- UP 5th phase election has been blanked out by the mainstream media almost no coverage;
( my belif to deny coverage of PM & CM's campaign)
- Looks like the 5th phase turnout percentage was in the mid 50's, bad news for BJP
- Ayodhia and Prayagraj were part of 5th phase, both places saw very low voter turnout
however the 2 cities got maximum development, yet the ungrateful ....... did not go to vote.

Its not bad news as most of those who voted had a high percentage BJP voters.

Conservatively reached the minimum. Next two phases for margin.

ramana ji, I'm sure there must have been talks already about a possible post-poll alliance in Punjab though no one will say anything till the results are out. If it ends up in a hung assembly I won't be surprised if all the AAP-Congress acrimony and mud-slinging suddenly turns into bhaichara at least on the face. Stranger things have happened like the MVA govt. in MH. At the end of the day AAP and Congress are birds of the same feather especially after Captain's exit.

I think Captain will split Cong (I) after the results. I was expecting him to split it before the elections but I think it's better this way. Captain has substantial support base which will revolt when required, the same thing as Cong (I) in Goa in 2017

6th phase of UP elections BJP did ver well as per Satta Bazar Survey; 40+ seats for BJP out of 57 seats
!! On a different note the national English media is not covering the 5 state elections specally UP at all, wonder why and what does this imply !!

Opinion: Priyanka Gandhi’s efforts in UP will likely help BJP, cutting into Samajwadi Party votes.

Not really. momos are exclusively going to SP. Had BSP fought more actively, that might have helped BJP more. Now everyone knows that INC is in the fight on one MLA seat. One out of 400+.

I’m expecting INC to increase its vote share from 6 percent last time. This increase won’t be that much - whether it be women’s votes or others - and it won’t get them many seats, but it will come at the expense of SJP’s vote share. IMO.

Since Yogi has been spoken of recently as a future PM candidate by Amit Shah, the BIF campaign to tarnish him has begun earnestly. Expect more such gutter articles to come up leading to 2024.

This Lauren Frayer bimbo is the worst. Two years ago I cancelled my subscription of NPR because of how she was portraying India/BJP/Modi when we were entering Covid lockdown. I even convinced a couple of dhimmis how flawed, patronizing, and stereotypical is her coverage. ****** this chick.

Why this woman and others like her are allowed to freely roam India for propaganda is one of this Govts biggest mysteries.

It's odd the report is filed on 05 March 2022 when Frayer has left India since the start of the Russia-Ukraine war on 24 Feb 2022. Her last tweet from India is around 17 Feb 2022. Frayer and NPR have relied on people like Sushmita Pathak who writes for leftist leaning publications such as The World and The Juggernaut. It demonstrates that NPR doesn't do any real reporting and is involved in a type of intellectual plagiarism from drain inspector journalists.

I would humbly ask folks to go here and tell how biased Lauren Frayer is and also when it asks for your local station, do select it so that the folks at the local station know about it.

Literally man to man marking by all parties, including assigning individuals to monitor and directly engage the financially weaker, otherwise more susceptible election candidates who have fought this election and who, if they win, could be bought out by the other side. Up to and including plans to have the winning candidates brought to unspecified locations the minute results are announced.

Republic TV reporting change in percentage is -6.1%. They are painting a negative picture for BJP. However, the P-MARQ exit poll gives 240+ seats.

His full page ads have spread deep down south as well. He has carefully crafted a image for himself among the gullible that he is a honest politician, "educated", and gives people back "something". As if all the hundreds of welfare schemes the center has doesn't matter at all but 200 units of free electricity and muddy water is all that people want and expect from a government ! I am very keen to see if Khujli will play Punjab or get played in Punjab, i just don't see him catapult himself as the PJ CM, they'll never tolerate a hindu CM. On the other hand he may just completely destabilize the state to ensure no one challenges his writ within the party. Interesting days ahead..

The first 3 phases in UP will be very close between BJP and SaPa, the later phases will probably see BJP through towards a simple majority.
