This match is in our pockets. After looking at the pitch so far, full pozitivity coming to moi onlee.

If we do not lose a wicket in the first 10 overs, we have a sure win. Else it depends on our fall of wickets.

275 is a very challenging score to chase under any circumstances...

I would give india only a 20% chance...that final 5 overs produced 63 runs.

I am predicting a collapse and all out for 215. :(

Zak had to run around fielding a lot and perhaps he isnt as superfit as lee/steyn types...he looked visibly tired in that last spell. Munaf would probably have done better.

TI has conceded the most runs in the batting power play to SL, more than ZW.

MSD really really mismanaged the bowling. He should have bowled ZAK in three spells instead of asking him to bowl five on a trot at the end when the pressure was on. MSD typically rotates the bowling quite well (1-2s) but today he did not. That decision to bring Pranthan on when SL had lost wickets was a disaster. Two overs from ZAK at that point might have gotten India that elusive wicket which could have turned the game. TI really lost it at that point.

Chasing 275 under lights in a WC final is going to be very hard. This is SL's match to lose now. I am now going back to sleep.

274runs - way too many to gwet. Malinga and Murli must be licking thier lips.

thats the shitiest captaincy bowling performance and above commentary I have seen.

Shastri, Gavaskar, Manjrekar and Ganguly are all talking pro Lanka. Russel Arnold is superbly patriotic. Its almost like in India it is a crime to be patriotic.

Sri Lanka's record of sucessfully defending totals against India in the Finals seems safe now..

Very workmanlike innings from SL. No flash. Just steady batting.
Now time to gird our loins (aka Vajroli Mudra) which needs mental strength & concentration.

275 is still gettable if we get a good start and we dont get docked a couple of overs for the pathetic beyond pathetic over rate.

Sheesh zack gave 35 off his last 2 overs. MSD seems to have been hung up on getting zack to bowl 48 and 50. even in the last match we had that problem.

MY friend (a first class umpire) predicted 250-270 after 5 overs. He says ground is small and 58 meters at third man and as per him we will win by 5 wkts.
He accurately predicted the Paki match and said at half time Paks will make 230
