India must not grant free trade until UK demonstrates credible progress prosecuting the UK grooming gang rapists. No free trade grant to UK until the British rape scourge in Rotherham, Rochdale and other counties becomes "0". Thoughts?

We should use it to hammer them none the less - raise it as a racist, gender, misogyny, human rights issue - on different forums

Arnab G should sent a reporter to cover it.

After all it is the birthplace of democracy and ranks high in the freedom of press rankings right...

With due respect, the Sikh political and religious leadership in the West does not fight the Khalis actively. Many times, it even passively supports them. Their actions and inactions are far more problematic and hurtful than the treachery of Khalis. Sikh Panth is now almost totally divorced from their Sanathani roots. So, let us leave this nostalgia and keep to ourselves. They are far more comfortable with Pakis in the West than Hindus in the West. Let them be and suffer for it.

Sikh tribal identity in The west should be encouraged. Why would Hindus want to be associated with a group that generates so much of the crime and disorder, the insurance scams, drug running, public assaults, weapons charges etc?

Why this need for validation by Sikhs in the west?

In Canada much of the general public holds very negative views of them. I am not sure if it is only racism, Africans and Chinese seem to have it easier.

English cricket has landed a multi-million pound windfall after a Silicon Valley tech consortium won a bidding war with the Sanjiv Goenka-owned RPSG Group for a 49% stake in London Spirit, the Hundred team based at Lord's.

The winning bid made by the consortium, headed by Nikesh Arora of Palo Alto Networks, valued the Spirit at £295 million, more than twice the price paid by Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) for Oval Invincibles on Thursday. It means they will pay £144.55m for a 49% stake in the Spirit, with MCC intending to retain its position as majority shareholder. The consortium - under the name Cricket Investor Holdings Limited - includes Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadella, Shantanu Narayen and Egon Durban, the CEOs of Google, Microsoft, Adobe and Silver Lake Management respectively, as well as Arora and Satyan Gajwani, who is one of the co-founders of the US-based Major League Cricket and vice-chairman of Times Internet, the Indian digital giant.

Donald Trump and Elon Musk's USAID closure has already taken a hefty hit to BBC charity finances

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... arity.html

"The US humanitarian relief agency being shut down by Elon Musk and Donald Trump has been funding the BBC’s charity to the tune of $3million of American taxpayers' money each year, MailOnline can reveal today.

The complete closure of USAID, which President Trump has said is 'run by radical lunatics', would blow a giant hole in BBC Media Action's annual budget."

Who would have thunk it? :((

India still holds 324 tonnes of gold bullion at the Bank of England and the Bank for International Settlements. These institutions in the UK have long been trusted custodians for central banks, providing liquidity and secure storage since the late 1600s.

The problem is due to last 1000 years they hold a lot of cards- if the decision was upto Modi or RBI it will be back next minute, unfortunately, they have enough leverage- it is pretty its not technical but a deliberate policy of the Democratic system in the US not to supply GE 404 engines.

This how you take over a nation in one generation

The Mayor of London is a Muslim.

The mayor of Birmingham is a Muslim.

The Mayor of Leeds is Muslim.

Mayor of Blackburn - Muslim.

The mayor of Sheffield is a Muslim.

The mayor of Oxford is a Muslim.

The mayor of Luton is a Muslim.

The mayor of Oldham is Muslim.

The mayor of Rochdale is Muslim

All this was achieved by only 4 million Muslims out of 66 million people in England:

Today there are over 3,000 mosques in England.

There are over 130 sharia courts.

There are more than 50 Sharia Councils.

78 percent of Muslim women do not work, receive state support + free accommodation.

63 percent of Muslims do not work, receive state support + free housing.

State-supported Muslim families with an average of 6 to 8 children receive free accommodation.

Now every school in the UK is required to teach lessons about Islam.

Did anyone actually vote for this?

Federal Reserve's gold stocks will be audited after decades. Many say the powerful bankers in the west have kept gold prices artificially low for a long time. When EU's deficit ridden economies will face high borrowing costs they will be forced to put gold as collateral. The rich elites will hoard gold while the masses and the foolish will get screwed by crypto.

Lots of chicken coming home to roost.

If you hold gold physically in the west, you are at risk of confiscation by Govt dictat. Better sell abroad, move the money to Bharat and hold the gold physically in India.

Bharat should repatriate it's gold from foreign vaults back home ASAP

ED slaps ₹3.44 crore penalty on BBC India for FEMA violations with ₹5,000 fine per day, 3 directors fined ₹1.15 crore each

ED slaps Rs 3.44 crore penalty on BBC WS India for FDI violations; fines 3 directors

Feb 21, 2025

The ED's action follows a show-cause notice issued on August 4, 2023, to BBC WS India, its three directors, and its finance head for multiple violations under FEMA. According to sources, BBC WS India, a 100 percent FDI entity, engaged in digital news and current affairs but failed to reduce its FDI stake to 26 percent, as required by Indian regulations.

The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) had set the FDI cap at 26 percent for digital media under the government approval route through a press note issued on September 18, 2019. However, BBC WS India continued operating at full foreign ownership, leading to what officials termed a “gross violation” of the law.

The ED’s order imposes a total penalty of Rs 3,44,48,850 on BBC WS India, in addition to a daily fine of Rs 5,000 from October 15, 2021, until compliance is met. Additionally, BBC directors Giles Antony Hunt, Indu Shekhar Sinha, and Paul Michael Gibbons have each been fined Rs 1,14,82,950 for their involvement in company operations during the period of violation.

Indeed the amount is chump change, Cyrano ji, but the effect is salutary on the high and mighty bbc and it also scorches the pride of the britshit govt to be thus slapped on their face by a mere ex colonial upstart

the bbc had already been thrown out of India twice before by an earlier Indian govt, so the precedent has been set and the bbc is no longer the holy cow that it once was in its erstwhile avatar as an "imperial broadcaster"

In fact, the bbc is desperate to broadcast from India because of all the propaganda damage that it can inflict on the populace, on behalf of the BIF, slyly using its various Indian language broadcasts to prey on the gullible
In the summer of 1970, for example, the broadcast of two Louis Malle’s documentary films, Calcutta and Phantom India on British television (BBC Two) - both of which offered impressionistic sketches of everyday life in India - caused outrage amongst the Indian diaspora in Britain and with the Indian government, for what were perceived as prejudicial and negative depictions.

As a result, the BBC was expelled from India until 1972. At this point, Mark Tully returned to the Delhi Bureau as its Chief. However, it was not long before the BBC was again in conflict with the Indian government. The declaration of a State of Emergency by Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in 1975 introduced draconian and repressive regulations including those severely limiting press freedom. It was this that led to the second expulsion of the BBC within five years. However, as Mark Tully explains, unbeknownst to him, the threat of censure was rather more personal this time:

Liz Truss calls for Trump style revolution to reform UK ‘deep state’

Sunday, February 23, 2025

Former British Prime Minister Liz Truss has called for a “Trump revolution” in the UK, claiming that unelected bureaucrats within the British “deep state” sabotaged her government and continue to obstruct reforms that align with voter demands.

Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington on February 19, Truss emphasized that Britain requires a political shake-up similar to US President Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) movement.

She also praised billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk for his efforts to audit and streamline US government spending, suggesting that the UK should adopt a similar approach.
