Massive blast rocks Quetta: Car bomb explodes outside Pakistan’s paramilitary security headquarters; 8 killed, several others injured
At least eight people were killed and several others injured when a powerful car bomb exploded outside the paramilitary headquarters in Quetta on Tuesday, officials told news agency AP.
The blast was reportedly heard miles away, and ambulances quickly arrived to transport the wounded to nearby hospitals. No group claimed responsibility, but suspicion falls on separatist insurgents active in Balochistan.
