Qatal ki Raat" Warning: Prime Minister Narendra Modi famously communicated a strict ultimatum via intelligence channels—warning that India had aimed nine specific missiles at major Pakistani targets and that if the pilot was harmed, it would trigger a severe "night of bloodshed"
drnayar-ji, Abhinandan was in 2019. What is the reference to Qatl ki Raat in respect to the SIPRI report?

in A First, India Deploys 12 Nuclear Warheads In Big Policy Shift
wigs-ji, I have a distinct feeling that the SIPRI report is actually probing for more information. They know that India has SSBN's out on patrol. Maybe they are trying to elicit information leaks when people question the number of warheads? Somehow I have a feeling SIPRI reports are not very accurate. No evidence but just a gut feel. Willing to be corrected with evidence and rationale.
Obviously how will they know highly classified information unless India declares it.

Probably an estimate from India’s nuclear deterrent patrols.
