They'll go by the NRR in our group stages. Or if they go by points, we lose.

Yes, we are doing good....go slow. Steady. Then accelerate after 40 overs. Preserving wickets is important. Score singles and doubles. No risky shots. Patience is key.

We will win.

If we loose, I will feel bad mostly for Sachin. He has done everything, but his team never did their best.

you need to score at run a ball or more when the part timers are bowling. if you keep it for the end it won't be easy to accelerate against lee and co.

oh and for f' sake take the batting PP at 34ovs if we have 2 set batsmen.

DJ Hussey to Kohli, OUT, Kohli has thrown it away totally against the run of play, full toss on the stumps, he threw his bat wildly at it, but only found the man at midwicket, David cannot believe it, he is smiling wildly
Such a composed batsman. Nerves getting the better of him?

Exactly. We are surfing smoothly towards a win. In these tracks, the key is to play conservatively, scoring singles and doubles without losing wickets.

Muruga....if we win I will go on a self-imposed vanavas from BRF until the SF. Promise.

If we do not lose a wicket, say by 225, then we will surely win.

Hara kiri, Indian style.
I don't understand, how can you run over half the pitch when your partner is firmly grounded in his crease?

Still looks close to me. Kohli must be kickig his musharaff. He could have seen India through. Ponting does the right thing by bringing the pacers on. Both Yuvi and Gambir are more comfortable against spin. Until India reaches 230 odd with sevetral wkts in hand, I say this is anybody's game at this stage. Could be a humdinger.

As I submit this, Gambir run out after 2 lucky breaks. Does India deserve to win after Virat and Gambir throw it away like this? What a shame.
