there are seasonal variations in veggies that occur every year
prices during festivals rise because demand rises and the sellers gouge you.
the street prices will normalize again soon enough.
swalpa adjust maadi, either buy less or find alternatives.
The govt will/has to control the prices of staples and essentials onlee.
The rest is up to you.

Not just socio-nomics but also growth/manufacturing/export/agriculture. That is the takleef of the BIF.
In a major decision, Central government has decided to reduce Central Excise Duty on Petrol & Diesel by Rs. 5 and Rs. 10 respectively from tomorrow. Accordingly, prices of petrol and diesel will thus come down.
"The reduction in excise duty on diesel will be double that of petrol. The Indian farmers have, through their hard work, kept the economic growth momentum going even during the lockdown phase and the massive reduction in excise on diesel will come as a boost to the farmers during the upcoming Rabi season," stated the government statement.

HP is surprise - what could be the cause?
Haryana loss is ok. BJP+ actually increased its vote share which means that farmers in Haryana are not buying into farmers protest.
Rajasthan is surprise too - thought Congress is not doing well in Rajasthan
WB losses are sad. Shows that people can only take so much risk.

Calvin H Saar,
there is an analysis by Shaun in the previous page about Himachal results.
Coming to rajasthan there seems to be rivalry between Vasundhara Raje and Satish Puniya who is trying to be a CM candidate for the BJP. Pradip Singh of Apka Akhbar youtube channel mentioned this, said Vasundhara raje had not gone out for campaigning during by-elections and neither has Satish Puniya with Raje trying to show her importance and Satish puniya's team trying to pin the blame of a loss on her. Might explain some of the issues in Rajasthan.

if the Modi govt can take on the hans, what stopped them from taking on the jehadis in bengal when they killed the BJP workers, post election.
the violence in beediland is a corollary and continuation of this mumtaz begum's butchery of the Hindus in bengal. The rest of the jehadis have taken note
The image being deliberately projected is that where ever we are and there are also Hindus, we can and will kill them without any repercussions.
if you cannot protect your own karyakartas from violence, rape and murder, then just get out of the election business.
why is this govt is finding it so very difficult to manage chickenshit neighbors like nepal, beedis, and lankans, despite abjectly appeasing them over the years or is that very appeasement which is the root cause of all our problems

Lately in Mumbai, I have started seeing the moon and star flag with a saffron background instead of the usual green. Had never seen this before. Anyone know what this is meant to denote or why now?
Also started to see thee ISIS style flag with the sword, but on green background. Dont know if it says the same thing as the ISIS one though

Turkey flag is red. This is a proper bhagwa saffron background. Secondly, why now?

it is undoubtedly the jehadi flag and at the same time it also has plausible deniability
everyone knows what it is and what it represents but it cannot be proved or even form the basis of a polis complaint

NOT "lately" definitely. been seeing those since yrs now, and have wondered why THAT colour. best guess - same intention as is behind sadakchhaap namaaz; ie, to assert 'dominance'. am 100% sure if someone were to ask a mango abdul about it, pat will come reply - "ye desh hamaara bhi hai; humein isse mohabbat hai. sabhi ka khoon mila hai is mitti mein..." (this country belongs to us too; we love this country. everybody's blood is mixed in the soil of this land...) and all that typical abdool-waala-bull.
they have similar flags even on the Mumba devi hill at Mumbra [at some height below the temple, and at a distance...guess there is some haraam (as per 'pure' himslam) mazaar there as well].
dont know about the isisiya flag though. however have noticed a new symbol 'adorning' the backs of esp. autorickshaws - some arabic alphabet followed by 'bhai' written beside it. plus, the trend of bikes of muslims with flags on them esp. around muzzlim 'festivals'.

Let's hope he makes it ! There is a very strong anti TRS sentiment now, but they will start with voter lists asap now and hope to match fix before elections. Followed by free flow of alcohol, biryani, ridiculous sops and bundles of notes during election time can change all that.

Ya maybe they won't use violence and instead go about the more sophisticated way of identifying them early on and "persuading" them to not vote. The way MIM does to Hindus in old city - they dont threaten them, apparently they just meet them one fine day and tell them they know all details of every member of household, their age and what they do, and wish they remain safe.
The other trick must be silent demographic change. Looks like Owaisi bhai has settled a large# of Rohingyas just in Hyderabad and several adjoining towns. Its nebulous until a Bhainsa-like episode happens.
Then they must be counting on lack of BJP's reach in traditional rural areas of southern & eastern TG.

True, these days every festival we see these chhapri types on their bikes with huge flags going from one masjid to the other, decked with the usual green headbands etc.
The number of people of going to a dargah or mazar has come down as the peacefuls grow more Wahabbi. 25 years ago seeing anyone in full face burqah was rare now this is very common.
The entire tyre puncture, car wash , bike repair and scrap business is now fully dominated by peacefulls.

Hyderabad city continues to attract IT & IT ES services as an alternative to Blore and Chennai. The resulting real estate boom plus significant NRI inflows means there is growing prosperity without the TS Govt needing to do much. So change of ruling party on development & governance plank won't be easy. The CM KCR has done a massive renovation of Yadagiri Narasimha Swamy temple, will be inaugurated next March just in time for the election to offset his pro Owaisi image. TRS already has a corrupt and promising anything and everything but not delivering image ans people are kind of used to it. Defeating them won't be easy.

Meanwhile auntie Beeb in association with resident Gungadins like Vikas Pandey continue their agenda of blaming Hindus
Luckily, the ideology of the woke is hiding in plain sight: they have left a 60-year paper trail of books, articles, and speeches. Conservatives must do the homework to understand the ideology, rather than simply continue tilting at the tabloids.
2. Don’t win the debate, win the fight.
Many political writers and activists spend an immense amount of time “debating the issues,” imagining that politics functions like a college debating society.
To be effective, one should spend more time conceptualizing political goals and devising a straight-line strategy for achieving them. To be effective, one should spend more time conceptualizing political goals and devising a straight-line strategy for achieving them.
3. Tell stories to move people.
“In Cupertino, California, teachers forced 8-year-olds to deconstruct their racial and sexual identities, then rank themselves according to a hierarchy of oppression.” This formulation connects emotionally, which is the essential precondition for action.
4. Don’t complain about hypocrisy, change incentives.
political and intellectual leaders who can engage in hypocrisy without consequence are in a position of greater power. The solution, therefore, is not to merely expose the hypocrisy, but to devise a strategy to undermine that deeper power and change the incentives
5. Make bad actors pay a price.
For example, earlier this year, the boisterous social media activist Karlyn Borysenko exposed Coca-Cola’s diversity training program, which encouraged employees to “be less white.” This led to a round of intense negative media for Coca-Cola and, according to some reports, contributed to the resignation of the company’s chief counsel and decision to pause its “diversity” program.
6. Attack, attack, attack.
The ambition of a reporting series or activist initiative should not be to establish a simple narrative, but to create the skeleton of a broader “meta-narrative” that can be fleshed out with each new story, which gives it life.

Friends,
Do you have any idea why this "Kisan Andolan" has suddenly fizzled out?
Read On....
It is a common knowledge, that all along, this Andolan has been funded by people who are opposed to india's growing clout internationally!
This was funded mainly by Overseas Indians and Pakistani-minded Khalistanis!
Two prominent scoundrels being Darshal Pal Singh Dhaliwal from the US, and Amrik Pal Singh from Spain!
It is said that the business turnover of Darshan Pal is higher than the state budget of the Punjab!
He owns more than 100 Gas Stations in the US!
DPS landed in Delhi directly from Chicago on 24/25th October! He was interrogated at the airport and was SENT BACK by the same flight! He is a PIO, meaning holds permanent Visa for India visit! But now this stands cancelled! He cannot come to india in future!
The same is the case with Amrik. He landed at Delhi on 21/22 October, and his Visa was cancelled too, and he too was promptly sent back!
All funding for the Andolan completely dried up, immediately!
Now, Langar was gone - cool! No more cashews, pistas, dry fruits, pizzas, massage parlour equipment!
Not only the overseas fund raisers, but even the overseas students, who were involved in anti-India activities, their Visas are also cancelled!
This is done very very meticulously, and very effectively by the Immigration Officials and, the Customs!
These actions can also stand scrutiny legally!
No one had imagined these steps could be taken so quickly!
The Administration needs guts to do this, and once again this Govt. has shown it has no dearth of it! Our collective compliments to the resolute NaMo Govt.!
We are confident, the same way the, Govt will go after the Narcotics & Drug Lobby, soon!
Any truth to this?

The immediate provocation to all this visa/oci cancellation was the khalistani referendum in lund-on.
India should also hold a referendum for the freedom of the baluchis, sindhis, pashtoons and hazaras

and WTF is wrong with the Hindus, do we have a death wish for our children
is this who we are or even want to be
One now knows why such scum are flung off rooftops by izl@mi$tS and jehadis
why is he so hating of India and the Hindus, after all, if there is any culture worldwide that is, over the millennia, traditionally and culturally accepting of queers, it is only the Sanatana dharma. The desert cults, given the slightest of chances, would have skewered him for sure by now
Ignore the cross-dressing aspect and just focus on the words.
Only point of interest here is that @ncert paid this hateful and venomous woke dimwit good taxpayer money to create educational content for teachers & children.
What's wrong with @EduMinOfIndia?
which woke, commie sphincter in the @ncert commissioned, paid for, and accepted the educational content that this evil scum birthed out of his well worn re(tum
After the huge public outrage and outcry, the objectionable woke content has "disappeared" from the @ncert website. No explanation has been forthcoming so far as these @ncert babooze are a law unto themselves and are not accountable to anyone
But anyway, what Yuri Bezmenov had said, is happening right now more openly. Unless BJP really goes ahead and changes everything about what is taught to our children, we would end up destroying ourselves. It would need 20 years to reverse the previous brainwashing. So BJP should have started in 2014. Yet, I see no plan in sight to transform the next generation and reverse the brain wash.

This time around, there seems to have been an organic, though uncoordinated pushback against the cracker ban and many who usually do not burst firecrackers have done now so with a vengeance. hizzoners have been quietly put on notice by the very din of the firecrackers and the determined insistence of the aam jantha to safeguard their culture and heritage
This "civil disobedience" doesn't look like it is being led by any political party but most parties are refraining from commenting on it.
In spite of the liberandus, desert cults, and wokes trying to shame our Hindu festivals and deride the allegedly superstitious practices, it is solely and unmistakably to the resounding credit to the Hindu festival season that a 10 year record achievement of Rs 1,25,000 crores of retail sales during this Diwali has been accomplished thus adding a massive economic stimulus.
let us see, if, in the days to come, there is any woke blow back from the "pillars of our democracy"
BTW, which other festivals from elsewhere are able to generate so much business
