Only if they defy the whip and vote against the party line in the House. Until then, they cannot be disqualified. But I agree that the PAAPI show must go on.

What is the minimum time interval between two confidence votes? I think if a government survives a confidence it cannot be asked to take up another confidence vote for six months or something like that? Or can the governor demand another confidence vote if he is satisfied that the government has lost majority?

There is a 6-month period for a confidence and no-confidence motion. But if any bill that fails to get passed in house, then the govt deemed collapsed. If Cong cannot support any legislative bill citing a reason, AK' govt will collapse. There is a vote-on account bill in Feb that must be passed by assembly.

Resentment in AAP against high profile activists joining party and getting ticket straight way. Acc to Tina Sharma LS candidates from Delhi are decided (Ashish , Gopal Rai, Ashutosh, Shazia Ilmi, Dilip) , unnecessarily candidates being asked to fill forms for LS candidate.
