some non-lefty accounts, pages that there is some balance. But by default, these 2 companies are being played by thugbandhan forces. BJP did a good job last time in social media, this time their efforts are not up to mark.

Baba Ramdev, who was once Narendra Modi’s confidante, isn’t exactly happy with the Prime Minister’s demonetisation move.

Speaking exclusively to The Quint, Baba Ramdev asserted that the Prime Minister was misled by corrupt bankers – and that demonetisation will expose a Rs 3-5 lakh crore scam in the economy.

The implementation has been poor, Baba Ramdev told The Quint at a Dainik Bhaskar event in Jaipur.

I think I had done a search not logged in on Google. It was snapshot of all the links showing up. All pro-UPA. Could be really great SEO or just that 90% of reports are proUPA, after all its MSMs father and mother..but still wondering.

BJP is way ahead compared to Con alone in terms of content creation and spread. But Con has taken a wolf pack approach to attack the elephant with multiple distributed entities. Due to the inward focus, the BJP IT Cell is behaving exactly like the elephant.

The solution: instead of spending huge amount of time on twitter and FB, the "Chowkidars" should spend at least part of their SM time to create permanent content on regular basis on current political affairs. Does not matter if it is repetitive. In fact more numbers on similar theme without obvious copy, the better.

I don't think he is entirely wrong. Yes, implementation was neither smooth nor full proof. Many corrupt bankers did make lots of money but not sure how much. Rs 3-5 Lakh Cr may be just a number from his hat. At the same time there is no denying that Modi's intention was good and it did achieve some of the intended goals.
