The increasingly repeated and aggressive assertions by the malsis stating vehemently that this is my land in easy to see in all media channels, They have all also started to vociferously say that they are against the views of jinnah and now the characterization of Modi as the Hindu "jinnah" has just been made by the mafia queen. We all know how much owasi and his razzakar ancestors aided and abetted the islamic forces that created pakistan and how much they support it even today. All these things are

the Army was never present in recent protests and riots but the previous Army chief's muscular response to threats from across the border is the actual problem that is causing the lootyens liberandus to decry the humiliations that the paki army is suffering.

If the lootyens liberandus do not sing for their supper now, their champagne, single malt, tandoori chicken, and biriyani filled soirees in elegant lootyens drawing rooms and five star hotel "seminars" on cashmere are at grave risk and all those expensive sherwanis will have to be mothballed and relegated to the back of the wardrobe.

we know how the IA and the MEA were shackled by the previous govt as mms and his minions went about cluelessly seeking accommodation with the pakis in the name of "peace".

the scurrilous attacks by congis/commies and the urban naxals on the Identity of India as represented by this govt are aided by the BIF to hoping to coalesce mass agitations, hyperventilate an alternate narrative in the media and extend support to forces that they imagine will spark off a mass movement of the arab spring variety.

It's part of the coordinated front that they have been trying to open up to achieve their aims in India. Never before have "students" in bangalore and other parts of the country come out on the streets in support of "students"in jamia and jnu

The presently limited but focussed malsi inputs into the "disturbances" is an attempt to move the fullerton window and those efforts are gradually increasing in magnitude as well as tempo.

They are all attempting seriously to change the narrative in India.

The ISI sourced aman ki dosti caravan was forcibly derailed after the MAD trio trashed art 370 and the lootyens liberandus have been tasked to help conjure up a new and an even more insidious version of aman ki dosti to lull the sensibilities of an increasingly assertive and resurgent majority sentiment.

My comment on JNU's origin was meant to present a context that led to not only its creation but the profile of the student community. It is a complex admission criteria with emphasis on districts that are less developed and by extension, prone to Left Wing Extremism (Naxalbari type areas). Considerable discretion exists for admission committees through a process of performance in the viva voce of students seeking admission. This is where the system is rigged to generate an incesestuos system of intake that breeds itself. The JNU Act was passed in 66 but was notified only in 1969. Naxalbari peasant revolt happened in 1967. Clearly the decision to give shape to the character that JNU possesses today was not altogether bereft of the influence of the Naxalite movement and the revolutionary fervour it injected among a lot of impressionable minds at that time. No, the Left parties whose support Indira Gandhi needed in the post Congress split in 1969 to till May 71 period had no role to play.

I thought I had stated it clearly, but may be I was not :). Over the last two days social media have exposed the shenanigans of the commies & jehadis of JNU. There were many stories which clearly showed that the commies and jehadis had faked their injuries (and that too using poor make up). There was one Kerala commie who was shown with arms in slings in the morning, with a bandaged head in the afternoon who turned up fit as a fiddle at Thiruvananthapuram Airport next day morning to be given a grand home coming . If these trends would have continued JNU folks would have lost all their sympathies. So they need to weasel out of the whole incident. And how can it be done?? Some unknown right-wing Hindu outfit with a funny name takes the responsibility. Hindu Raksha Sena is that trojan horse. The main stream media would now rinse and repeat this for the next one week. The police investigations, FIR and charge sheets would all take time, but by then the main stream media planted story would become the gospel truth.
Vikas wrote:Most of the Indian University system for higher Ed is rotten to the core and I have seen it first hand.
The Liberal Arts & Humanities courses in India should be junked all together or needs a complete revamp. With graduation being a minimum qualification for government jobs, many people do take up such courses. But value addition to the society in general is pretty none. Appreciating Shakespeare or doing a 20 years research study on growing tapioca in Burundi etc is of no use to any one in India at present. People interested in these should be asked to do the courses at their own expense.
SandeepA wrote:With stronger PR (presstitutes, bollywood pimps etc) on its side it is increasingly looking like BIF is winning this round.
Are you relying purely on main stream media? I check both main stream & social media. On main stream media it the story of bhaiwood and self-declared "intellectuals" etc supporting JNU, but on social media (which generally has people from every strata of society) I see clearly a trend against JNU. JNU in social media is clearly shown as a communist scheme to eat tax payer's money.
vishvak wrote:The revolutionary movement that never questioned anything anti hindoo.
Keeping KL context in mind, I don't know what revolutionary movement the commies can boast about. They talk about various things which happened in 1920s and 1930s which brought social changes. They were all done by leaders who were then part of the Congress. The commie thug outfits were not even formed in those days. Then commie++ tried their Naxalbari stunts from 1965 to around 1975. Solid whackings of Kerala Police CB CID made serious changes in the outlook of the revolutionaries. Atheists became Sai Baba devotees and pastors overnight. Today remenants of these outfits are mollycodling the Jehadi groups as the Jehadis have better capabilities.

On the Bangalore "students" part. For the number of colleges we have in Bengaluru, the protests at Town Hall was very limited. There would be "students" from some Muslim funded colleges, and then there would be some more from the X'ian missionary managed ones. Add a sprinkle of "liberals" from the National Law School. But the heart of Bengaluru is 100% Indic. So much so that the "student" gang had to just whine in front of the town hall. It was after seeing this that there was a mega rally in Shivaji Nagar side which saw much more people presence. You understand the peculiarity of Shivaji Nagar, you would very well know the crowd and why they were in large numbers. The "seculars" in KA had to do this, because they could not do enough "student" based protest in the city. And in the outskirts it was absolute silence; not even a pip-squeak of a anti-CAA protest in the "moffusil" areas.

These are protests by Islamists , for Islamists and in the name of La-Illah and is a battle to keep Bharat as Dar-ul-harb if not Dar-ul-Islam.
Hindus (of any shade or ideology) who think that this fight is about some elusive equality and justice and have joined them are in for a big shock.

Why can't govt squeeze the neck of JNU/AMU by reduced funding and stricter norms of admission and clearing exams.
Start with reduction in number of students joining this club.

Note the bolded part. And that is the grouse of the commies and JNU riff-raffs. How about research papers on how to grow tapioca in Burundi, or original research on the methodologies adopted by Nehru to woo Lady Edwina Mountbatten? Or some 30 years research on American Imperialism and its impact on Kerala cookery? These are the kind of "research scholars" which JNU would highly want.
Vikas wrote:Why can't govt squeeze the neck of JNU/AMU by reduced funding and stricter norms of admission and clearing exams.
My gut feeling is that there could be BJP leadership who have a sympathetic eye to JNU because they too studied there. Secondly, JNU also has lots of independence when it comes to governance and recruitment. This is what is getting misused because the whole recruitment mechanism is commie managed. When dealing with eductional establishments governments should actually be more cautious and think deeply. Because "education" is an activity which many aspiring Indians still cherish.

It is the VC they are after. The JNUTA doesn’t like him because he is not allowing JNU PhD factory to supervise 2 dozen or so doctoral researches simultaneously. This is at the heart of the issue. This is how the Left maintains its hegemony over academic institutions.

i suspect BJP govt is deliberately allowing JNU students to showcase their anti india agenda/tukde tukde gang etc. its my considered opinion that all the hulla bulloa done by JNU is consolidating people in favour of BJP which is good and welcome... while it may not be enough for local assembly elections ( as many local issues predominate) but in LS election this consolidation will deliver it for BJP. bye bye pappu for 2024.

It is a human right to be able to use a washroom and ask for water from an establishment. Not all public restrooms are sanitary and will cause more harm than help.

Would like to appeal to all the JNU students to maintain peace. The University stands by all the students to facilitate their pursuit of academic activities. We will ensure that their winter semester registration will take place without any hindrance.
Test of the pudding will be in the eating. This is the thing that the Leftist wanted to stop. Let see ...
https://twitter.com/mamidala90/status/1 ... 0368570369
Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar @mamidala90

Today after making JNU communication and information systems functional, the number of students who have paid the fees for winter semester registration rose to 3552. The registration date has been extended to 12 Jan. University will help every JNU student who wants to register.
Some progress has been made ...

It is important for the JNU urban-naxals to prevent registration to prevent university action. If everyone expect the urban-naxals register for the next semester, urban-naxals get isolated and exposed to action.

And while at it, free food and drinks are also basic human right requirements, and a commie with sense of entitlement has to be given the same. In fact Taj hotels ideally should be serving free food and liquor to the revolutionaries.

I said in a couple of posts above that "education" is a sentiment close to the heart of every aspiring Indian. This aspect should be used here. GoI, JNU admin and their supporters should go all out to prove that the Right of Education of nnn number of students are being denied by the urban naxal gang. Give out the registration numbers on a day to day basis and also highlight the nasty game played by the commies. So much so that the urban naxals stand exposed.

GOI will not touch universities for sometime now. I am sure they don't want to open up another front.
But It would surprise me if MAD would leave without nipping the seditious ideology in JNU/AMU.

Urban naxals thrive on propaganda and their are tons of people who fall for this gobblesque narrative. Typically govts across the world are pathetic in putting out their point of view unless people suffer at the hands of urban naxals themselves.

Meanwhile what came over Dipika Padukone to go and stand with Urban Naxals in JNU ? I understand that she was still trying to promote her movie by acting as if she cared for JNU but seriously ?

'No Absolute Right Of Appointment For Minority Educational Institutions' : SC Upholds WB Madrasah Service Commission Act [Read Judgment]

"No absolute right" is very significant. AND more
... the leading judgment in TMA Pai Foundation , the right to admit students has not been considered to be an absolute and an unqualified right. The decision in P.A. Inamdar shows that in professional educational institutions or those imparting higher education, merit based selection has been taken to be in the interest of the nation and subserving and strengthening the national welfare. Selection of meritorious students has been accepted to be in the national interest. A minority institution cannot in the name of right under Article 30(1) of the Constitution, disregard merit or merit-based selection of students as regards professional and higher education.
NOTE: "national welfare" and "national interest" are two very dangerous words and depending on who holds the power can swing as case 180 degrees.
Beepul are missing the importance of this bit of news ... can be used to unlock many doors thought to have been forever sealed.

Reality Check India @realitycheckind

still cant get over - Shekhar Gupta, Tharoor, PBM, Guha, Kaushik Basu, Rajdeep, Bdutt, Amartya Sen, Kings India, Law scholars -- not one even mention the WB judgment a development impacting 10 of millions directly
US/UK law blogs would explode with debate if such an event of import took place in their society. levinson,ackerman,epstein.. etc.. This exposes something very very dark and deep in Indian society. (Forget about Left and Right, Sangi, Congi, Chaddi) Absence of debate.
our intellectual class *withhold debate* - is this true?

Freedom of speech includes freedom to NOT speak. I understand that, but.. everyone in unison decides to clam up as if on cue? this suggests co-ordination. That is dangerous.
notable exceptions like Gautam Bhatia's blog need to be appreciated. Even if on the other side of divide. there was an effort 10 yrs back with Law and Other things , sort of fizzed out, now it is a professional blog (jobs, etc). The conversations are not happening
and needless to say - Pranasutra from this side , prolific, well read, in modern + dharmic law. rare.

Nidhi Bahuguna #IamSavarkar @vinirish

About right to appoint faculty in minority educational institutions
Ratno Rudra @ratnorudra

So who'll have the rights now? Govt?
Nidhi Bahuguna #IamSavarkar @vinirish

Yes
Again note ...
"A minority institution cannot in the name of right under Article 30(1) of the Constitution, disregard merit or merit-based selection of students as regards professional and higher education". Read this with "national welfare" and "national interest" in mind. Can one conclude that rights of SC/ST/OBC are in "national welfare" and "national interest"?

Article 30(1) is not blanket protection. Very significant!

It’s one of the biggest agencies in Bollywood and Deepika is it’s client.

Spice PR also represents Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan.

a single film does well and filmy morons like her hike their fee by a few crores. Yet here they are supporting the protest against a fee hike of few hundred rupees and that too, a hike made for first time in decades.

These Boycott calls don't matter to me now. I way back stopped watching Bhai-wood movies even on TV.

People need entertainment and most of them will watch it as a cheaper source of entertainment. Creating a parallel ecosystem would be the right solution in both short and long term.

6 courageous Telugu Hindus stopped 400 Christians from entering into their village for evangelism and conversion. It is not about numbers, it is about conviction and courage.
Watch video in tweet.

In other news, BJP has suffered reverses in district elections in Maharashtra. It lost Zilla Parishad control in a few districts, even though their total tally increased. Not saying this is of national relevance but another data point...

Understand clearly one uneasy but harsh fact.

India's "minority" is not just a domestic issue, it is and has always been, first and foremost, a foreign policy issue.

The sooner we get it, the better.

shia, sunni, potato, orange or cabbage, any other crappy and contrived explanation notwithstanding, it is all irrelevant to any sort of logical discussion.

The strings are being pulled firmly by offshore BIF.

the age old appeasement of minorities by the congi/commie/naxal cabals is actually the blatant appeasement of these very same BIF.

This is the ultimate truth. A war between KSA nd Iran would engulf India/Pakistan/Bangladesh equally bad.
It is mother India which provides numbers to Sunni and Shia block.
India or for that matter even Pakistan is unable to afford to firmly join one camp or the other and try to keep 'The masters who hold the strings' happy.

Ishkaran Singh Bhandari works rather closely with Subramanian Swamy Verified account @Swamy39 ‏

But what was the name used by the heroine (Deepika Padukone) in the movie? The name of the victim in real life or some fictional name?
Despite the standard disclaimer that appears at the start of pretty much every film these days ("any resemblance to persons living or dead is purely coincidental" etc), Chhapaak - as is evident from its promotions - is based on the true story of acid attack survivor and activist Laxmi Agarwal. In the film she becomes Malti (played by Deepika Padukone) whose life changes forever one day when acid is thrown on her face. Malti is 19 at the time and Basheer Khan aka Babbu, a family friend, is 30. His motive: she had ignored his romantic overtures and was clearly involved with a boy in a neighbouring school.
babbu is hardly a representative malsi name and as intended, the subterfuge is thus complete.

and a malsi is slyly camouflaged by the clever expedient of using a Hindu nick name or pet name and so he appears, to all intents and purposes a Hindu, because 99% of the audience will leave the theatre with the name babbu embedded in their minds and the "innocent" artistic license derived communal defamation is complete.

The nature of JNU and AAP/INC/ DMK/ CPI(M) behavior has been clearly anti Hindu and in effect want to take us back in Development, safety as a nation etc.. But state after state including mine people are liking them, no other society will tolerate such open hostility and will expect minorities to also integrate and work with majority.

Its Jogendra Nath Mondal again, well those Bengalis in Bangladesh thought they were smart like the Sindhis in Karachi or Hindus of Lahore in the 1940's.

Well I guess people are bringing fate on their own heads.
