So it is Khan chacha who is playing in the background.
Pakistani envoy's telegram being touted as 'written threat'
ISLAMABAD: The issue of a letter that Prime Minister Imran Khan flashed during a PTI rally in the federal capital is the latest intrigue in the country's political landscape, which is aptly named the Lettergate by commentators, The News reported.

While addressing the rally, PM Imran Khan claimed that the letter that he was showing was a "written threat" against his government from the foreign elements which were conspiring with some people within Pakistan to undermine him.

However, the prime minister refrained from commenting further on the matter, but fuelled rumours and speculations about the content and authenticity of the letter.

A top government official confirmed on the condition of anonymity that the prime minister's claims are based on a telegram sent by Pakistan's Ambassador to the United States (US) Asad Majeed Khan.
The official said that Islamabad received the telegram on March 7, just a day before the joint Opposition submitted no-confidence motion against the premier in the National Assembly.

"This telegram message is real. Although, its contents have not been shared, the message was that as long as the incumbent government is in power, there can be no substantial change in relations,” he said. The official was apparently referring to US-Pakistan relations, since the letter allegedly originated from Washington.

Most senior officials in Islamabad are extremely tightlipped about exact contents of the letter. However, it is suggested that the letter contains a message from high-ranking US officials regarding the conduct of Khan’s government towards the US.

“I assume it is a diplomatic cable from Ambassador Khan, based on his interaction with some US authorities,” a diplomatic source said.

The letter apparently contains direct quotes of US officials recorded by Ambassador Khan. However, there is no official confirmation on this yet. Sources are unsure under what circumstances the meeting took place which then initiated the critical cable from Pakistan’s ambassador to the US. Diplomatic norms suggest if an ambassador is called for a rematch, a non paper is usually attached with it by the host country.

Are they still using telegrams in this day and age? Or is that some generic diplomatic verbiage for any sort of message?

Also, wasn't the Paki ambassador to the US that Sardar Masood (POK jehadi)?

Pakistan touching new highs in Islamic purity (and logic)!
A teacher at an all-girls religious school was killed by a woman colleague and two students who accused her of blasphemy, Pakistan police said Wednesday, the latest murder in the country related to the hugely sensitive issue.

Police said two students and a teacher ambushed Safoora Bibi at the main gate of the school and attacked her with a knife and stick.

"She died after her throat was slit," police official Saghir Ahmed told AFP.

The main suspect is a colleague who planned the crime with two nieces studying at the Jamia Islamia Falahul Binaat school, police said.

The girls told police a relative had dreamt the dead woman "had committed blasphemy" against the Prophet Mohammed,

Pakistan: Khan gov’t’s key ally quits ahead of vote to remove PM
The Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) announces it is leaving PM Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led coalition government.
By Q Zaman, 30 Mar 2022

Islamabad, Pakistan – Pressure is growing on Pakistan’s embattled Prime Minister Imran Khan to step down after a crucial ally switched to the opposition ahead of a no-confidence vote in parliament.

The Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) party, a major political force in Sindh province, on Wednesday announced it is leaving the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led coalition government. The move came following drawn-out negotiations between MQM-P and opposition leaders since Tuesday night.
“The decision to part ways with the government has been endorsed by the party’s coordination committee,” senior MQM-P leader Aminul Haq, who is a federal minister in Khan’s government, told reporters at a news conference in Islamabad on Wednesday. “We have submitted our resignation from the federal cabinet,” he said.

Two army personnel martyred in South Waziristan: ISPR
An army officer and a soldier embraced martyrdom on Tuesday during an exchange of fire between security forces and terrorists in Makin, South Waziristan District, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a press release on Wednesday.

“Troops responded in a befitting manner and killed four terrorists,” the military’s media wing stated. However, it added, “During intense exchange of fire Captain Saad Bin Amir (age 25 years, resident of Rawalpindi) and Lance Naik Riaz (age 37 years, resident of Tank), having fought gallantly, embraced shahadat.”

Nawaz Sharif shared Mumbai attacker Ajmal Kasab’s address with India: Sheikh Rasheed
“I am not PTI but stand by Imran Khan,” says interior minister
Web Desk, March 30, 2022

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Wednesday claimed that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif shared Mumbai attacker Ajmal Kasab’s Pakistan address with India. Addressing an inauguration ceremony of e-passport in Islamabad, the interior minister said that the PML-N supremo provided the contact details in Faridkot of the Mumbai attacker with New Delhi.
Accusing the former prime minister of orchestrating conspiracies against the country, Rasheed said they took money from al-Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden.
The statement from the senior federal minister came a day after the government accused Nawaz Sharif of collaborating with foreign forces to topple the Imran Khan government through the no-confidence motion.

I thought Kasab was not a Pakistani and Pakisan had nothing to do with Mumbai attack?

Why is Sheikh Rasheed so concerned that a non-Pakistani's address was shared?

What is Sheikh Rasheed's biggest complaint here? That "terrorists will not be safe under Nawaz Sharif" or "Nawaz Sharif will sell out our jihadis, and Imran Khan wont"

If, or rather when, Im the dim is gone, hope the next prime puppet will not ask for resuming of trade activities with India.

If proposed, Im the Dim will likely oppose it else the subsequent drop in inflation will further maul his image... but one never knows what lows the U-turn master can drop too.

They will. There is no other option but to trade with India. The question is will India just agree to the proposal and resume trade? I hope not. At least not without Pakistan giving us something substantial in return.

8 personnel martyred in Tank, South Waziristan clashes
PESHAWAR: Eight security personnel, including an army captain, were martyred and seven terrorists were killed in clashes between security forces and members of the proscribed Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Tank district and adjacent South Waziristan tribal district on Wednesday.

Soon after the incidents, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa landed in Peshawar and was briefed at the corps headquarters about the security situation in tribal districts, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.

yes, gasbag yousuf is a 100% right

the pakis remain a major regional and global player in terms of debates and discussions on international security because they are the one nation that almost single handed, drive these debates and discussions by being the raison d'être for all such discussions/debates.

for once in his miserable life, yousuf has managed to get something right -- the diseased and delusional paki personality of a compulsive arsonist pretending to be a fire fighter.

Someone (from PMLN? or PPP?) on the dark web has leaked FM Qureshi's personal diary entry. Apparently, this entry was made just before he left for China to rub shoulders with FMs of major world powers like China and Russia:
Still waiting for a return call from Blinken. Today, I instructed the staff at the foreign office and wife at home to tell Blinken, when he calls, that I am busy for the next 7 days. Tit for tat.

NDTV is making predictions about TSP politics. Something it has not been able to do in India since 2014.
A Profile Of Shehbaaz Sharif, Who May Become Pak PM
If Imran Khan loses the no-confidence vote, a new government could be headed by opposition leader and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz's (PML-N) Shehbaz Sharif, the brother of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. This indication was given by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Wednesday.
"Imran Khan has now lost his majority. He is no longer the Prime Minister. Parliament session is tomorrow. Let's hold voting tomorrow and settle this matter. We can then start working on transparent elections and the journey towards restoration of democracy and an end to economic crisis can then begin," the PPP chairman said at a press conference yesterday

Has he also lost his sense of pride with his manhood? Maybe his driver who peerni prefers will be able to provide the details

You cannot make this $hit up.

Way back we had the famous "Vanishing Commissar" the Soviet secret police NKVD head Yezhov who, after his fall from grace, was airbrushed out of a picture with Stalin.

Image

Now we have the ISI head who has been airbrushed out of a picture with Im the Dim and Bill Gates.

Image

He was apparently sitting opposite the paneled window at roughly 10 o clock on the picture.
