RAPEs are terrified that India is progressing and that Pakistan is going southwards with each passing day. Hence this constant kujli to come up with doomsday scenarios for India or jumping at every small opportunity to make a point about sanitation situation in India. This some how makes them feel better about their pathetic state. See this tweet which perfectly shows this behavior -

Blast in Khyber kills nine, including three children
At least nine people, including three children, were killed and several others wounded Monday when a blast rocked the house of a tribal elder in the northwestern Khyber tribal region.
According to officials, the explosion hit the house of Hakeem Khan Akakhel, a tribal elder in a remote village in Khyber's Tirah valley, close to the Afghan border.
Senior local administration official, Nasir Khan, said the explosion occurred in the reception area of the home of the tribal elder.
According to reports, the nine killed in the blast included three children. Three suspected militants were also among the dead.
Officials said they were still trying to ascertain the exact nature of the blast.

Qaim declares Sindh "atoot ang"
Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that Sindh is inseparable part of the country and an indivisible entity. (Touche, qaimbhai, touché)
No one could dare to divide Sindh (Er...remember Bombay Presidency?)
It’s Sindh that had made Pakistan (I thought it was Nehru)
Qaimbhai also said this about the great paki leader, zulfi.
Mr Shah paid homage to Z. A. Bhutto and lauded his visionary leadership (He led the walkout in the UN Security Council, vowing to eat grass)
He recounted the late Bhutto’s achievements and said he made India to release 90,000 prisoners of war and liberate 5,000 square kilometres of land captured during the 1971 war.
What a guy, this Bhutto! He showed the Hindus their place with his cunningness.

I wonder why all sooth asia experts are partial towards pakisatan. Stephen tankel's take on Indian mujahideen. The introduction says it all, didn't read the report.
India faces many well-known challenges, from corruption to environmental degradation. A lesser-noted challenge is domestic militancy. This new study, produced by noted South Asia security expert Stephen Tankel, focuses on the Indian Mujahideen (IM)--a loosely organized indigneous Islamist militant network. IM, Prof. Tankel argues, is "an internal security issue with an external dimension." Its leadership is currently based in Pakistan, but the organization represents a response to Indian domestic failings.
Prof. Tankel is an assistant professor at American University. Some of the research in this report was conducted in the summer of 2012, when he was a Public Policy Scholar at the Wilson Center.

‘Pakistani youth warming up to India’
Anti-India sentiment exists no more among the Pakistani youth, but they may be jealous of the positive aspects that India is identified with, according to Stephen P. Cohen, senior fellow, Brookings Institution, University of Illinois.
“The Pakistani youth increasingly likes India in its own way. They are jealous of the political stability and of the Indian economy.” Indian film stars, Indian music and other systems were the favourites for many Pakistanis. Mr. Cohen was giving a talk on ‘Peace and Growth in South Asia,’ jointly organised by the U.S. Consulate General and the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) in the city on Monday.
India, for its part, should also do away with the provocative gestures, such as the daily border ceremony at Wagah, to facilitate a congenial atmosphere to promote peace, Mr. Cohen said.
However, he felt that the real danger was the Pakistani Taliban. The challenge for both the countries was to tap the full potential of the trade between both the nations.
Rating South Asia as the least economically integrated region in the world, he said hostility was hampering its development. It was important for the U.S. to ensure that the vacuum was filled before leaving Afghanistan as it would otherwise create bigger problems from Taliban.
Given the common interests among the countries in the region, he visualised a United States of South Asia in the coming 50 years, with cricket being among the uniting elements.

PESHAWAR - At least 13 people were killed and another 13 wounded Monday in bomb explosions and a gun attack in restive northwestern parts of the country, officials said.
The deadliest incident came in Khyber Agency where an explosion, believed to be accidental in nature, at the home of a tribal leader killed 10 people and injured another nine.
The blast came in a remote village of the tribal district, close to the Afghan border in Tirah Valley, which last year saw fierce fighting between the Pakistani military and Taliban militants.

millions of dollars loss to the country’s environment and economy.
After this assessment by paki jinngineers, pakis will ask for 'just' compensation from yindia.

I dunno about Paki summer fogs; but in the winter the winds are likely in the wrong direction. Quoting from Wiki,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climate_of_India#Winter
In northwestern India region, virtually cloudless conditions prevail in October and November, resulting in wide diurnal temperature swings; as in much of the Deccan Plateau, they register at 16–20 °C (61–68 °F). However, from January to February, "western disturbances" bring heavy bursts of rain and snow. These extra-tropical low-pressure systems originate in the eastern Mediterranean Sea.[25] They are carried towards India by the subtropical westerlies, which are the prevailing winds blowing at North India's range of latitude.[20] Once their passage is hindered by the Himalayas, they are unable to proceed further, and they release significant precipitation over the southern Himalayas

The Indian coal unlike the rest of the world has the highest arc contents, 25%-45%, with low heating value, thus to generate one unit electricity, coal power plants emit one kilogram of carbon dioxide. The emission of other more hazardous gasses, such as sulphur oxides, nitrogen, fly ash, and suspended particles are responsible for the greenhouse effect.Arshad Abbasi appreciated the PML-N government’s efforts in making peace with India, admitting that this is necessary for the future prosperity of our two nations.
Arc contents ? Or Arsenic content?
Gasses - wrong spelling
Sulphur oxides - Wrong chemistry. Sulphur monoxide is not produced. Disulphur dioxide can exist only for short span of time. Burning coal produces only S0
2
Nitrogen is not harmful -Wrong biology and medicine.
None of the gases mentioned in the sentence are responsible in a significant way for Greenhouse effect - factually incorrect. Co2, CH4 , O3 and water vapor are primary causes. So Wrong chemistry again.
Paki needs to go back to school. Paki showing ignorance.

How dare you suggest to the paki that he needs to go back to school!! He is a self-taught "eminent climate expert Arshad H Abbasi, associated with SDPI.
"Killicky Hiyar". He is "Advisor/Head Energy and Water Unit", whatever that means. Besides, the nitwit has inadvertently endorsed India's views that India should be allowed to build more dams on the rivers that flow from India to Pakistan when he stated in his letter to al-sharief:
“India has itself acknowledged in the international courts while defending the controversial hydropower project on Pakistan’s rivers, arguing that the thermal electric power generation based on coal is not sustainable environmentally. India says: “Our coal based thermal power plants are emitting ash, causing serious pollution and helping to forming fog in the Sub-Continent.”
“India further maintains in the international courts to justify the erection of hydropower projects on Pakistan’s rivers that the ash generation was not only polluting the environment but also adding fuel to global warming,” mentions the communication of Arshad Abbasi to the prime minister.
Therefore,
if the pakis want India to take steps and reduce the alleged "coal-ash-based fogs" in the land of the pure,
then the pakis will have to stop hindering and start allowing India to erect more dams that will replace the built-in capacity of the coal-based thermal plants.
Hey! Their own "expert" is supporting this. He has done India a big favor. Send him a box of laddus with a "thank you" note.
