Like the Nashik TCS case, here's the Hyderabad Corporate Jihad for you. A company named VXI is allegedly becoming a hub of Jihad activities. Here's how:
1. The HR department only hires Muslim employees, even those with just intermediate certificates. From the manager level to common employees, almost everyone is Muslim.
2. The cab service the company provides has only Muslim vendors. Out of 10 vendors, 6-7 are Muslims, and they reportedly target women softly.
3. Almost every Muslim employee in the company has a Hindu girlfriend. There are Muslim women in the company as well, but no one touches them, they only go after Hindu girls.
4. A Muslim employee trapped a girl named Bhavika, lured her into a court marriage, and made her sever ties with her family.

As long as Hindu girls remain clueless about love Jihad and see no problem in having Muslims for boyfriends, it is a lost cause for Hindus. The only alternative, if Hindus have to save the race, is to bring back social restrictions on their daughters (just like used to happen till only a couple of decades ago). Those restrictions were put for a reason from Mughal times. Currently, parents of Hindu girls are bitten by secularitis and "everyone is same onlee" and "we don't believe in religion" -- their eyes cross when the neighborhood momin elopes with their daughter.
Employing only Muslim males and Hindu females -- till all men are Muslims and all women are Hindus in a company -- is a common tactic of Muslim-owned businesses. It is a strategy to give more quality time of Hindu women with Muslim men. Soon you will find that all Muslims in the company are having affairs with Hindu girls. The Nashik #TCS Jihad Case: You know how the women were groomed?
One of the victim's family members told me how this woman was slowly manipulated into following Islamic practices. How?
1. This once modern girl, who used to wear jeans and short clothes, started wearing full-sleeve salwar suits.
2. The face cover she used to protect herself from the sun began to be tied like a hijab.
3. During the 40-day Ramadan period, she would tell her family that she would have lunch at the office and would come home only to lock herself in her room. She would then eat at a specific time.
4. She stopped going to the temple, stopped putting a tilak on her forehead, and started using words like "InshaAllah".
5. She goes to the prayer room in the office and allegedly offers Namaz a number of times a day.
6. Offering namaz would get her a raise and not the pooja. Also, she was asked to stop wearing lipstick and follow Islamic practices.
Later, it came out that she was being manipulated by Tousif Attar, Danish Sheikh, and Nida Khan in the office. When confronted, she said Danish loved her blindly and that she would do anything for him.
It was only after her family showed her pictures with other women that she broke down and complained. Otherwise, she was even okay with converting to Islam. Even after knowing about the marriage of Danish, she was ok with it.
She had come to believe that the Shivling was a genital, that Kanha (Krishna) was a womaniser, and that Draupadi was a woman of loose character. Such shallow knowledge of our own religion makes our daughters vulnerable to this propaganda. The strong conviction about Jannat and Jahannum is another such factor.
Anyway, the TCS case has triggered so much outrage only because it happened in a big city, in a big corporate office, a place where no one had imagined it could occur.
It’s not always the illiterate people who fall for Jihad; it’s the so-called educated elites as well.

1. Wipro office in Kolkata Salt Lake, where there have been cases of Love Jihad and the office was the first to allow a namaz break.
2. Amazon Customer Service office, where greetings are taking place in “Assalamu Walaikum”.
3. Manipulation and pressure against Hindu employees, including denial of leaves while Muslims are granted them.
4. A friend of mine told me about this story an employee told him working at an IT firm in Hyderabad: In the month of Ramadan, they would ask Hindus to keep roza as its good for health. They would wash foot in wash basin, offer namaz wherever they want and things like this. Among the perpetrators were Muslims from Kashmir as well.

That’s how things start. First it’s for fun, then it attracts you because you feel left out, and then it becomes a mandate. Ultimately, it gets into your head with constant manipulation. So beware, and share more stories if you have any in the comments.
I said this in an X space yesterday and here is my argument.
There are bunch of similarities between the UK grooming gang scandal ( Rotherham or Rochdale) and Nashik TCS BPO scandal as striking parallels emerge in the mechanics of exploitation.
Systematic targeting of the vulnerable:
The UK context: Grooming gangs specifically targeted girls from troubled backgrounds, those in local authority care, or families with limited social capital.
The Nashik case: The SIT report highlights that the team leaders and managers targeted women from economically weaker sections. These employees often lacked the corporate confidence to report harassment and were heavily dependent on their monthly paychecks for family survival.
Use of institutional blindness:
The UK context: A key failure in the UK was the culture of silence among police and social workers who feared being labelled racist or simply viewed the victims as making bad lifestyle choices.
The Nashik case: There are similar allegations of institutional negligence. The arrest of the HR Head is pivotal here; victims allege that when they reported the harassment, they were told it was normal MNC culture or were outright ignored, effectively trapping them within the predatory system.
Coercion through power imbalance:
UK: Predators used gifts, drugs, or protection to create a debt that was later repaid through sexual services.
Nashik: The debt here was the job itself. Managers allegedly used their power over performance appraisals and employment status to enforce compliance with both sexual demands and religious rituals (like forcing the consumption of beef or performance of namaz).
Grooming vs corporate indoctrination:
The SIT has noted that the process was not immediate. It involved a gradual grooming phase where new recruits were isolated from colleagues who didn't fit the group’s ideology. Constant derogatory remarks about their own background or religion were used to break down their self-esteem. Once the victim was sufficiently mentally exhausted or fearful of losing their livelihood, the extreme exploitation (sexual and religious) began.
A well-oiled racket is at the centre of both criminal acts. In the UK, the state failed; in Nashik, the corporation failed. Be alert. We cannot afford to look away, again.
Among the nine victims who came forward, one is a male victim. We accessed his testimony via

Between 2022 and 2026, Danish, Tausif, Raza, and Shahrukh attempted to convert him. They made him recite the kalma and offer prayers after force-feeding him meat. They abused Hindu gods. This is what they said:
1. The victim would wear a mala, and hence they would talk about religion, asking questions like: “Have you seen God? There is nothing called God in your religion. There is only one God and that is Allah!”
2. They told him Shiv Tandav is a lie. “Was Mahadev a slave of our Muslim religion? Is Mahadev the only God? If Parvati created Ganpati, why didn’t Shiva know about him? How is Ganesh really the son of Mahadev?”
3. They also questioned: “How can someone whose face is visible be Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj?”
4. Once, Tausif questioned: “How can Shankara’s son have an elephant head? How could Hanuman be born? And how did Shankara’s essence go into Anjani’s womb?” They would speak badly about Hindu Dharma while praising their own.
5. He said they made obscene remarks about women, saying, “This seal has been broken; which one do you like? You should please her.”
6. They would discuss his personal and family problems with him to get close and even gave him advice related to black magic. In 2023, during Eid (Ramadan), Tausif took him to his house against his will. There, he made him wear a skull cap, offer namaz, and recite the kalma.
7. When his father suffered a paralytic attack, Tausif and the others told him that only Allah could save him and that no pooja would help.
8. Since he had no child, they would comment on his wife and question why he didn’t have a child.

OpIndia is reporting from the ground in West Bengal. In the heart of Kolkata, Muslim TMC workers/supporters threatened BJP supporters for chanting Jai Shri Ram. The Hindu voter says he was attacked with sticks by the Muslims. Our reporter was also gheraod.
Since the Nashik case broke out, similar cases from corporate giants across Bharat have flooded social media. Here, I have compiled them. The allegations include:

3. The same company has many interfaith couples, with almost every Muslim having a Hindu girlfriend.

8. A finance employee from Mumbai claimed that top managers are from the Muslim community and they leave the office early throughout Ramzan, but if a Hindu employee asks to leave early on Navratri, it is not permitted.
9. The manager as well as HR is Muslim, so they hire and promote only Muslims. This person has been working for seven years in the same designation.
10. One testimony from Tech Mahindra claims that more than 60% of the employees are Muslims and they have Hindu girlfriends.
11. The HR is one Gulam Ghous, and he hires Muslims only. The person said he feels like he is working in mini Pakistan.
12. One post from Pune Cognizant claimed that the manager is Muslim and Muslim employees get WFH options and promotions easily.
13. One from L&T claims that Muslims are allowed four-hour prayer breaks on Fridays.
14. In a teleperformance company in Thane, the hiring manager is Muslim and keeps rejecting Hindus.
15. In TCI, a Muslim man with bare minimum knowledge was hired because the interviewing authority was an Islamist.
16. Tech Mahindra has the same situation in Mumbai.
17. Flipkart Mumbai is doing the same.
18. TVS Hyderabad has the same complaints.
19. Office greetings begin with “Assalamualaikum” and chats include references to Allah in a office.
These people using scholarships and reservations are reaching to such places only to do JIHAD!

If Hindu A gifts his land to Hindu B then Hindu B needs to register it and to pay stamp duty to govt (Section 123, TP Act)
But if Muslim A gifts his land to Muslim B then Muslim B doesn’t need to register it or pay stamp duty to the govt (Section 129, TP Act based on Sharia law Hiba)
When a petitioner approached the Supreme Court for this then the court asked him to approach the Central govt to amend this

In November 2025, this girl Shruti (name changed) joined the Nashik office. She had recently got married, and her husband lives in Pune. Knowing this, Shahrukh, Asif, and Raza Memon began targeting her. Here's how:
1. During her training period, Raza, who had no role in her training would come and ask where her husband was, if she was worried, and how she was managing everything alone.
2. Raza asked, “It’s just been a month since you got married. Where did you go for your honeymoon? What did you do there?”
3. Shahrukh asked if it was an arranged marriage or a love marriage. Raza said, “If you are not happy with your husband, tell us. We will tell you what to do and how to do it.”
4. They would say, “You must have had many boyfriends. How did you manage to leave them?” They began calling her a “player” and would refer to her with this word in the office.
5. They would ask why her husband was not coming and how he could leave her so soon after marriage. They said if it were them, they would have never left her.
6. Asif would come and sit next to her. He would touch her things and her shoulders. Once he touched her stomach and said, “You have zero figure.”
7. He also hugged her once in the office. She pushed him away.
8. Asif would ask her what size she was wearing inside, if she would do it with someone else, whether she would do it with him, and how she liked him, etc.
9. He would say, “I am better than your husband. Come out with me, no one will ever know about it.”
10. He would say, “If you did not have a boyfriend before marriage, have one now. What’s the problem? If you have any physical needs, I will fulfill them.”
11. He would sit next to her, put his hand on her thighs, and say, “Just like you cook food for your husband, cook for me.”
12. On Diwali, he asked her to wear a saree as he wanted to see her in one. One day when she wore a saree, he came and said the design of her blouse was very good and that if the lace was removed, the show would be visible.
13. He said, “Hindu girls get raped because they don’t wear hijab.”
14. Tousif, on the other hand, would ask her every day, “What size of oranges have you brought?” While teaching her the dialer job, he would touch her by coming very close. One day he put his cheek on hers, and when she resisted, he said, “Don’t you want me to go ahead? Don’t you like my teachings?”
15. Asif once said, “Your husband married you because you are so beautiful. Now I will also see what’s beautiful in you,” came closer.
