France is so behind AI research that the French President thinks morphing himself into a transvestite in a ridiculous video is AI. Paki Sharma rightly snubbed him on live TV saying "it's not funny" 
French national research agency CNRS has become a woke dump. They could not even come up with an ordinary COVID vaccine like India did. They have no notable achievements since decades.
Recently they released an AI bot called Lucie as a French alternative to ChatGPT but had to withdraw it within a day since it was so pathetic.
Macron announced 109B€ no less , for AI research which no one has in France or the whole of EU.
Total waste of time. Somehow NaMo got talked into co-chairing this waste of time 'summit' - he was being nice I think plus JD Vance was there.
