Looks like the IA’s ATGM vehicle mounted requires a 3-man crew.

Appropriate sized vehicles to accommodate 3-troops plus reload ATGMs would rule out small ATVs.

Every tank needs to have an anti-drone EW jamming for soft kill as well as hard kill mechanisms (laser, gun and APS).

Yes takes a long lead times to set up production ecosystem and scale up from orders being placed. Usually it is anywhere between 12 months to 36 months.

And sometimes even longer when original vendors go out of business.
