Looks like sub-junior-Chandrachud (who is no doubt being groomed as the CJI a decade or two from now), is busy arguing in Karnataka High Court that "defaming Hindutva is not the same as defaming Hinduism"

Its 1 step away from the SC's upcoming argument: "murdering a politically active Hindu is not the same as murdering a Hindu who hides his religion at home"

India scripts history. At a time when 1.3 billion Indians are marking Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a daughter of India hailing from a tribal community born in a remote part of eastern India has been elected our President!
Congratulations to Smt. Droupadi Murmu Ji on this feat.
Don't underestimate the symbolic value of Murumuji's election.

This may be the time to activate VHP/Bajrang to do ghar-wapsi of entire converted population back into dharma

Okay. So Srinivasan Jain is standing as surety for Zubair and the photo seems to be that of the said S. Jain. In that case, there should be the bail application furnished by Zubair himself which will also have his photograph affixed. In that way his identity can be known.

You severely underestimate the powers of desert cults to blame all their misery to the heathens.
That has been their secret sauce of thousands of years, not only is their God some external entity; all their misery is also blamed on heathens who plot against their god.

BJP's mounting troubles in Madhya Pradesh and its inability to make firm decisions in Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.

The video pretty much says what some of us have been saying here for a while. Many in BJP from municipal level to chief minister level are counting on Modi to win them votes. BJP's losses in the recent municipal elections in MP should be a wake up call and perhaps an indicator of which way the elections will go in 2023. BJP has not yet decided who should replace Shivraj Singh Chouhan who is in his fourth term and beginning to face anti-incumbency , the party infact lost in 2018 and was only able to wrest back power thanks to a jaded Jyotiraditya Scindia. Similarly in Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, 2 yrs after losing elections BJP is still not clear on replacement for Raman Singh and the sulking Vasundra Raje. The party has no strategy, no head and no direction on countering Bhupesh Bagel or even the hapless, incompetent, corrupt Gehlot. If changes are not made soon then the party is in for a repeat of 2018 trouncing where it lost 5 states and over 160 seats in total.

Why is SSC still MP CM? He should have been moved to BJP/NDA @ Nai Dilli years back. Like in 2nd half of 2014. That way BJP/NDA govt gets a very experienced & talented former CM and MP BJP @ Bhopal gets some fresh blood into government. Prepare the next in line for succession. Surely there will be ambitious leaders waiting to prove their mettle, no?

Congress and Gandhi family is a spent force, a titular head of the six headed Hydra called the BIF. If the BIF can't achieve their goals politically, they will achieve them via Judicial routes, if not Judicial routes, then activism, if not activism, then through direct or indirect meddling by foreign powers. You don't fight this hydra alone, you fight this six headed rakshasa by creating your own seven headed challenger. Unfortunately, this government has shown neither the spine nor the inclination to create a parallel ecosystem.

As far as spine is concerned, I think a majority Congress government would have behaved very differently to such blatant meddling by the judiciary or to thousands of their workers being killed/raped/chased out of a state. Supporting a political party is okay but we should desist from hero-worshipping.

Interesting! The same two judges Chandrachud & Suryakant wanted more security for Tripura polls, but denied security for West Bengal polls. This despite horrific violence during the 2021 West Bengal assembly elections. Notice a pattern here?

Not in 2014 but definitely after 2018 as BJP lost the elections after ruling the state for 15 yrs and it was clearly on anti-incumbency. In the video i posted above of "Apka Akhbar" channel, Pradeep Singh mentions this point. He says that SSC was forced to become the CM again in 2020 because of factionalism and BJP's inability to find a new leader who could take the torch from SSC and continue to run, similar to Chhattisgarh situation after Raman Singh or Rajasthan after Vasundhara.

Speaking of MP, i knew one of the Khargone wards BJP lost in the recently municipal elections was to a AIMIM candidate, this is AIMIM's first victory in the state in any election. What i did not know is the name of the winning AIMIM candidate is one Aruna Upadhyay ! This is the same Khargone were hindus were brutally attacked and their businesses and property burned by shantidoots during Ram Navami last month. Power is one hell of a drug !

Wrong assessment due to misperception. Unless you can muster 2/3 majority and change the laws need to endure the over reach.
Same raita wing works to sabotage the majority.
Few problems with Judiciary
1) Collegium self appointing method not in Constitution
2) Extreme nepotism about 500 families in all courts

I think this is the real truth. That's why the scums from Foreign NGO funders/NDTV/media scums and the SC all were so worried.

While he was in jail, they deleted some tweets. The Govt. can catch them and file tampering with evidence if they want to.

I disagree. Minister Rijju is stating facts. These two statements will be widely reported and public, hopefully, will give the required majority to a govt. that is going to abolish The Collegium. Dissatisfaction has to build up just like back in 1930-40 against the brutish courts (which were hailed to be very just by none other than Mahatma Gandhi himself).

This. On top of that, he also stated the resolution and they have abrogated powers for themselves. Nothing can be done till such time that the legislature gets the required majority to reign these folks in.

Serious question. In the collegium by which judges are appointed in India, is there a system of caste-based reservation? If not, why not? It is the law of the land in every other government institution, from govt-funded schools & universities to govt hospitals & PSUs to all the civil services.

It seems for everything, the set reply of the Government is 'give us more seats, we can't do anything onlee'. Some people are missing the ground slipping from under our feet and those of us who are watching this happen are being called 'raita wing'.

https://www.indiatoday.in/india/story/s ... 2022-07-21

Blatant appeasement and never ending hunger for votes has assured Jehadis that they can get away with anything with no repercussions. These provocations will only increase and if Hindus as much as speak about it, they will be arrested to ensure 'peace and communal harmony' or worse, killed off by Jehadis one by one. Kanhaiya Lal's beheading was a turning point, if this Government wanted, they could have used this to bring France like laws in India and mobilize Hindus across the board in support of the law, but it remains a missed opportunity. If the same party was in opposition, they would have taken to streets and demanded the same action from the ruling dispensation. However, once in power, their concern for Hindutva goes for a toss.

This is a Government which can't even bring itself to mention the word 'Hindu' to condemn widespread killings in Bangladesh -

https://www.indiatvnews.com/news/india/ ... esh-740356

The same government will air-lift ungrateful KMs from Dhaka -

Their J&K Chief says "Jo nabi ka nahi, woh hamara nahi" and these guys are expected to protect Hindus in Kashmir -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2H7CxNZKlOg

We have already forgotten how many Hindus were killed in J&K. Has there been any repercussions on the jehadis who killed them in Kashmir? They are enjoying their (our) tax - funded freebies. We will soon forget Kanhaiya Lal, Umesh Kolhe, Kishan Dharwad and so many more. But the fear will remain for any criticism of Islam is now a valid reason for murder - this is now established both by the judiciary, which stopped just short of supporting the act and the Government who crawled when they should have stood firm & hit back. Do we realise that this Government is living in an alternate reality when just days after the beheading the Prime Minister who has won the elections on the back of Hindus is courting Pasmanda Muslims.

The dawn of Hindu renaissance: Why Alt News co-founder Mohammed Zubair’s case is worth celebrating

Mohammed Zubair’s case has sowed fear among the usual suspects, who have, until now, gotten away with their pathological hatred toward Hindus. They now fear that Hindus will no longer take their Hinduphobia lying down. It has ignited an awakening among Hindus to stand up against rabid hatred directed at them and harness the existing laws and legal system to bring perpetrators to justice.
This is in a country where a judge told a man jailed for some SM post that “he is perfectly safe in jail” and another, a lady jailed for well over a month by a liberal regime for mere criticism, not only failed to shock the judiciary’s conscience, but she had to fight the battle at the lowest levels of court system, with none of the professional outragers making any noise. But then this was the norm when “Idea of India” was ruling.

Of course, let us not even mention the crores of pending cases with people rotting away in jail for years and decades simply waiting for their cases to be heard. They cannot get hearings, that too in multiple courts. Nor can they afford high priced lawyers. Or do fund raisers.

What matters is the likes of Rana, Mohammed Zubair, Teesta and Tejpal get expedited hearings, direct access to SC, some of the costliest lawyers in the country, all the money that George Soros or Ford Foundation or other moneybags can spare and of course, instant bail.
That Mohammed Zubair committed the same sin that Nupur is being hounded for, that too on multiple occasions, is beyond any question.

Did you read about it in any of our fearlessly independent media? Did the Hon Court ask him why he deleted his FB account? Or why he deleted dozens of tweets? And ask him to swear under oath that those tweets were genuine or not? Consider that as evidence? Ask Twitter to release its archives?
There was a time Isalmo-fascists, Hindu haters, Stalinist mass butcher left’s intellectual coolies and brown-nosed sycophants of fascist dacoit dynasties could go around in liberal mask and insult Hindus openly.

Today, they are forced to delete their SM accounts, go back in time to check their old posts and delete them. One can be pretty sure they will check their drafts a dozen times going forward.

Isn’t that something worth celebrating?

Hindus, torch bearers of the last remaining indigenous faith, are slowly awakening. They would no longer tolerate rabid hate and will shout for justice, using the legal system. Not the sort of “justice” that Kanhaiya Lal faced and that our judiciary wanted Nupur to face until it reversed course and decided to protect “her life and liberty”.

Mind you, this legal system was drawn up by the same corrupt fascist crowd that today sings songs of freedom of expression. To the best of my knowledge Modi or NDA did not write any new laws or rules. The “idea of India” gang wrote the laws. They cheered its abuse and insulted its victims. They kept quiet when dissent was crushed under their boots.

Why? They were confident they will never end up in the wrong side of the gun.

Now they are furiously back-pedalling. Isn’t that something worth celebrating?
But their own weapons, perfected over years can be put to good use against them.

That is exactly what Zubair had to face. His own weapon.

He got out yes, but he is wiser. And so are the victims of his hate campaign.

Isn’t that worth celebrating?

very good idea ... actually put a lot restrictions on SM if not outright ban. no suing protection, criminal liability if they disturb peace, need prior permissions for some accounts to post. Make it look like the action came because of the observations of the justices in SC and CJI
