calm heads, focus and good pacing is the key. the aussies will aim to hit hard in initial 15 overs and shake up things.

Tait is in Chucktar's league he bowls wide out side the offstump a lot; Sehwag will have to have a really bad day to miss out on a quick 50. There should be no reason for so much negativity it's fckn 260 onlee shouldn't be an issue for our batting . The worst is past us !

It's ok, fck the pitch is horrible. We need to cross 100 between 15-20 overs mark without any loss of wickets. SwamyG help!

Let me first recover from the shivering due to the close save...... We will know by 15 overs if we are going to win or not.

The sensible way to do it by mini targets, first reduce the runs to get to < 200, then 150, and so on...

Change that to..."Munna can bowl better than you" :rotfl: Does he even bowl to the stumps?

remember the Alamo! remember the day when SRT and RD so messed up Taity's head he went on a extended break from the game.
this was after he boasted of 'looking forward to knocking them over in WACA' .. the raptor whose engine failed to start on the takeoff runway.

why on earth do you think those are his friends ? if anyone is his friend it's his teammates from CSK.
throwing CT's at the drop of a hat has to stop.

sehwag NEVER plays well in chases.
No CT. I see no possible reason for them to be picked. Nehra I would give the benefit of doubt before the SA match, but persisting with Munaf and Chawla? Munaf is supposed to be a mainline bowler but he could not bowl his full quota today! Shreesanth could not have possibly been worse.

so you are privy every little thing that goes on in the Indian dressing room ? it was reported that sree refuses to bowl according to team plan, a captain is within his rights to pick a less talented bowler he can trust isn't he ?
heck, forget that, one bowler goes at 10.6 RPO off 5 overs against BD (a batting line up that gets bundled for 58 and 78 in the same ground) and another gives away runs at 6.5 RPO off 7 against world champions australia. on numbers alone who is the better bowler ?
frankly, we are not aware of 1% of the reasons and factors team management takes into consideration. and when it comes to sree V munaf or nehra there's not much to choose. we can disagree with their choice but let's stop inventing strange theories.

as for chawla, I think MSD has made it clear that he was trying out chawla to build bench strength and uswin was always going to get a match and he did.
