They have GPS / differential GPS guidance down to a couple of meters resolution I am sure: they usually hit (and true in this case) in darkness against places that have a wartime blackout in force, don't they? What optical camera works in that?

Yes, they may have an optical camera for stunts like going down city streets etc. But you certainly cannot depend on that because of the above.

Besides, do u think a smokescreen would have saved Baghdad in 1991? That part of the article is pure Berkeley-Stanford, as is (probably) any account of what went on in the Situation Room. And, by extension, the juxtaposition of the ISIS netas' jirga who just happened to be sitting on tops of barrels of chlorine, so that 92 civilians died around them. All too convenient.

And.. note that they omitted the fact that the "retaliatory raid" did hit this one building where the SAA had been developing counter-ATGM measures, that are what won 70% of the ground war.

Yes I am aware of the GPS thing if they use GPS guidance then nothing can stop it short of some distortion in GPS.

I was mearly pointing to the fact the DSCM mechanism relies on optical guidance and Tomahawk have a high failure rate even during GW , Even during Syrian Air field attack only 23 out of 59 Tomahawk missiles could reach but this can be debatable depending on who you ask

US, EU Will Try to Get Away With Bombing Syria Over False Evidence - Russian MoD

https://sputniknews.com/world/201902151 ... al-attack/
"Over the past few years, the Russian Defence Ministry has repeatedly stressed that sooner or later, the truth about these fabrications of Western countries would make its way to the light. And many current high-level policymakers in the United States and Europe, who then called for the 'protection of peaceful Syrians from the regime's terrible chemical attacks' and authorised missile and air strikes on Syria, will try to 'forget' this issue to avoid moral, political and criminal responsibility", Konashenkov said in a statement.

Speaking about the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), he said that granting a mandate to attribute responsibility for chemical weapons attacks in Syria to the OPCW allows western states to attack any country undesirable for them on the basis of fabricated evidence.

"This particularly concerns the vote, pushed through in June 2018 by the manipulations of Washington, London and other Western capitals, on granting the so-called attribution, meaning ‘prosecution,' functions to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). Due to this decision, on the basis of deceitful videos of another nursed ‘White Helmets' about chemical attacks threat, western capitals will be able to carry out missile strikes against any state undesirable for them without any authorization by the UN Security Council — meaning, depending on their mood," Konashenkov pointed out.

These Chutiyas Russian beleieve that EU or US will care if the evidence proves that White Helmet staged chemical attack even if now BBC Producer says so.

This is a War either you fight it out or just Chicken out. No one frekin care about any evidence truth or other wise

and likely these White Helmet are part of West/Saudi intel organisation , The fact they only operate at places under terrorist control is good enough evidence
