This problem started a couple of decades ago, and amplified from about 2010 onwards, after the 2008 financial crisis. The west realised they can print money to high heavens and wage pointless wars and get away with it, if they can control world markets and a few institutions like WTO, ICJ ityaadi. Meanwhile left leaning political currents strengthened and to become a counter weight, they had to discredit the globalist forces by making the people feel guilty for these wars and predatory globalisation a la Davos (which is not without merit) and in the process also opened flood gates to get in political refugees from the very regions they bombed to stone age.

Worked beautifully in Europe given historical affinity to socialism and welfare state ideologies, and close geo graphic proximity. Then they realised these immigrants when naturalised can become vote banks, so more gates were opened. Even the Candaians and then US Dems entered the game in a big way.

Since cultural assimilation is impossible they started talking about cultural integration, and now its just multiculturalism. Which only incentivises the immigrants to retain their identity in the sharpest way possible and claim more benefits and "family regrouping" to further increase their numbers, resulting in huge scale human trafficking.

The problem has grown so big, no one dares to confront it irrespective of right or left. These cultural immigrants have no desire and little need to assimilate by respecting laws and adjusting their behaviour to host country's culture. On the contrary most of them harbour resentment and hatred, their indoctrination makes them remember and fulminate over supposed wrongs done to their tribes or clans centuries ago, therefore keeping the grudge alive for recent wars done on their peoples or ummah comes naturally. The grudge is weaponised regularly in the form of riots and some pretext and is nurtured by despicable acts like these grooming gangs which were given time and space by cowardly, selfish and short sighted politicians.

Whats happening in UK is also happening at various levels of evolution across Europe, and if nothing drastic and ruthless is done, then they will also reach current UK levels of bestial scale and continue until all these countries themselves become the hell holes they bombed gleefully few years ago.

By the way, the clock is ticking for curbing these beasts here and now.

Because in a decade from here, the new generations of Z, millennials, alpha or whatever of scrolling addict, climate anxious, wokeism bred and antidepressants fed local people who are not even sure what they are among a hundred genders will make these countries so weak, they will no longer have any motivation or will or strength to fight to save themselves.

They have their churches and their padres, also they are a congregational culture, but not many in the west go to church anymore, and that is their biggest problem, as well as, their weakness

A billion $ for £ mil budget spent in UK on things like pensions, salaries, officer messes and other infra, recruitment, training, equipment, asset replacement, some r&d based on UK costs will buy you very different things compared to a same billion $ or £ spent in India on Indian costs for the same.

I spent about 24 years in California Prisons and during that time I met just 3 persons of Indian origin. Now, that is not a scientific way of determining the number of Indians in prisons, but never the less there are very few Indians incarcerated in California prisons. Either we are straight or we do not get caught easily. I am sure the numbers are similar in the UK.

Sorry for the late reply. Starmer and the Labour Party are staunch Democrat supporters. The Democrats a supposedly the left wing party in the US and Labour is the left wing party in the UK. Labour actually sent 100 members over to the US during the election campaign to help Harris in her endeavours (this is soon after Biden withdrew). Trump actually reported this as "foreign interference" in the US election and produced a letter from someone high up in the Labour Party (surnamed Patel!) to members saying that the Democrats would help these helpers with finding accommodation.

Trump winning the election has been a major embarrassment to Starmer; Trump's mother was British and he seemed to have some British leaning but the Labour Party now have a hard task of mending fences. Appointing Mandelson as the UK ambassador to the US will make that task even more difficult.
