I doubt it. West Bengal is pretty much becoming a Bangladesh. I don't think any pro-India Bengali now have any much say in how West Bengal is being run. Only thing rest of the country should do perhaps is to tighten the borders with West Bengal as well. Extra checks on migrant labour etc. In the case of Kashmir, rest of the country had an advantage. Kashmiris usually did not spread across the country (and act as sleeper cells). That cannot be said of Bangladeshis masquerading as Bengalis.
