International election and Democratic Changes watch thread.

We have seen how the elections and democratic political changes all around the world affect all of us. With Brixit, Trump win, earlier results in Turkey and even Japan resulted in serious changes to status quo in almost every aspect. Election of Putin long back and our 2014 elections are also game changes in many aspects. Further, how the Ukrainian government was toppled with EU help, various colour revolutions in ME and erstwhile USSR republics also shown that nations fate can be changed by "democratic means". Now we have France going to elections and there is a Bid to get rid of Markel in Germany.
All there developments needed to be discussed. While they are being discussed, it is all in other threads spread out on various issues. There is also a wave of anti-establishment sweeping all over the world in almost every elections which may change the face of the earth for better or worse. We may have to see how is it happening. Hence, this thread.
