It turns out that AIr India and other presumably other Indian operators have been forced out by paki authorities from flying to Karachi and Lahore, while their airline presumably PIA expands india operations. This is the reason for them not being permitted to lease, buy properties in Delhi and elsewhere
MHA opposed to Pakistani airliner PIA buying properties in India
the Home Ministry is strongly opposed to Pakistan's airliner PIA buying properties in India saying the neighbouring country had stopped operations of Air India through "nefarious" design and such facility should be offered only on a reciprocal basis.
In a report, the Intelligence Bureau told the Finance Ministry that Pakistan had forced Air India to discontinue its services to Lahore and Karachi through its "nefarious" design, leading to complete monopoly of services by PIA in these sectors.
Unless Air India services are restored and India's national carrier is allowed to buy properties in Pakistan, PIA should not be allowed to buy properties in India, sources said quoting the report.
Besides, the report said, there had been instances in the past when ISI agents were appointed as executives of PIA and they indulged in snooping activities in India.
The Intelligence Bureau also mentioned about an activist of the terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba working in PIA's Karachi office.
The report was prepared as government charts its next course of action in the case of alleged foreign exchange violations in purchase of properties in New Delhi by PIA.
Enforcement Directorate had last month issued a notice under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) to the local office of PIA in connection with its purchase of six flats near Connaught Place in central Delhi.

General Musharraf told a private television channel that, since 1989, Pakistan has had a policy and strategy to support militancy in Kashmir to force India into negotiations. In response to a question on why his regime signed an agreement in 2006 with the Haqqani network, General Musharraf said that as India was (allegedly) “stabbing” Pakistan in Balochistan and the Frontier through Afghanistan, he decided to find someone who could stab them back. Musharraf said, “Do you know that Jalaluddin Haqqani was a hero for the US...we thought we could bring peace to the region through him.”

"Indian leadership's threats of disproportionate use of force portend India's dangerous desire to create a space for war. This hostile attitude also reveals a clear dichotomy in India's insistence on eliminating terrorism on the one hand and creating distractions for our armed forces engaged in relentless and non-discriminatory counter-terrorism operations," the Prime Minister's Advisor on National Security and Foreign Affairs said.
Aziz made the remarks in a seminar 'Crossroads Asia: Dynamics of Peace and Progress' at the army's National Defence University here yesterday.

Takla Aziz should know, if there is no Paki terrorism there will be no war.
How does he expect immunity from India using its best options while he conducts terrorist attacks? Pagal hain?
If this is his level of diplomacy he needs to be sent back to school.

That makes me sick and angry. A dog is a highly intelligent animal and is bred to be different from a wolf. A dog is bred to consider humans as natural part of their pack. Bakis are filthy pigs (no offense to pigs). But the phuckers dont mind killing their own kids for evening entertainment, so a dog must have it much more difficult I assume.
Bakshitstan is going to go down like one of those grotesque hollywood movies, where large creatures ravage humanity and when there is nothing left, begin to eat each other up. Countdown to large scale cannibalism in Bakistan has already started due to population bomb.

Such vile specimens these pakis (and islamist scum generally) are -- shoot anything that you think is inferior than you, which is the entire animal kingdom and a large part of humanity. They need to be given the treatment they are willing to dish out to everyone else who is not a "pure muslim". The poor doggies...

^^Saar,
It is not just dogs saar...
Even Houbara bustard, a rare bird species that does an annual migration from as far as Siberia, Mangolia and other Central Asian countries to Pakistan is subjected to the same fate. The paki low lifes let their arap masters massacre them by the 1000s every year.
The photo shows the birds massacred by one small group in one day...Many such groups roam and hunt during the migratory season.
Link in French. But I do remember seeing a similar one in English within the last week... Will post it if I find it.
What a magnificent bird and a fellow cohabitant of mother Earth!
It is absolutely unimaginable that humans (are pakis and their arap masters really human beings?) can go so low for their pleasure...

Ok, you kill them. Religion forces you to do so.
But what is the purpose of this orderly exhibition? Road beautification? Smell enhancement? Disease distribution?
They were obviously brought here -- this is not the normal per km dog density (what would they eat?),unless the dogs were holding their muharram jalsa. Why collect them this way?
Anybody know? Will there be an auction next?

OSAMALAND: Pakistan made it clear to the United States on Thursday it would not accept India as a permanent member of United Nations Security Council (UNSC).Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expressed these reservations while speaking with US President Barack Obama on the phone, the PM House said in a statement. The prime minister said India cannot become a UNSC permanent member due to its non-compliance of all the resolutions passed by UN regarding Kashmir, added the spokesman. The US president called Nawaz in the evening where both the leaders discussed issues of mutual interest and those related to regional stability and peace for over half-an-hour, said the statement. The spokesman said the prime minister made it clear upon the US president that permanent slot for India at the UNSC will not be tolerated at any cost as India has not fulfilled any resolution passed by UN aimed at assuring the right of self determination for the people of Kashmir.During his visit to India last month, Obama had lent his support to India’s bid for UN Security Council’s membership which was seen in Pakistan as contempt of democracy and human rights.
“India is by no means eligible to become a permanent member of UN,” the prime minister was quoted as saying. Nawaz also conveyed Pakistan’s desire to become a member of the Nuclear Suppliers Group.Meanwhile, Obama informed Nawaz about his recent trip to India and also congratulated the prime minister on the success of Operation Kar-De-Azl.During his visit to India, Obama also became the first US president to attend the spectacular military and cultural display in a sign of the nations' growing closeness.

This only makes it more confusing. Why were they laid out a block deep and wide if they were killed all over the place? What purpose did the parade achieve? Are trash bags so expensive or is it haraam to cover dead meat?

Could be a stray dog cull and the people doing the culling need to display a count of the dogs to get paid? Though it is odd that they're laid out like that.

While dogs are being slaughtered in Karachi, Arab fourfather is busy with a slaughter of a different kind:
RIYADH: Saudi Arabia on Thursday beheaded a Pakistani convicted of drug smuggling, bringing to 29 the number of executions in the first six weeks of the year.
Babir Hussein Mohammed Ishaq was found guilty of transporting heroin which he had ingested, the interior ministry said in a statement carried by the official Saudi Press Agency.
His case brings to 29 the number of Saudis and foreigners executed in the kingdom this year, according to an AFP tally.

For one thing I am very impressed by the presentation the birds. Such symmetry and fine balance to achieve the visual effect could only have come from the highly evolved aesthetics of the Pukistanis. I think they allow such large scale hunting sessions to achieve such masterpieces. One bird less in the configuration would bring down the value of the achievement.

So Pakistan is again going to the Interntional Court of Arbitration about the Kishanganga and now about the Ratle dam on the Chenab.
Dunno how new or old this news is, but the thing to note is the change in the language used by Pakistan's vernacular reporters here.
They describe the rivers in Jammu and Kashmir as "Pakistan ki milkiyat" (Pakitan's property) LOL
A cursory look at the sat images shows that the Pakistani dam being built by the chinese on the Neelum R (Kishanganga R downstream) as part of the Neelum-Jhelum is progressing on. The pakistanis have built sluice gates on the dam, after opposing that in Indian dams.
The chinese are still building the tunnels proximal to the dam to link it to the Jhelum.
Tunneling work can be seen on google earth images.
I had posted the plans, dam site locations, tunnel locations, powerhouse locations on the Indus water treaty page, a few yrs ago.
On the Indian site, one can see excavation at the Kishanganga dam site, while India's tunnel is complete. India's project is the Kishenganga-Tulbul navigation project.

tunneling work just north of the Jhelum by the Chinese

Long ago I used to go to a small ethnic grocery store in Stockton, where I would be helped by a young clerk from Afghanistan. He was one day telling me that his young son was going to an American school and getting Amrikan ideas. How come? Well, he says, my son wants a puppy and cries every day for one. I have told him never, I will never allow that. Why, I ask, do you not say it is Napaak in Islam? No, No, he says, not exactly. It is like this: When I read Namaz, I am protected by two Faristas, who ward off the Devil. Now, Faristas being gaseous can not be seen by human eyes, unless they want you to see them. But the dog can see them and bark at them. A house that keeps dogs is shunned by Faristas. So no dogs in our house.
See, there is always a simple explanation to stupidity of Islamic hatred of dogs.
