Re: 10/7 vs 9/11 (Israel-Gaza) Strategic Fallout & Implications
Yesterday I watched Al-Jazeera broadcast which opened with: "So far 1300 Israelis, including 286 soldiers, have been killed in the Hamas Military Operation"
WTF?? Terror attack specifically targeting helpless unarmed civilians, is called "Hamas Military Operation"?
Al-Jazeera is now laughing all the way to the bank, cashing in on these horrific events to rack up viewers.
Al-Jazeera's bias may be obvious, but Muslims love to lap it up, because of their own obvious biases.
What's needed is more parody of Al-Jazeera, to make it a laughingstock.
Somebody bring Russell Peters back on tour.

If USA becomes distracted on multiple war fronts, then doesn't that leave the way open for China to clobber India?
Anyone remember how China used 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis to attack India on the border? How do we know it won't happen again?

Let them try... and they will realise we are a different country now with a PM used to "ghar me ghus Kay marengey" style of diplomacy
Re: 10/7 vs 9/11 (Israel-Gaza) Strategic Fallout & Implications
The Chinese can try with their 1 child PLA army types, but the Indian Army and Airforce is ready to hand them a sound thrashing which they will regret. Emperor eleven is facing a huge internal crisis within China, economy is stumbling and anything can snap and go downhill very quickly.

Based on $106B ask from Biden for Ukraine and Israel (only $10B is for Israel) and rest of it is for Ukraine. .... I have a pooch
Did the intelligence of paach annkhe knew something on Hamas but did not give to Israel in order to get money for Ukraine war? Just a suspicion ...

Re. Congressman Ro Khanna:
Strongly agree. I'm not normally a big fan of RK (IMO he's too soft on wokeism, but maybe that's unfair on my part, after all the man does come from the ultra-woke state of California, and he needs votes to be re-elected), but in any case he deserves encouragement and applause for this decision.

It is well know that Hamas rockets and other military ware is provided by China (with North Korea as main supplier), Iran and limited stuff from Turkey. The Chinese and Hamas are learning/teaching each other. Using the civilian shield of hostages Hamas has wrecked havoc on Israel. There is new news that Emperor Eleven has a special chinese force to quell internal dissent within China. This is backed by enormous authority to confiscate everything, real estate, cars, wealth and attack the people in any manner including untold horrors. Lately the Chinese have taken a page from the civilian shield methodology and have fighter jets (with radar switched off) trailing civilian aircrafts (Cathay Pacific) over Taiwan shores. Any shooting would take out civilian aircrafts and there would be huge negative cycle of news worldwide.

Re: 10/7 vs 9/11 (Israel-Gaza) Strategic Fallout & Implications
I don't think China would dare to supply Hamas with rockets directly. As far as I know, Iran is the main supplier of Hamas rockets (they engineered the Al-Quds missiles that Hamas uses)
North Korea doesn't do anything for free - they're not a charity outfit - they only sell stuff to people who have money.

Re: 10/7 vs 9/11 (Israel-Gaza) Strategic Fallout & Implications
Sanman ji, the Israelis have already produced evidence that some rockets were made in North Korea (NK). NK will not do anything without a Nod from Papa China and we all know that NK stuff is hand-me-downs from China. The NK do not do things by themselves nor do they have money, so that leaves China as the boss in charge of both. Hamas top most leaders are married to chinese women and they have direct contact with PLA and Eleven.

I really like Col. Douglas MacGregor - he is an excellent sober commentator on military affairs:
Re: 10/7 vs 9/11 (Israel-Gaza) Strategic Fallout & Implications
I have been listening to him for over the last 18 months.
I find him to be on the extreme doom and gloom for Americans and the western world side.
Just like the others on the extreme doom and gloom for the Russians and the Chinese.
Not much difference between the two sides.
Re: 10/7 vs 9/11 (Israel-Gaza) Strategic Fallout & Implications
He doesn't agree with his country's military being used to fight other people's wars for them, at the cost of American blood & treasure.Pratyush wrote: ↑25 Oct 2023 07:34 I have been listening to him for over the last 18 months.

It's one thing to go to war for your own country's interests, but it's another thing for you to be dragged off to war because your country has become a military vassal for others, fighting their battles for them.
Likewise, there are those in India whose emotions hang on Palestine. I say, if you want to go and fight for Palestine, or ISIS, etc - then go over there and don't come back here.
I also see Khalistanis in Canada urging other Canadians to "stand up for Canadian sovereignty" - only to get retorts from fed up Canadians telling them to go back where they came from and carry out their fight overseas, instead of complicating the lives of Canadians.

Re: 10/7 vs 9/11 (Israel-Gaza) Strategic Fallout & Implications
When otherwise intelligent analysts like Scott Ritter & Eva Bartlett start equating Donbass and Gaza, and paint Ukraine and Israel with the same brush, it shows how little they understand Middle East and Islamic extremism and terrorism.
