This lady left India more than a year ago but old habits die hard and she is still shafting India out of sheer habit

didn't she know how to use a smart phone, to make cashless transactions in India

or is she too much of a racist to admit that cashless payments in India are so easy to make and so widely accepted.

This article dosent tie up with the absolute numbers of transactions being conducted in India on the various payment apps.

Perhaps because the lady had not opened her account in India. Her overseas Bank card will work on Visa and MasterCard machine. But her account cannot be linked to the UPI backbone. Thereby removing her from the Indian digital payment system.

Without understanding this facet, this racist memsaheb is pontificating about Indian cash usage.

Germany's role as economic powerhouse at tipping point amid recession
Germany's economy was the envy of Europe for many of the 30-plus years since reunification. But now the country is officially in recession and its people, used to decades of prosperity, are now losing confidence. Much of its current troubles have been caused by the war in Ukraine as Germany has turned its back on Russia, its former trading partner. Special correspondent Malcolm Brabant reports.

None of the EU countries have any independent foreign policy anymore. They all are now de facto vassals of Unkil foreign policy or rather any major policy. Italy cannot survive long without active assistance of EU which is directly controlled by Unkil. Relations with PRC might be the least aligned aspect between Italy and Unkil, other things are significantly aligned. Not surprising given the deep dependence on the Unkil security umbrella and the associated subsidiary alliance system type setup.

Spain election a stalemate ! And so, the prospect of a Vox-PP alliance is possible and likely to be causing anxiety in Brussels.
With conservative victories in Greece, Sweden, Finland, the Czech Republic, now Spain and likely Poland before the end of the year, the future direction of the EU and its institutions remains to be decided.

look at who is calling for a regime change in India, the geriatrics who are running the new and toothless NATO ("NATO on dentures")

the mere mention of BRICS is giving the euros, amrekis and the britshits a very bad case of geo-political and geo-economic indigestion

the newly expanded membership of BRICS has got all of them fearful of losing their preeminence in the post colonial, multipolar narrative

this fear was primarily triggered by the immorality and selectivity of amriki sanctions and the unprecedented (in scale) impounding (stealing may be a more appropriate word) of russian/eyeraanian foreign exchange reserves and global assets

Emotional truth is first, factual truth is secondary: India’s rise is hurting Western media
Om Dwivedi, October 8, 2023
At times, Eurocentric media’s aversion to India and its policies is brazen and smacks of hypocrisy, abrasive-audacity.
In one of the scenes of The Merchant of Venice, Antonio says, “In sooth, I know not why I am so sad. It wearies me.” This emotional dictum continues to grip and pull several Western media towards India, portraying a negative stereotype of India. It is symptomatic of an old disease, a “plague of the mind” for which no vaccine is available. It is, therefore, not surprising to see this contagious disease surviving and thriving even in the age of globalization.
It is not just about any one Western media. India has mostly been portrayed in dark shades by the chunk of them. The verbal bashing has only intensified ever since Narendra Modi has come to power. The rise of India and the subsequent strengthening of Modi’s position on the global platform has only added more fuel to the fire as far as many Western media outlets are concerned. The colonial hatred continues to permeate several of the reportage on and about India.
But let’s zoom out for a moment to reflect on the recent renditions of the colonial tendency that underpins the Western media. For example, commenting on the current impasse that one witnesses in the Indo-Canadian relationship, a UK-based newspaper was quick to run an article, “The West’s Modi Problem.” In its attempt to present PM Modi in a dark shade, the newspaper inadvertently positioned the entire West against Modi. How shall we see this burgeoning convergence of the Western media in our daily lives—an account of perverse pleasure or creative paralysis?
The same orientalist framing was visible when India became the first nation to land Chandrayaan-3 on the southern pole of the moon. Here is the New York Times coverage, “In a country with a deep tradition of science, the excitement and anticipation around the landing provided a rare moment of unity in what has otherwise been fraught times of sectarian tension stoked by divisive policies of Mr. Modi’s ruling Hindu nationalist party.”
It appears as if these biased Western reportages are singularly focused on the underbelly of India as well as its resentment class, thus assigning themselves the job of a solitary truthteller. So, while the entire world was observing the developments of the G20 Summit, there were media reports that smacked of voyeuristic pleasure as they deliberately tried to highlight the slum area and poverty.

^^^ Its not just the media. When the elites, the leaders of these countries engage in pervasive lying and are condescending to their own people, the media also reflects the same attitude and objective truth yields to "emotional truth". Competence has increasingly given way to cronyism - I've seen this happen in my 2 decades living in Europe.

In the United States, a woman is raped once every 5 to 6 minutes. This is despite the fact that the population of the United States is 1/4th of India's. And it does not count prison rapes in the United States. If one were to count prison rapes as well, a *person* would be raped in the United States once or twice every half a minute.

Kashmir is safer for Indians and foreigners than is panjab. If the pollution from farm waste does not get you the tainted water will.

What is the discrepancy between the satellite images of those farm fires, between Punjab and Haryana? Do the Jaats have some advanced technology or are just more civilised?

You are quite wrong, Europeans are not letting immigration of Islamists, while they fund Ashok Swain's and Dhruv Rathees , there is no mass immigration like say the Indian subcontinent which is 36% Muslim.

It is easy to act " Tolerent" when Muslims are 3-4% of the population, if Muslims by immigration become say 20% in Western Europe, Canada, N America, Australasia, the west can no longer play many games they are playing now, running with the Hares and hunting with the Hounds.

That seems to what the article is saying. Even with current levels of muslims and the current level of immigration, coupled with the fall in fertility of the whites, and add to that the dropping numbers of those who identify as 'christians', the muslim population will reach a stage where they are able to influence the laws (which will be even more beneficial for exponential immigration) within a couple of decades.

From the article -
The more politics accepts immigrants from other countries as they see fit and grants them citizenship, the more politics selects the people of the state and influences the election results.
