What happened to Kangana is his wet dream.
Listen to what Sanjay Raut has said.
More than this stupid action. I am worried about what it has revealed about some of our public personalities.
PS not every thing, that happens in India is a result of actions from abroad. India itself has several interconnected ecosystems that are self destructive and are trying to take every one arround themselves with them. They don't need any outside support for their activities.

The US is playing stupid games. It's going to win stupid prices.
The guilt of India has already been pre determined by the Americans in this case. Evidence is not required.
True, but this pretty much sums up the farce known as the US justice system. After the sham trials and charges against Trump and various people who worked in his administration, many legal / political observers ( e.g. law professors Allan Dershowitz and Jonathan Turley) are now openly stating that the US has reached banana-republic status.
The outcome of this trial is pretty much a foregone conclusion. Gupta will be found guilty on all charges. We can confidently assert that even though we don't know, at this time, what the charges will be.
For that matter, if (hypothetically) people like Edward Snowden or Julian Assange were ever tried in a US court, there would be a 0 (ZERO) percent chance of them ever getting a fair trial, let alone an acquittal.

I don't quit understand your post. However, I am against physical confrontation/ assault against political personalities.
Primarily because in a democracy it's a market place of ideas. Idea's can only be defeated by a conversation. Physical assault shows that you don't have any confidence in the strength of your own ideas to defeat your opposition.
Rahul Gandhi, is dangerous precisely because, his language and actions are charging his supporters to eliminate Modi.

Would this same ecosystem, lets say support an offender that slapped sonia? Then they will suddenly remember law and order and have an entirely opposite view.

I think that is India's way of flipping the bird to Xi.
The White House announced a plan to offer relief to thousands of immigrants living in the US, allowing spouses of US citizens without legal status to apply for permanent residency and citizenship.
"This change in policy from will end family separation while strengthening our communities and our economy."
(This is good for many Indians, when spouses apply for a Green Card, they can’t be in the U.S., meaning they leave their families, their jobs, and their lives behind, sometimes for three or four years.)

How so? I don't think it applies to them. If the spouses are working, they are here on H1B or something like that. They have a legal status.

Mr Gupta, 52, walked into the Manhattan federal courtroom shortly after 12:30 EDT (17:30 BST) on Monday wearing a blue sweater and black Nike sweatpants, holding his hands behind his back.
After waiving the reading of his indictment, Mr Gupta was asked by Judge James Cott to enter his plea. “Not guilty,” his lawyer, Jeff Chabrowe, said on his behalf.
Prosecutors asked that Mr Gupta be held in a detention centre until his trial.
Mr Gupta’s lawyer said they would file a bail application at a later date, meaning Mr Gupta will be detained for now.
His lawyer also complained to the judge during the 20-minute arraignment about the conditions of Mr Gupta's detention. He had not been provided a vegetarian meal since he arrived at a Brooklyn detention facility on Friday, the lawyer said.
“Essentially, my client has not been able to eat,” he said.
He would also need to be allowed to pray, Mr Chabrowe said.
Judge Cott said Mr Chabrowe should speak to him again on Tuesday if those issues had not been resolved.
Added: Gupta was detained on consent without prejudice. Bing CoPilot says: "“Detention on consent without prejudice” refers to a legal situation where an individual agrees to be detained or held by authorities without waiving any of their legal rights. The term “without prejudice” means that the individual’s rights are preserved, and they can challenge the detention later without any negative impact on their case. Essentially, it allows for detention without admitting guilt or compromising legal defenses."

This applies, i believe, as quoted in the post:
US, allowing spouses of US citizenswithout legal status to apply for permanent residency and citizenship.
(At present this could take, as story said in some cases, many years and they have to apply for it outside the US)

This could evolve into the Russian oil like situation. We buy it from Russia and sell it to the US/West. Minerals could be like that too if the sanctions continue on Russia or Russis refuses to sell to the west.

https://archive.is/XDfbo India Could Help the U.S. to Tech Victory Over China
A promising partnership with a country that has a massive market and an impressive pool of talent.
Yet Washington sees value in strengthening bilateral cooperation. In a phone interview, Sameer Lalwani, a scholar at the U.S. Institute of Peace, outlined three broad reasons. First, if the U.S. aligns its tech standards with India, it will become harder for Chinese companies to break into the Indian market and the so-called global south more broadly.
Second, the U.S. seeks to harness Indian tech talent. For decades, many of India’s best scientists have made a beeline for the U.S. But several factors make India’s domestic ecosystem worth engaging with as well, including the country's vast pool of engineers, homegrown success in space exploration and digital infrastructure for electronic payments, and a burgeoning tech startup scene.
Third, the U.S. believes that technology collaboration will boost Indian military capabilities and deepen trust necessary for military cooperation in the Indo-Pacific. GE Aerospace and India’s Hindustan Aeronautics are negotiating to co-produce fighter jet engines that will enable India to deter Chinese border incursions. American MQ-9 drones in India’s arsenal could easily mesh with U.S. tracking of Chinese naval vessels in the Indian Ocean. Carnegie’s Mr. Chaudhuri says that using India as a manufacturing base for military equipment could enable the U.S. to export arms more cheaply to parts of Asia and Africa.

I don't think so. This is basically to allow US citizens to regularize their illegal alien spouses who have been living in the US illegally/undocumented for more than 10 years.
I don't know for sure the details of what that constituency looks like, but I am guessing most will be from Mexico or other latin american countries. I assume this is targeted at attracting more of the Latino vote.
It's not for people waiting to enter the US through a legal route.

The bolded part above is opinion, not based on facts and utter non-sense.
The facts are:
1. The spouse must be an undocumented/illegal immigrant married to a US citizen for 10 years or more
2. The current rule requires them to go to their country of origin and re-apply. This has been relaxed for undocumented/illegal immigrants married to US citizen for 10 years or more. They do not have to go to their country of origin.
It is estimated that the above change will help @500k illegal immigrants. Mostly from Mexico.
Most Indians applying for GC are on H4B. They are already *legal* immigrants.
Further: There is a one-more-thing. The change also gives the so-called "dreamers", the illegal immigrants who came in as child and graduated from STEM fields from US universities/colleges and have a job offer can get H1B visa without going to their country of origin.
The above "dreamers" are mostly latinos and they will undercut the work visas of other legal immigrants. And this opens the door for more illegal immigration of children (and subsequent sexual exploitation of underage)
Please be not so rosy eyed. Both the above change in rules and the 2012 Obama DACA (a.ka "dreamer") is a cynical ploy to exploit immigration for vote-bank politics.
Imagine Pappu doing something for Bangladeshis. And the canard that it helps Indians is also just that. A canard. Most of the Indians in US entered legally, by working hard. So giving a free pass to illegals is actually discriminating against legal immigrants. Mostly Indians.

According to Shruti Kapila. Sadanand Dhume had worked on BJPs 2014 election campaign.
As a strategic-level terrorism analyst, I read vast amounts of intelligence from tens of thousands of sources. At United States Central Command, I led teams of analysts who were experts on hundreds of insurgent groups, each with its own ideological nuances, modi operandi, leadership, structures, and style.
With all that experience, my mental warning lights have been blinking red recently: There is increasing reason to believe that there could be a terrorist attack on the United States in the months ahead.
This is an unpleasant subject—no one wants to think about sudden violent acts of death and destruction and the chaos they can unleash.
It is also an inherently uncertain subject—it requires studying the conditions for an attack and making judgments based on incomplete information.
If someone thinks that US Congressional delegation just winged its way to Dharamshala without Delhi being in the loop...
(And all those US senators which were writing to the state department and White House to bring Nijjar case their high priority..)
From Indian PM:
Had a very good exchange of views with friends from the US Congress in a delegation led by
@RepMcCaul, Chairman of @HouseForeignGOP
. Deeply value the strong bipartisan support in advancing India- US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership.
This would be obviously "very good" for Indians seeking permanent residence through professional/employment route....or maybe not (see below).
I doubt his capability to deliver. This will require legislation since the state department still controls the "quotas". This problem has remained unsolved despite years of various bills trying to break the "quota" system.
Or maybe this is a typical Trump promise that doesn't really accomplish anything: he may make it simpler to clear the first hurdle through homeland security/USCIS (i.e., I-140 approved and join the PR queue). But it will not make any difference since the second hurdle will take years or decades. It may even make the wait longer since more people will be joining the state department queue due to faster USCIS processing. That would actually be good for Bharat, since people will be coming back to join the workforce.
IMO this is targeted at getting donations from Indians and some swing votes. With the poll predictions showing very tight margins between Bhaidanwa and Trump, Indians can become a key vote in the 6-7 swing states. E.g. in GA, if the contest becomes tight then Indians will be a swing voting group. Indians are already a key swing vote in many of the north Atlanta districts and we have successfully got Republican candidates elected for the state legislature.

Perhaps due to the position of the moon ? The earth moves about 5000 km away from the barycenter so this time the barycenter is closer to sun by 5000km exactly during Solstice. Moon being on the far side of earth
