True. I know at least 2 Indians (friends/acquaintances) who have been approached by CIA ( more than a decade ago) when they were students. CIA types would hang around University campuses for the purpose. One of them declined. Not sure about the other but the fact that he revealed the story seems like he probably did decline. IIRC the CIA were open and did not do anything hush hush. they said they were from CIA.

The Saudi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findley, Ohio. He has been in this country six months. He has an apartment in Boston, Massachusetts.

If this is a case of mistaken identity, then who is the person named in the file, with the same name, with the 3B charge? And If DHS was working with the person as a source to out the bombers, then why was there a 3B Charge?

Sources tell us this will most likely now be kicked from the DHS to the DOJ and labeled an ongoing investigation that can no longer be discussed. This will be the reason Napalitano won’t answer the Homeland Security Committee’s request for a briefing. Like Benghazi they have heavy into a disinformation campaign floating a variety of scenarios to confuse the media — but that apparently doesn’t take much — to prevent the story from being pursued… They are also working very hard to discredit those on the scent.

Rule #1: If you have a lot of followers and you want to help, direct people to reliable sources of information, like a police department feed, a news feed, or someone who's on the ground, as in the case of Danny Sullivan last night with Seth Mnookin and other local resources.

Rule #2: Do not, under any circumstances, broadcast the names or photos of alleged suspects before verification. Panicked police officers in the midst of a firefight, chase, manhunt, and explosions who are desperately shouting things over scanners do not count as verification.

Rule #3: If you want to be involved, broadcast helpful information, not Any Information At All. If you're the Binders Full of Women Facebook page, tell your 319,000 followers how to donate blood in the aftermath of a bombing. Tell them to stay inside while the bombing suspect manhunt continues. Broadcast the number of the FBI tip line in case they see any suspicious information. You can be useful without trying to be a news wire.

Rule #4: Sometimes you are powerless and you do not have information. That's OK. It's not your job. The Internet doesn't make us a great, seething Collective Omniscient just because there are more eyeballs on what's happening. Information, unlike sending a tweet full of wrong information, still takes time. Just put down the computer and go to bed.

Tsarnaeva refused to believe her sons could have committed acts of terror. She accused the U.S. government of framing the brothers because they were afraid of Tamerlan.

"They wanted to eliminate Tamerlan and Dzhokhar was just nearby because he was driving him to the university," she said. She also denied that they owned or possessed any guns.

The mother also seemed to endorse conspiracy theories that the U.S. government was behind the September 11, 2001 attacks, suggesting the same people killed her sons.

"He was a good candidate to get rid of," she said.
