Now that there is no hope that he'll ever get back into RS (forget the original aspiration of getting into cabinet), he's asking to be expelled, so he can get some sympathetic opposition party to give him an RS seat. To their credit, NaMo and Amit Shah have completely ignored him, including his personal attacks, and that's possibly the best way to handle him.
