Russian ambassador's assassination in Turkey was organised by 'NATO secret services' and was 'a provocation and challenge to Moscow' claims Kremlin senator
The secret services of a NATO country is 'highly likely' to have been behind the assassination of ambassador Andrey Karlov, claimed a top ally of Vladimir Putin.
Senior senator Frantz Klintsevich, deputy chairman of the Russian upper chamber's defence and security committee, said: 'It was a planned action.
'Everyone knew that he was going to attend this photo exhibition.
Senior pro-Putin senator Alexei Pushkov claimed: 'This murder is the consequence of attempts to blame Russia for all the sins and the crimes it did not commit.'
The Western media gave a 'distorted and false' image of what is happening in Aleppo and this 'contributed to this terrorist act'.
He warned: 'This is a result of anti-Russian hysteria, raised in the West and supported by a certain part of Turkish society.

The lines betweek akp street troops, police, mil intel, shams front, turkestani islamists and grey wolves has dissolved. This "complex" is the ruler of the nuova turkey thats being reshaped in its image. Erdogan is just the public face....there must be a deep surge in society which he has harnessed for his own rise.

Tsp wanted to be the new turkey. It got its wish in another way....turkey is the new tsp

jihadis kill non-muslims with extraordinary zeal. period. For the peaceful if one is not a muslim one is already guilty. The grievances and other imaginary/real reasons are all secondary reasons mostly for terror support structure like alt-left, media. Other manufactured reasons are icing on the cake. Kill the dog and give it a bad name is the motto of the jihadi, unlike brits who would give the dog a bad name and then kill it.

Assad has confirmed that next target is going to be Idlib. That is going to be very messy for turks. I think that they will overplay their hand as usual and pay a price.

For now idlib will be left alone.

North hama and anadan plains of western aleppo need to be secured and firewalled first.

Idlib is likely to be Syria’s next bloody theater as Aleppo falls

Asked where he will turn to next, Assad has suggested his first priority, after fortifying the area around Aleppo city, would be Idlib.

“Identifying which city comes next depends on which city contains the largest number of terrorists and which city provides other countries with the opportunity to support them logistically,” he told Russian media outlets in an interview in Damascus this week.

Turks will always sponsor throatcutters. Pacts signed by Erdogan are worthless because he does what he wants no matter of diplomacy.

A photo essay by Russian reporter/phortographer Ivan Sidorenko on the state of play in the vicinity of the T-4 airbase. Main points:

i) The area has recevied significant snowfall. Both sides have a shortage of winter clothing. The fighting conditions look particularly harsh.

Image

ii) The Syrians have started to mount their eight-sided ATGM dazzlers on technicals as well as tanks. This means the Syrians have sufficient production capacity to manufacture them in quantity.

Image

iii) SYria is planning a mass mobilisation soon. The recently trained troops will be used to replace th experienced troops in the safer positions allowing the experienced troops to be focussed on key points. Presumably the lesson of the downside of such deployments at the front, as seen around Palmyra, has been learned.

A 'weiss' dude on CNN is gloating about how the assasination of Russian amby highlights 'sectarian divide', apparently what USA did in Iraq healed sectarian divide.

Don Lemon of CNN & his team of clowns like Juliette Kayem solidly believe that it was not terror strike but revenge for aleppo.

Bob baer another CIA apologist thinks 'Putin will suffer'.

So we basically we have a bunch of paki RAPE type english speaking type terrorist supporter suave talking heads justifying terror.

Is any more proof needed who is behind these random terror events.

imho there would be many “mini terror” attacks across EU now to dilute assassination of russian ambasador. MSM will scream all over false flag terrorist attacks. lock down of some areas and other nonsense. they act like child; look, don’t cry Russia… i also broke the knee…

if it was a single attack in Turkey, then it would have been turks themselves, but multiple attacks aimed at creating and dissipating news cycles are handiwork of culinary & apologists only.

Operation at Palmyra has precedents in US history.

Eisenhower and Monty had planned operation market garden based on fog at Normandy , the plan was to land allied troops on the beach under the nose of the Germans occupying the hills and Cliffs above, and boy what a meat grinder that was?

If Syria recovers at Palmyra, then that is exactly what is going to happen there as well.

<OT> I believe that's not Market Garden- IIRC Market Garden was the para drops deep into German held company to capture 3 key bridges (Hence the book and movie 'Bridge Too Far') way beyond the Normandy beaches, anticipated to link up with a simultaneous allied armour/ mobile infantry push on the ground. </OT>

Yeah normandy was overlord. Took advantage of bad weather and crossed wider part of channel. Rommel plan to keep armour deeper in reserve failed as allies dominated the after weather cleared and foothold expanded.

Omaha beach was bloodbath but british and candian beaches had light defences.

Russia’s aerospace group wipes out 62,000 terrorist targets since Syria campaign's start

More:
http://tass.com/defense/920809
MOSCOW, December 20. /TASS/. Since the beginning of the operation in Syria in September 2015 Russia’s aerospace group has flown 30,000 sorties to have wiped out 62,000 terrorist targets in Syria, the deputy chief of Russia’s General Staff, first deputy chief of the Aerospace Force Pavel Kurachenko said.

"As at December 20, 2016 the Aerospace Force has carried out more than 30,000 sorties to have eliminated more than 62,000 military targets," Kurachenko told a conference of the extra-departmental council of experts for aerospace issues.

Russia launched an operation to furnish air support for the Syrian army in its war on terrorists on September 30, 2015 at the request of President Bashar Assad.

On March 14, 2016 Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the pullout of the bulk of the Russian military contingent from Syria, as the Defense Ministry’s main tasks had been accomplished.
