We in CAPS have three publications for which we request articles from domain experts and scholars. These are Air Power Journal (Quarterly), Defence and Diplomacy (Quarterly), and Asian Defence Review (Yearly). For APJ and ADR article size is 5-8000 words. For D&D 3000 plus. Our focus is Aerospace power. We will appreciate if you could write for us. The choice of subjects is wide. A few are listed below. For kind consideration please.

Time to step up and try to share your knowledge.
Prospective authors can open data gathering threads if needed.

Nearly all of these are for domain experts, not normal hobbyist civilians like majority of this forum. I can think of only 4-5 people here who can write anything on the 26 topics you mentioned.
