He is ex-ISI, which means he is till working for them. Usual tactics of using "officially" retired guys.

Must have come down to meet someone. Given that we went on a round trip from Qatar to Nepal, he was trying to prevent being monitored by our guys of the PIA flights coming in to Nepal.

The job interview thing is obviously a cover. He came down to meet someone and that "someone" probably was followed by our boys. May be both then got goatnapped.
Most pluasible scenario.

Or was lured into a "honeytrap" since i remember we did a similar thing to lure a IM honcho from Dhaka to Colombo and made him appear at a busstand in Blore directly from Colombo

Looks like under Doval, RAA seems to have a freer hand. Hope that Shri Yadav will be out soon

Important question : Is he performing the "editorship" long -distance from Massaland ( where I think he has a teaching assignment somewhere in NY State) or "all his now forgotten" and now he has decided it is safe to return to Pakistan on guarantees given by US

Paki Media Puts "Two And Two Together" :D

Mystery as retired army officer goes ‘missing’ in Nepal
ISLAMABAD: A retired Pakistan Army officer has mysteriously gone missing while visiting Nepal for a job interview.
Col Habib’s family reported his disappearance to the Foreign Office after not having been able to reach him. He is feared to have been abducted, a source said.
Col Habib departed from Lahore on Wednesday, reaching Kathmandu on Thursday from where he immediately flew to Lumbini. In Kathmandu, the information coming from retired army officers groups and verified by military sources reveals, he was provided a Nepalese cellphone SIM card by one Javed Ansari, who received him there. The last message that he sent from Lumbini said that he had reached his destination.
Subsequent probing by his family and friends shows that the UK telephone number from which he had received telephone call for the interview was a computer-generated one, while the email domain and its associated website were registered in India. This has prompted concerns that the Indian spy agency RAW could have been behind the abduction plot  .India has always maintained strong influence in Nepal both as the Himalayan country’s main economic and defence partner.
India runs its influence in Nepal through RAW. The Nepalese government last year in May cancelled...
A serving RAW officer Kulbhushan Jadhav, who is originally from India, was caught in Pakistan last year and has been accused of involvement with subversive activities here. :((

Plans Afoot To Sanitize LET, JEM etc

Mainstreaming militancy
Once again terrorists struck at the heart of Pakistan, Lahore. This was on April 5 when the census teams of civilians and armed forces’ personnel were on their way for survey duty.
The biggest apprehension is about the future of these banned outfits. Will they be eliminated, continue to be proxies or shun violence and join national politics?
An important development came to the fore on March 27 when defunct Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) and Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) demanded a space in political arena of the country. The head of ASWJ Maulana Ahmed Ludhianvi and JuD senior leader and brother of Hafiz Saeed, Hafiz Masood were invited to a working group session organised by Pakistan Institute of Peace Studies (PIPS), an Islamabad-based think tank.
Is mainstreaming of banned outfit plausible?Mainstreaming means how these banned organisations can be incorporated in the electoral process and how their trained armed cadre can be inducted in security forces?Army claims there is mainstreaming plan in place for the JuD and Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) because “they have the support of establishment in their operations inside Kashmir”, revealed senior defense analyst Imtiaz Gul while talking to The News on Sunday. This is all window dressing and white washing ; Paki fauj is infested with these jihadis (one brother serving in Army, other brother with banned outfit ) and the jihadis have in their rank, Army men !
Renowned journalist Ahmed Rashid, while talking to TNS, says: “these organisations are not just carrying out acts of terrorism in Pakistan, they are also fighting with militant groups in half a dozen countries including Afghanistan, Central Asia, Syria and India.”Article 256 of the Constitution of Pakistan forbids private armies. It states, “No private organisation capable of functioning as a military organisation shall be formed, and such organisation shall be illegal.” The Paki Constitution says many things about many areas (like protection of minorities ) . Has this stopped the Army or the Fanatics from implementing their plans
If they are prepared to carry out this long list of what needs to be done and fulfill all the articles of the National Action Plan, he adds, “there is every possibility that they could join the political process”.Several deradicalisation programmes are being run in the Muslim world like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, United Arab Emirates and Indonesia. There are at least two deradicalisatioin and rehabilitation centres operating in Pakistan, Sabaoon which is located in Malakand and another is Mishal situated in the beautiful Swat valley. The programme in both the centres is run under the supervision of the Pakistan army. However, these centres are only meant to deal with the less affected cases of militancy. Hardcore cadre of militants is not the target of this initiative.
Talking to TNS, social activist Jibran Nasir said, “It’s not about banned outfits renouncing violence but banned outfits renouncing their ideology for which they were banned. Is ASWJ willing to give up its ideology, their books, their narrative and teachings? A 40 page book ASWJ Kia Chahti hai (what does ASWJ want?) sums up their views”.“A code of conduct will be developed whenever the government decides to take such an initiative and we will adhere to it,” responds Maulana Ludhianvi to a query about hate literature. Maybe, this is one another way of extracting "blackmail money " from oversees !

What Will The Paki Fauj Do If Nawaz Is Found Guilty In Panama Case !

Panama Leaks: Army awaits decision based on justice, says ISPR
The Pakistan Army, like every Pakistani, awaits a decision based on justice and merit in the ongoing Panama Leaks case, DG ISPR Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor said in a Tweet.
He further added that his response following a question regarding Panama Leaks was reported incomplete and taken out of context. The head of military's media wing had recently held a press briefing in London during Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa's visit to the United Kingdom. Commenting on "domestic affairs on foreign soil" . Is Paki Fauj allowed to interfere in the legal process by such unasked comments. Is Pak Army a party to the case

Nawaz Sharif is the most honest politician in Pakistan: New Survey
ISLAMABAD: A new survey has revealed that Nawaz Sharif is the most honest politician and leader in Pakistan. However the new survey has stirred another covtroversy in the Pakistan about the authenticities of such surveys.A survey declared Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif the most honest politician in the region. It consisted of a sample size from Lahore’s three constituencies. Wondering if this is the "same Harvard survey" earlier cited . Seems that this method (so-called scientific survey ) has now become a "favourite tool " in Ganja's arsenal to secure another term on his "Raiwind throne"

This is truly benis material. Should be saved somewhere. I usually like to post excerpts but this one should be posted in full, which would take up a lot of space.

In short, after you skim over the poor col. zahir matter, blatant grammatical and syntax screw ups, and the usual examples of paki mastery over logic, the bottom line (towards the end of the long winded article) is that the paki youth has been corrupted by Indian telecom industry.

Be aware, this is a paki/chini source masquerading as an online newspaper.

I fully support the final conclusion ( in the farticle !) that the Yindians ( telecom industry onlee ) are 110% responsible for "corrupting" the tech savvy noe-jawan segment of the Pakistan population. And here is the proof :

" Faith Healing" Being Practiced In "Islamic Pakistan"

Twenty worshippers are stripped, drugged, tortured then murdered with a dagger by custodian of a Pakistani shrine
Rana Sanaullah, the law minister for the Punjab provincial government, said an initial investigation found Waheed had a collection of followers who would regularly visit the shrine and face torture in the name of religious cleansing. They were accustomed to seeking spiritual cleansing by removing their clothes. Hope that he is not alluding to something "haram" - prohibited by the Book!
In February 90 people were killed and hundreds wounded in Pakistan's southern province of Sindh, when a suicide bomber blew himself up among devotees at a Sufi shrine in an attack claimed by ISIS.Shrines are soft targets for attack. n remote and rural areas they are far from medical aid. Many suspect that Pakiland has become a theatre in the civil war between the Shias and the Sunnis, between those who want more Masli and the so-called liberals - to find the right "balance of the Green", they should do away with the sufi worship and go for the Saudi model. On the other hand, as this tragedy shows , too much Malsi is injurious to your mental health

"Sifarish" Rampant At So - Called "Virtual University " Located In La-Whore !

Blue-eyed officials enjoying lucrative posts at VU
LAHORE: Favouritism and nepotism rule the roost at the Virtual University (VU) as several blue-eyed officials have been appointed at key posts, Daily Times has learnt.Since its inception in 2002, several blue eyed officials have been appointed on lucrative posts, both administrative and academic.
Recent appointments of Director (Administration) Ahmar Qazi, Director (Campuses) Farhan Sadiq and Adviser to VU Dr Mahmood Bodla have raised many eyebrows.Few months ago, a meeting of the university’s Board of Governor (BoG), chaired by Ministry of Information Technology secretary, gave approval for appointment of Director (Administration) Ahmer Qazi and Adviser to University Dr Mahmood Ahmed Bodla, who is husband of a BoG member.
A senior faculty member of the VU, requesting anonymity, told Daily Times that Ahmar Qazi, after being appointed to the VU on ad-hoc basis for six months, gave an advertisement for the post he had appointed to, shortlisted himself and became a permanent employee of the university after approval by the BoG.According to sources, Qazi does not have post-qualification experience of more than four to five years required for the said post. Qazi is said to be a close friend of VU Rector Dr Naveed A Malik, and has been an ex-employee of a distance learning private college chain where Dr Naveed A Malik is holding a key position. " Daddy" or "Mamoo" in Fauj, ( Brigadier or Jernail ) then you have got it made ; but if another "sifarish" comes from another "Daddy" who is a "business buddy" of Ganja or his inner circle, then you have a "serious problem" vis-a-vis your Enchendee

Ganja Sharif Prohibits His Party Members From Passing Controversial Comments ( I.O. W. "Bad Mouthing") Raheel Sharif.
Taking notice of a string of recent statements about General (retd) Raheel Sharif, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has restricted Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leaders from passing any more controversial remarks about the former army chief. “PM Nawaz Sharif takes notice of the statements against Gen (retd) Raheel Sharif,” Radio Pakistan tweeted Sunday evening. Ganja acting as a "shareef gentleman"?
“Nawaz Sharif prohibits PML-N leaders from giving any controversial statements about General (retd) Raheel Sharif,” read another tweet shared shortly afterwards. So, Ganja has also taken to Twitter like DDT ( Dirty Donald Trump !) :D
Premier Nawaz’s directions to leaders of his party came days after Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair called Raheel Sharif ‘just another general’ and said he should not be made larger than life.“Raheel Sharif was made larger than life and that’s the reason that when he is allotted a piece of land — which he deserves — it raises eyebrows,” Zubair told reporters at the sidelines of the ‘Leaders in Islamabad’ summit on Thursday. " Poor Raheel" - After he accepted the role of "Supreme Commander - ( Muslim ) NATO, he has become the butt of many jokes in the Paki Media
Zubair also said “the credit for the Karachi operation goes 100 per cent to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif… although Gen (retd) Raheel Sharif also contributed a lot towards that end.” Another dig at the Bad Sharif ?
Imam-e-Kaaba Sheikh Saleh Bin Mohammad al Talib on Saturday said Gen (retd) Raheel will play a pivotal role in countering terrorism as head of the Saudi-led military alliance of 41 Muslim nations.Speaking to a private news channel, he said by leading the alliance, the former army chief will only bring prestige to Pakistan. Imam-e- Kaaba to the rescue ? But should the Top Honcho Of Islam be indulging and immersing himself in the rough and ready of Paki politics

Cannot figure out why Jangua and Bajwa are ready to" do dalali " ( acting as his PR arm !) with the Iranis on Raheel's behalf ; the ex COAS was quite vocal when he was in power ; IMO , he has burned his bridges with the Iranis, when he made his controversial statements during the visit of the Irani dignitaries to Pakiland last year !

Saudi Arabia executes three Pakistanis for heroin smuggling
Saudi Arabia on Sunday executed three Pakistani nationals convicted of smuggling heroin, bringing the number of executions in the kingdom to 26 this year. The state-run SPA news agency said the three had been found guilty of “smuggling quantities of heroin in their stomachs”.It named the three men as Mohammed Ashraf Shafi Mohammed, Mohammed Aref Mohammed Anayt and Mohammed Afdal Asghar Ali. All three were Pakistani citizens. What ! Executed , while the Imam-e- Kaaba was on a "goodwill visit" to the first Islami Nuclear Takat .

Shias Not Invited To Diesel's Birthday Meet .

JUI-F’s show of strength
While serious questions persist about the role of Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Hind, vis-a-vis the creation of Pakistan, the JUI-F – which claims to be its offshoot – celebrated the centenary of the party for three days. The big show was facilitated by the PML-N government which is understandable as JUI-F happens to be its ally. That the gathering was arranged in KP indicates the keenness on the part of both PML-N and JUI-F to try to wrest the province from the PTI. An alliance with the PML-N made it easier to get visas for clerics from different countries including India and Bangladesh. Fazl ur Rehman was out to use the centenary gatherings for political muscle flexing.
It was highly unusual for the Saudi government to be officially represented at a political party’s show of force. Imam of Kaaba led the Friday prayers, drawing hundreds who might not otherwise support JUI-F. The Saudi Minister for religious affairs addressed the gathering. On the downside, the Saudis executed three Pakis for heroin smuggling, while the celebrations were underway
On the eve of the conference, JUI-F Secretary General Abdul Ghafur Haideri made an odd offer to the TTP to join his party and achieve their objectives through peaceful means. The mainstreaming of militant into Paki politics is in full swing !
It was understandable to invite leaders from PPP, PML-N and Jamaat-e-Islami to the gathering. A Christian cleric had also been invited as a show piece. ( Did he also "break bread" with the Maulanas on an equal footing or was he treated as a pariah  ) There was however no representation from the Shia community or its political organisations.

Anti-Pakistan protests break out across Afghanistan
Anti-Pakistan protests have broken out across Afghanistan over Islamabad's incessant shelling of areas inside Afghanistan like Nangarhar and Kunar.
A massive anti-Pakistan protest was held on February 21 in Lashkargah, the capital of Afghanistan's southern Helmand Province with an aim to highlight Pakistan as a terrorist-sponsoring state. The protesters asked Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani to declare war on Pakistan. They said that if war was declared then the Afghan Taliban would fight against the Pakistan Army.
Further in a shocking revelation, an unidentified Pakistani Taliban guerilla has exposed a nexus between the Pakistan-based Muslim scholars and the ISI in forcing youth to fight in the name of religion.

X Posted from the “Analyzing CPEC” thread.

Forget OBOR and CPEC for transit options lying to the West of India and instead think INSTC.

The International North South Transportation Corridor (INSTC) inches forward and provides India a potentially viable transit alternative on the West of our country to transit options in which the Peoples Republic of China is sponsor, such as One Belt One Road (OBOR) and in particular its China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) leg:

International North South Transportation Corridor for better Indo-Russian connectivity inches towards reality

Terrified family of murdered Sufi qawwal Amjad Sabri to leave Pak

NEW DELHI: The family of murdered Pakistani qawwal Amjad Sabri has decided to leave the country over security concerns, Pakistani media reported today.

"Although we have spent all our lives in Karachi, we're now scared. Our lives are at stake in Liaquatabad since Amjad's murder," said Azmat Sabri. He added the family is moving to London to "protect" itself.

Amjad Sabri was a world-renowned Sufi qawwal. He was murdered in Karachi, likely by a faction of the Pakistani Taliban which claimed responsibility for the attack. The qawwal was on his way to a television studio when armed motorcyclists pulled up beside his car and fired a volley of bullets at him.

His murder triggered a nationwide outpouring of grief. Tributes for him poured in from musicians and fans all over the world. Especially the Sicular Indian Con Gress Hindus i.e. the WKK Brigade and "Peace AT ANY PRICE" with Clapistan Terrorists!

Amjad's mother said she's sought help from the Pakistan government to go abroad, and her son Azmat said he plans to request the government to bear their travel expenses.

Azmat also demanded the government bring the killers of his brother to justice. The TTP Hakimullah Mehsud faction of the Pakistani Taliban said it killed Sabri "for blasphemy."

Sufis in Pakistan have come increasingly under threat in the past few years in Pakistan. In February, a suicide bomber caused the death of 75 people at the famous Lal Shahbaz Qalandar shrine in Sehwan in the southern Sindh province. That terror attack was claimed by ISIS.

P. S. : I hope this is not an “Automatic Long Stay in India Visa Guarantee” for the Azmat - and the Extended Family – to “Migrate to India”.

http://www [dot] dawn [dot] com/news/1326109/pakistan-military-sentences-indian-spy-kulbhushan-jadhav-to-death
Jadhav was arrested on March 3, 2016 through a counter-intelligence operation in Balochistan's Mashkel area for his involvement in espionage and sabotage activities against Pakistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

"The spy was tried through Field General Court Martial (FGCM) under the Pakistan Army Act (PAA) and awarded the death sentence. Today Chief of Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa confirmed his death sentence awarded by FGCM," the ISPR said.

Jadhav confessed before a magistrate and court that he was tasked by Indian spy agency Research and Analysis wing to plan, coordinate and organise espionage and sabotage activities seeking to destabilise and wage war against Pakistan through impeding the efforts of law enforcement agencies for the restoration of peace in Balochistan and Karachi, the ISPR said.

The accused had been provided with a defending officer as per legal provisions, the ISPR said.
Guess this is tit-for-tat for picking up one of their guys from Nepal. Typical pakis.

Paki Donkey Pact With China Prompts Bloomberg Article On Chini "Donkey Exchange" :D

Have a Donkey to Trade? China Has an Exchange for That
Chances are, if you can buy it or sell it, China has an exchange for it. The latest example? The China Donkey Exchange. It’s one of more than 1,000 trading venues that now dot Asia’s largest economy, up from 300 in 2011, according to SunSirs, a provider of data and research on Chinese commodity markets. So, Pakis ( AKA "donkeys" ) are available on the Chini market ; experiment from KP province first and then the "best breed from Pakjab"
The donkey exchange was born for much the same reason hog and soybean futures are traded around the world. Donkeys in China are not just beasts of burden, but an agricultural commodity. A traditional treatment for anemia known as e’jiao is made from boiled donkey skin. Demand for e’jiao, which can be purchased as a cooked gelatin, has surged in the past decade as millions have joined China’s middle class.
Donkey prices have quadrupled over the same period—to about 8,000 yuan ($1,160) a head—in part because breeders have failed to replenish their herds. Donkeys are hard to breed quickly; the animals have long pregnancies, lasting up to 14 months. Paki donkeys, however have a gestation period of 9 months, so there should be a relative advantage on this score
The demand from China is being felt internationally. Niger, the BBC has reported, has banned the export of donkeys to preserve the animal there; Burkina Faso has banned the export of their skins. In some places where donkeys are used in farming and other work, the trade “has inflated prices for donkeys so much that families that depend on them can’t replace their donkeys,” says Mike Baker, chief executive officer of the Donkey Sanctuary, a U.K. charity. ( No problem for Al- Bakistan; the "breeding rate", of donkeys - in spite of population control measures recommended by the UN and other Agencies, is quite above normal ; also certain species of Paki Donkeys ( eg. Mullah Brigade ) do not subscribe to this "modern method" )
The marketplace, based in a rural part of Shandong province, handles transactions over the telephone. A farmer can call to say he wants to sell a group of donkeys, and the exchange will send a so-called runner—it employs more than 100—to confirm the animals exist and meet quality standards. It will help find a price both seller and buyer agree on and arrange shipping after a deal is struck. There is no need for an "runner" or a third party for this lucrative trade . Direct dealing with Chini blothers will fetch a much better price for Paki Donkeys !
The bottom line: The China Donkey Exchange is one of more than 700 market platforms that have sprouted in the country since 2011. Am sure that the Chini blothers will give a plefelence to their "strategic ally" as far as this trade is concerned !

Sabri Not Safe In Pakistan !

Amjad Sabri's family plans to leave Pakistan due to 'security fears'
The family of slain qawwal Amjad Sabri is trying to leave the country due to reservations over security.Azmat Sabri, Amjad's brother, while speaking to Dawn.com, confirmed that the family is "trying to leave Pakistan.""We feel we are being watched," he said, explaining why his family is relocating. He clarified that the family has received no threats to their life."We are trying to settle in London, we have a brother there," he said, adding that the family "would be ready to leave tomorrow if we got the visas." ( Maybe, Altaf Bhai should help them !)
Celebrated qawwal Amjad Sabri, 40, and an associate were travelling in a car in Liaquatabad 10 area, when unidentified gunmen fired at their vehicle, critically injuring him on June 23 last year. The two were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed hospital immediately, where Sabri succumbed to his injuries.Qari Saifullah Mehsud, spokesperson for the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan Hakimullah Mehsud group, had accepted responsibility for the attack. India should invite him for a concert, once he is out of Pakistan !

Possible scenario:

Pakistan declares that Zahir was taken by RAW and it is ready for an exchange, or Yadav shall be executed, putting pressure on GOI to exchange him before Zahir's singing reaches a crescendo; basically using Yadav as a hostage and assuming that India will do a repeat of the aircraft hijacking and release Zahir under public pressure.
1) If India declares that Zahir is in it's custody, then India is at a disadvantage.
2) If India keeps silent, then it will be portrayed by the presstitutes that GOI has Zahir in custody and does not care for Yadav.
3) If India declares that Zahir is not in it's custody, then it cannot use anything spilt by Zahir to name and shame Pakistan. But it shall be able to use the gathered intelligence for further operations.
4) If India declares Yadav as a brave soldier and says his death is a great "Qurbani", ISI will coerce Yadav into posting a video begging to be saved.

India should just flat out deny that Zahir is in custody and keep portraying the Pakis as Yadav's murderers.
